This study aims to genomically characterize melanoma of unknown primary (MUP) in comparison to melanomas of cutaneous primary (MCP).
Eligible cases were collected from the MSK-IMPACT™ Clinical Sequencing Cohort published in the cBioPortal database. Genomic analysis was performed using a hybridization-capture-based next-generation sequencing assay designed to detect mutations, small insertions and deletions, copy number alterations, and genomic rearrangements.

To compare healthcare resource utilization and costs among patients with psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis (PsA), and a control group of patients without psoriasis and PsA in the USA.
The IBM® MarketScan® Commercial Database was used to identify three adult patient groups from 1/1/2009 through 4/30/2020 (1) Psoriasis ≥ 2 diagnoses ≥ 30 days apart for psoriasis (no PsA diagnoses); (2) PsA ≥ 2 diagnoses for PsA; (3) Control no psoriasis or PsA diagnoses in their entire claims records. Patients with comorbid rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Crohn's disease, or ulcerative colitis were excluded from the analyses. Controls were matched 11 to psoriasis and PsA patients based on age, gender, index year, and number of non-rheumatological comorbidities. Idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIM) are a group of chronic rheumatic diseases that can affect multiple systems; the risk of ischemic stroke in patients with IIM remains controversial. We aimed to systematically evaluate the risk of ischemic stroke in IIMs.
The PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane library were searched for relevant studies. Pooled relative risk (RR) with a 95% confidence interval (CI) was calculated as effect size to evaluate the risk of ischemic stroke in patients with IIM. Random effects model was chosen when I

Tc]Tc(CO)
(NTA) and [
Tc]Tc-MAG3 in patients with suspected obstruction.
[
Tc]Tc(CO)
(NTA) was prepared with commercially available NTA ligand and CRS Isolink kit, and isolated by HPLC. Eighteen adult patients referred for diuretic renography received an intravenous injection of approximately 40mg of furosemide 15min prior to either [
Tc]Tc(CO)
(NTA) or [
Tc]Tc-MAG3 (mean activity of 47 ± 4.4MBq). Data were acquired for 24min followed by an anterior image of the liver and gall bladder and a measure of voided volume. Patients received a second furosemide injection equal to one third of the original dose followed fifteen minutes later by administration of the alternate tracer, mean activity of 320 ± 34MBq. Clearances were measured using a camera-based technique.
The clearance of NTA wlike MAG3, NTA is not eliminated via the hepatobiliary track. Moreover, NTA has a higher kidney to background ratio and more rapid clearance than MAG3. These advantages should allow more robust camera-based clearance measurements and may lead to better discrimination between obstructed and non-obstructed kidneys.
To assess whether anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) can predict response to ovulation induction (OI) with clomiphene citrate (CC), letrozole (LET), or follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) undergoing OI/intrauterine inseminations (IUI).
A total of 738 OI/IUI cycles from 242 patients at an academic center were stratified in three groups by medication CC (n = 295), LET (n = 180), and FSH (n = 263), in a retrospective fashion. Ovarian response to treatment (RT, development of at least one dominant follicle) was assessed using mixed effects logistic regression models.
Overall, RT cycles had lower AMH levels compared to no-RT cycles (p < 0.001). This finding persisted when analysis was limited to oral agents but attenuated in FSH cycles. For CC and LET cycles, the predicted probability (PProb) for RT decreased as AMH levels increased (PProb (95%CI) 97% (93-100), 79% (70-88), and 75% (61-89); 85% (78-93), 75% (67-83), and 73% (63-86) for AMH pct. ≤ 25th, ≥ 50th, and ≥ 75th, for CC and LET, respectively)).
