The process of building dementia-friendly communities should include all people living in the community. The objective of this study was to compare perceived dementia friendliness in the community among people with dementia, family caregivers, service providers, and the general public. In Taiwan, we surveyed 60 people with dementia, 140 family caregivers, and 200 members of the general public face to face, with 200 service providers surveyed by mail. Participants completed the Perceived Community Dementia Friendliness measure, consisting of seven subscales care services, community members, community environment, community interactions, transportation, hospitals, and stores and organisations. This measure has acceptable convergent validity, construct validity, and internal consistency reliability for use in Taiwan. Differences in perceived dementia friendlinesse services, while people without dementia rated facilitating community interactions as more vital. Our objective was to study whether CPAP treatment during the neonatal period is associated with abnormalities in BAEP and BA recordings.

    Included in this retrospective study were preterm infants (birth weight ≤1500g and/or gestational age ≤32weeks) born between 2002 and 2006 with a comprehensive clinical background and follow-up data, including the duration of CPAP treatment (n=162). BAEP and BA were recorded near the mean corrected age of one month. The following variables from BAEP and BA examinations were analysed latencies of BAEP components I, III, V, interpeak intervals (IPI) I-V, I-III, III-V (ms), amplitude I and V (µV), amplitude ratio I/V and BA thresholds.

While conventional PCNSLs were associated with low cerebral blood volume (CBV), perfusion magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed elevated CBV in three cases, consistent with vascular proliferation. All six cases were diagnosed pathologically as having diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) with a non-germinal center B-cell-like (non-GCB) phenotype; marked histiocytic infiltrates and abundant non-neoplastic T-cells were observed in most cases. Expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and CD105 in the lymphoma cells and the small vessels, respectively, suggested angiogenesis within the neoplasms. Neoplastic cells were immunohistochemically negative for programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1), while immune cells in the microenvironment were positive for PD-L1. Mutations in the MYD88 gene (MYD88) (L265P) and the CD79B gene (CD79B) were detected in five and one case, respectively. As therapeutic modalities used for PCNSLs differ from those that target conventional hemorrhagic neoplasms, full tissue diagnoses of all hemorrhagic CNS tumors are clearly warranted.

    From a total of 1252literature screened, 22studies published between 2010-2019 were included in the review. From those articles, four key themes were identified (a) Prevalence of psychological distress; (b) Factors affecting family members; (c) Symptoms of psychological distress; and (d) Impact of psychological distress.

    Family members with a critically ill patient in ICU show high levels of anxiety, depression and stress. They had moderate to major symptoms of psychological distress that negatively impacted both the patient and family members.

Multiple regression analyses were performed to assess the factors influencing medication adherence among the patients with anticoagulation control. Factors influencing medication adherence were consuming warfarin for 3 to 5 years, awareness of target prothrombin time international normalized ratio, knowledge of warfarin, and depression. Medication beliefs and self-efficacy had no significant influence on medication adherence. The most important factors associated with medication adherence in patients with mechanical heart valves were knowledge about warfarin and depression. In the control of oral anticoagulants that require continuous management, education and providing accurate guidance is more important than personal preferences. Weelo recommends an exercise protocol through machine-learning-enabled recognition of the user's motion and provides visual and auditory feedback. We evaluated whether Weelo improves physical and mental well-being to assess its capabilities and effectiveness. Thirty-two participants performed a total of 20 exercise sessions following the Weelo guide on a laptop. The participants were evaluated using a before and after exercise program, body composition, handgrip strength, six-minute walk test, modified star excursion balance test, short form 36, fatigue severity scale, **** depression index, and a satisfaction survey. Overall, there was a significant improvement in muscle strength, endurance, and balance ability, as well as an improved quality of life and significant reduction in fatigue and depression.

