Cross country's most recent house cost list report shows a minor bounce back at UK house costs in August 2012. The title figures are:
· normal costs expanded 1.3% in August Blue World City Master Plan;
· costs stay 0.7% lower than one year prior;
· cost of a run of the mill home is £164,729
