Choose "Skillcape of Smithing" to OSRS Gold have your character say "That's an odd cape you're wearing. Thurgo smiles as he replies, "It's skillcape of Smithing." This shows me that I am a master Blacksmith. However, that is normal. I am an Imcando dwarf. Everyone knows we are the top blacksmiths.
Now, right click and Talk to Thurgo again. Then, choose "Something more" and the character replies...