  • Virulence attenuation frequently occurs in in vitro culturing of pathogenic microbes. In this study, we investigated the total putative long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in an aphid-obligate pathogen, Conidiobolus obscurus, and screened the differentially expressed (DE) lncRNAs and protein-coding genes involved in the virulence decline. The virulence was significantly attenuated after eight subculturing events, in which the median lethal concentration of the conidia ejected from mycelial mats relative to the bamboo aphid, Takecallis taiwanus, increased from 36.1 to 126.1 conidia mm-2, four days after inoculation. In total, 1,252 lncRNAs were identified based on the genome-wide transcriptional analysis. By characterizing their molecular structures and expression patterns, we found that the lncRNAs possessed shorter transcripts, lower expression, and fewer exons than did protein-coding genes in C. obscurus. A total of 410 DE genes of 329 protein-coding genes and 81 lncRNAs were identified. The functional enrichment analysis showed the DE genes were enriched in peptidase activity, protein folding, autophagy, and metabolism. Moreover, target prediction analysis of the 81 lncRNAs revealed 3,111 cis-regulated and 23 trans-regulated mRNAs, while 121 DE lncRNA-mRNA pairs were possibly involved in virulence decline. Moreover, the DE lncRNA-regulated target genes mainly encoded small heat shock proteins, secretory proteins, transporters, autophagy proteins, and other stress response-related proteins. This implies that the decline in virulence regulated by lncRNAs was likely associated with the environmental stress response of C. obscurus. Mucin 5AC (MUC5AC), one of the mucus genes, plays an important role in mucus secretion and inflammation in the airways. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of o,p'-DDT on the regulation of MUC5AC expression in human lung epithelial A549 cell line. o,p'-DDT increased mRNA levels and the promoter activity of MUC5AC. Transient transfection with mutation promoter constructs of MUC5AC demonstrated that nuclear factor kappa-b (NF-κB) and activator protein 1(AP-1) response elements were essential for the consequences of o,p'-DDT on MUC5AC expression. In addition, o,p'-DDT induced phosphorylation of ERK, JNK, p38, and Akt, which are involved in the regulation of MUC5AC expression. Thus, we aimed to investigate the therapeutic effect of icariin on OA and its potential underlying mechanism by using a rat model of OA. After treatment with icariin or an autophagy activator (rapamycin) or inhibitor (3-methyladenine), OA chondrocyte viability was measured using the CCK-8 assay, apoptosis in the chondrocytes was evaluated using the acridine orange-propidium iodide assay and flow cytometry, and OA tissue pathological state was assessed using micro-CT scanning and safranin O staining. Furthermore, immunohistochemical staining was used to measure the expression level of Beclin-1 and immunofluorescence labeling was used to visualize LC3 expression, and western blotting was used to determine the expression levels of autophagy proteins and key proteins in the PI3K signaling pathway. The apoptotic rate of OA chondrocytes was markedly elevated by 3-methyladenine and suppressed by rapamycin and icariin; autophagy genes were drastically downregulated in the 3-methyladenine group and upregulated in the rapamycin and icariin groups; and the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway was activated by 3-methyladenine and inhibited by rapamycin and icariin. Notably, following treatment with rapamycin and icariin, the severe pathological state in OA cartilage tissues was substantially alleviated, and this was accompanied by activated autophagy and inhibited PI3K signaling in the cartilage tissues. Concerning feedback, networks of win feedback showed a strong right frontal and right center pattern, while an information flow originating from the left frontal lobe to the middle frontal lobe was observed in loss feedback. Taken together, these findings shed light on general principles of natural decision-feedback and may contribute to the design of biologically inspired, participant-independent decision-feedback systems.
    Virulence attenuation frequently occurs in in vitro culturing of pathogenic microbes. In this study, we investigated the total putative long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in an aphid-obligate pathogen, Conidiobolus obscurus, and screened the differentially expressed (DE) lncRNAs and protein-coding genes involved in the virulence decline. The virulence was significantly attenuated after eight subculturing events, in which the median lethal concentration of the conidia ejected from mycelial mats relative to the bamboo aphid, Takecallis taiwanus, increased from 36.1 to 126.1 conidia mm-2, four days after inoculation. In total, 1,252 lncRNAs were identified based on the genome-wide transcriptional analysis. By characterizing their molecular structures and expression patterns, we found that the lncRNAs possessed shorter transcripts, lower expression, and fewer exons than did protein-coding genes in C. obscurus. A total of 410 DE genes of 329 protein-coding genes and 81 lncRNAs were identified. The functional enrichment analysis showed the DE genes were enriched in peptidase activity, protein folding, autophagy, and metabolism. Moreover, target prediction analysis of the 81 lncRNAs revealed 3,111 cis-regulated and 23 trans-regulated mRNAs, while 121 DE lncRNA-mRNA pairs were possibly involved in virulence decline. Quantitative data was analyzed using logistic regression and structural equation modeling. Qualitative analyses revealed that most of the participants were pleased with the risk assessment and found it helpful. Moderated mediation analysis showed that participants' assessment agreement partially mediated the association between expressing a negative view and their general view of Playscan.     From March 2016 to March 2019, 106 patients with recurrent anterior dislocation of shoulder with glenoid bone defect less than 20% underwent arthroscopic Bankart repair, including 76 males and 30 females, aged from 18 to 45 (27.3±8.6) years, 59 cases of left shoulder and 47 cases of right shoulder. Range of motion (ROM), American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons(ASES) score, Constant-Murley score and Rowe score were used to evaluate shoulder functionand stability before and after operation.

