The importance of index from 6 to 10 points may require psychological support of the patient who will **** evaluate the result.Candida lesion of Palatine tonsils was studied in 32 HIV-infected patients in the late stages of the disease using histological and cytological methods. There were used conventional methods during pathomorphological studies of palatine tonsils tissue fragments obtained by biopsy, and smears from the surface of the organ. It was found that micromycetes Candida spp. were located in association with various bacteria (mainly Streptococcus spp.), as well as Cryptococcus spp., with the formation of the biofilms, both on the surface of the Palatine tonsils and in the depth of their parenchyma. We revealed the minimal response cellular protective reaction to the deep introduction of the pathogen. Mycosis proceeded against the background of pronounced follicular lymphoid depletion of the tissue of the Palatine tonsils. The examined patients represent a risk group for invasion of Candida micromycetes into the vascular channel and their dissemination with the development of generalized candidiasis. The purpose of the study. To establish the effectiveness of symptom reduction and preventive action of the herbal drug Tonsilgon N (HD) as monotherapy for exacerbations of chronic tonsillitis/pharyngitis in adult patients.
The study included 60 adult male and female patients aged 18 to 60 years with an established diagnosis of acute tonsillopharyngitis. In total, each patient underwent 5 visits. Visit 1 - enrollment in the study and beginning of HD monotherapy, Visit 2 - on Day 7, Visit 3 - on Day 14 and completion of HD monotherapy, Visit 4 - on Day 60 and Visit 5 - on Day 180. The diagnosis of the disease and the examination of the patient was carried out on the basis of anamnesis, general clinical and ENT examination, palpation of regional lymph nodes. The severity of the clinical signs was evaluated on the basis of the symptom score. The general condition of the patient was also evaluated using a visual analogue scale (VAS) and the number of exacerbations of tonsillopharyngitis during the observation pereduces the number of exacerbations of inflammatory diseases in the pharynx during the period after the treatment course.
The use of HD as monotherapy for non-streptococcal ATP has shown its high efficiency. The possibility of using Tonsilgon N was shown as a prophylactic agent that reduces the number of exacerbations of inflammatory diseases in the pharynx during the period after the treatment course. The article describes statistical data on patients with angioedema (AE) in the structure of ambulance services and four large multidisciplinary hospitals with otorhinolaryngological departments of the city of Moscow for 2017. The ratio of the number of calls to the NSR in Moscow for AE to the total number of calls was analyzed; the ratio of the number of calls to the ambulatory system for AE to the total number of calls to patients with allergic reactions; the ratio of patients with AE among the total number of treated patients in 3 hospitals in Moscow; the ratio of patients with AE of the upper respiratory tract (URT) among the total number of patients with AE; the ratio of patients with AE URT among the total number of patients with ENT pathology. As a result of the study, it was found that the share of AE in the structure of emergency calls of ambulance teams (n=3 070 491) was 0.7% (n=20 040) and 38.4% of the total number of calls for allergic reactions (n=giant urticaria 52 153). Patients with AE make up 0.34% (n=919) of the total number of treated patients in hospitals (n=269 980). The proportion of patients in whom AE was manifested with a lesion of URT among patients with AE is 1 1.5%. The frequency of occurrence of AE URT among patients hospitalized with pathology of ENT organs (n=14 395) is 0.7% (n=106).Acute respiratory infections (ORI) consistently occupy one of the leading places among infectious and inflammatory diseases in children. Most often, antibacterial drugs are used to stop the inflammatory process in the pharynx. Cationic peptides have an extremely broad antimicrobial spectrum, rendering the effect not only in bacterial infections and mycoses, and protozoans.
To demonstrate that the test drug is effective and safe for the treatment of acute viral pharyngitis in childhood.
In the period from September 2019 to January 2020, 120 patients aged 6 to 18 years were treated with the drug «Doritricin» for viral pharyngitis.
According to the research results it can be concluded that «Diretrizes» provides fast and high effect in pediatric practice.

To assess the clinical and psychological features in patients with incident and recurrent posterior canal BPPV.
The study included 47 patients (mean age 49.1±10.9 years; 12.8% of men and 87.2% of women) with idiopathic BPPV, posterior canal. According to the anamnesis, the patients were divided into two groups 27 (57.4%) patients with incident BPPV (iBPPV) and 20 (42.6%) patients with recurrent BPPV (rBPPV). https://www.selleckchem.com/products/ulixertinib-bvd-523-vrt752271.html All patients were treated with repositioning Epley and/or Semont maneuvers until resolution of canalolithiasis. After that, clinical and psychological testing was immediately carried out, including short version of Vertigo Symptom Scale (VSS), Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI), Visual analogue scale (VAS) for fear of vertigo spells, Depersonalization-Derealization Inventory (DDI), Social Readjustment Rating Scale (SRRS) of Holmes and Rahe, Anxiety Sensitivity Index (ASI), Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) and Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ).
Patients with rBPPV compared with iBPPV had mto the development of a special kind of mental disorders - functional dizziness or persistent postural-perceptual dizziness, which requires additional study and development of preventive measures.
The effect of the elemental composition of bone tissue on the destruction of the structures of the temporal bone in chronic suppurative otitis media.
The study included 331 patients aged 16-75 years with a verified diagnosis of chronic purulent otitis media, subject to surgical treatment. Depending on the diagnosis and method of surgical treatment, patients are divided into groups patients with tubotympanic otitis media and epitympanic-antral otitis media after reconstructive sanitation otosurgery in comparison with the control group. The elemental composition of the bone tissue of the cavities of the middle ear obtained intraoperatively was evaluated by x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy. Elements in the bone tissue of the cavities of the middle ear obtained intraoperatively were evaluated by spectrophotometric method. The data are processed by descriptive statistics methods and are presented in the form of a median and a range between quartiles with an estimate of the reliability of the intergroup differences by the Mann-Whitney U-criterion.