    Retrospective descriptive study was conducted in prevalent-user cohorts from the Japan Medical Data Center database. Patients who were prescribed a study drug between January 1, 2013 and September 30, 2018 and were in the database for ≥30days were included. A prescription was considered compliant if all 4 criteria were satisfied appropriate age, daily dose not exceeding the approved maximum, no contraindicated concurrent medications, and no contraindicated conditions.

    Among 17418 patients who were prescribed a study drug during 2013-2018, 73% were male and 53% were children (aged <18years). Fewer than 2% of prescriptions were for patients outside the approved age, 10%-13% of patients in the atomoxetine and MPH cohorts received ≥1 prescription exceeding maximum approved dose, no patients were co-prescribed a contraindicated medication, and 16%-18% of patients in the MPH cohorts had ≥1 contraindicated condition. To investigate the method and clinical effects of the treatment of recurrent anterior dislocation of shoulder with Hill-Sachs injury by arthroscopic Bankart repair and Remplissage. From March 2016 to March 2019, 106 patients with recurrent anterior dislocation of shoulder with glenoid bone defect less than 20% underwent arthroscopic Bankart repair, including 76 males and 30 females, aged from 18 to 45 (27.3±8.6) years, 59 cases of left shoulder and 47 cases of right shoulder. Range of motion (ROM), American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons(ASES) score, Constant-Murley score and Rowe score were used to evaluate shoulder functionand stability before and after operation. All patients were followed up, and the duration ranged from 21 to 60 months, with a mean of (41.5± 8.5) months. One patient developed infection after operation, and the infection was controlled after arthroscopic debridement again. To assess label compliance in prescription of medications approved for treatment of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in Japan at the time of this study methylphenidate (MPH), atomoxetine, and guanfacine. Retrospective descriptive study was conducted in prevalent-user cohorts from the Japan Medical Data Center database. Patients who were prescribed a study drug between January 1, 2013 and September 30, 2018 and were in the database for ≥30days were included. A prescription was considered compliant if all 4 criteria were satisfied appropriate age, daily dose not exceeding the approved maximum, no contraindicated concurrent medications, and no contraindicated conditions. Among 17418 patients who were prescribed a study drug during 2013-2018, 73% were male and 53% were children (aged <18years). Fewer than 2% of prescriptions were for patients outside the approved age, 10%-13% of patients in the atomoxetine and MPH cohorts received ≥1 prescription exceeding maximum approved dose, no patients were co-prescribed a contraindicated medication, and 16%-18% of patients in the MPH cohorts had ≥1 contraindicated condition. During their first 500days of use, for approximately 73%-86% of patients, all prescriptions were compliant with all label requirements. Five specific examples of rice-based instant foods were further analyzed to summarize the specific contribution of starch to flavor, including instant rice, fermented rice cake, rice noodles, fried rice, and rice dumplings. During foods processing, reducing sugars produced by heating or enzymatic hydrolysis of starch participate in Maillard reaction, caramelization and thermal degradation, which directly or indirectly affect the formation of flavor compounds. In addition, adsorption by granules, encapsulation by retrograded V-type crystal, and controlled release by starch gel all contribute to rice-based instant food flavor qualities. These mechanisms jointly contribute to flavor compounds formation and release. We developed Bayesian statistical models with multilevel analysis to quantify variability within a strain, variability between different strains, and the uncertainty associated with these estimates. Furthermore, we measured the inactivation of 11 strains of C. jejuni in simulated gastric fluid with low pH, using the Weibullian survival model. The model was first developed for separate pH conditions and then analyzed over a range of pH levels. We found that the model parameters developed under separate pH conditions exhibited a clear dependence of survival on pH. In addition, the uncertainty of the variability between different strains could be described as the joint distribution of the model parameters. The latter model, including pH dependency, accurately predicted the number of surviving cells in individual as well as multiple sd gastric conditions taking into account the variabilities and uncertainties. We demonstrated a high correspondence between predictions from the model and empirical measurements.   • Tripal software development is managed by a shared, inclusive governance structure including both project management and advisory teams. Here, we report on the most important and innovative aspects of Tripal after 11 years development, including integration of diverse types of biological data, successful collaborative projects across member databases, and support for implementing FAIR principles.Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a progressive disease that is characterized by a gradual increase in both resistive and reactive pulmonary arterial (PA) impedance. Previous studies in a rodent model of PH have shown that reducing the hemodynamic load in the left lung (by banding the left PA) reverses this remodeling phenomenon. However, banding a single side of the pulmonary circulation is not a viable clinical option, so -using in silico modeling- we evaluated if the banding effect can be re-created by replacing the proximal vasculature with a synthetic PA. We developed a computational model of the pulmonary circulation by combining a 1-D model of the proximal vasculature with a 0-D line transmission model to the 12th generation. Using this model, we performed 4 simulations (1) Control; (2) PH; (3) PH with a stenosis in the left PA; and (4) PH with proximal vessel compliance returned to Control levels. Simulations revealed that vascular changes associated with PH result in an increase in PP and WSS, relative to controls, in the distal circulation. Banding the left PA reduced distal PP and WSS in the left lung. Returning the proximal compliance to Control levels achieved the same effect (as banding the left lung) in both lungs, but also restored the shape of the pressure waveform similar to Control. In conclusion, we present a computational framework to estimate hemodynamic unloading in the distal circulation of rats after LPA banding and show that this can be done by restoring proximal vessel compliance.

    This was a retrospective cohort study within the pregnancy registry of a large state-mandated health care organization in Israel. Pregnant women vaccinated with a first dose from December 19, 2020, through February 28, 2021, were 11 matched to unvaccinated women by age, gestational age, residential area, population subgroup, parity, and influenza immunization status. Follow-up ended on April 11, 2021.

Oblimersen (G3139) is a phosphorothioate 18-mer antisense oligonucleotide directed against the first 6 BCL2 codons. In a phase 1 study of AML patients treated with G3139, cytarabine, and daunorubicin induction with cytarabine consolidation, no antisense-related toxicity was reported, and BCL2 downregulation occurred in patients achieving complete remission. In this phase 3 trial, untreated older AML patients were randomized to cytarabine (100 mg/m2 per day on days 4-10) and daunorubicin (60 mg/m2 per day on days 4-6) followed by cytarabine consolidation (2000 mg/m2 per day on days 4-8) with (arm A) or without (arm B) G3139 (7 mg/m2 per day on days 1-10 [induction] or days 1-8 [consolidation]). A total of 506 patients were enrolled. No differences in toxicity were observed between arms. Estimated overall survival (OS) at 1 year was 43% for arm A and 40% for arm B (1-sided log rank P = .13), with no differences in disease-free (DFS; P = .26) or event-free survival (P = .80). Subgroup analyses showed patients age less then 70 years in arm A had improved OS by 1 month vs those in arm B (P = .04), and patients with secondary AML in arm A had better DFS vs those in arm B (P = .04). We conclude that addition of G3139 to chemotherapy failed to improve outcomes of older AML patients. However, more effective means of inhibiting BCL2 are showing promising results in combination with chemotherapy in AML. This trial was registered at www.clinicaltrials.gov as #NCT00085124.

  • Blood flow velocity in femoral vein in maximal flexion of the hip (90º+) measured prior to THA is an independent predictor of postoperative DVT.The purpose of this study was to re-evaluate cut-off values used in screening for retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) in Croatia and to propose postnatal weight gain as an additional criterion, based on the Colorado Retinopathy of Prematurity prediction model. Medical records of 267 premature infants from the Zagreb University Hospital Centre that underwent ROP screening between January 2009 and December 2010 were reviewed retrospectively. Collected data included gestational age, birth weight, sex, weekly weight measurements and fundus examination records. Results showed the cut-off values of gestational age (GA) and birth weight (BW) used in Croatia to be appropriate and postnatal weight gain in the first 28 days could be used as an additional criterion on screening in the following way net weight gain in the first 28 days of ≤932 g for prediction of any form of ROP and of ≤660 g for prediction of severe ROP should be added to the existing criteria of GA (≤32 weeks) and/or BW (≤1500 g). Infants with a non-physiological postnatal weight gain are exception. This is the first Croatian study to propose postnatal weight gain as an additional criterion on ROP screening and requires further validation on a larger sample of Croatian infants.We focused on the relationship of 0.5% tetracaine- and 0.4% oxybuprocaine-induced corneal anesthesia in rats, and pentadecapeptide ****157 (0.4 µg/eye), along with nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor N(gamma)-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME) (0.1 mg/eye) and/or NOS substrate L-arginine (2 mg/eye), applied in the form of eye drops. We assessed corneal sensitivity recovery (Cochet-Bonnet esthesiometer), corneal lesion elimination (staining with 10% fluorescein) and decrease in tear volume (Schirmer test). ****157 administration had a full counteracting effect. Recovery also occurred in the presence of NOS blockade and NOS substrate application. L-arginine eventually shortened duration of corneal insensitivity and exerted corneal lesion counteraction (and counteraction of tetracaine-induced decrease of tear volume) only in earlier but not in later period. L-NAME application led to longer duration of corneal insensitivity, increase in corneal lesions and decrease in tear volume. When L-NAME and L-arginine were applied together, they antagonized each other's effect. These distinctions may indicate particular NOS involvement (corneal insensitivity vs. corneal lesion along with tear production), distinctively affected by the administration of NO agents. However, additional ****157 co-administration would re-establish counteraction over topical ophthalmic anesthetic-induced effect, be it in its early or late course. We suggest ****157 as an antidote to topical ophthalmic anesthetics.Opioids are considered the cornerstone of pain management in palliative care. Available data suggest that older patients use different analgesics and lower opioid doses compared to younger patients. However, it has not been elucidated yet whether such dosing is associated with worse pain levels or shorter survival in the palliative care setting. We evaluated the relationship among pain scores, quality of life, opioid dose, and survival in palliative care cancer patients in a hospice setting. A total of 137 palliative care cancer patients were analyzed prospectively. We divided patients into two groups using the age of 65 as a cut-off value. Younger patients exhibited significantly higher pain ratings (5.14 vs. 3.59, p=0.01), although older patients used almost 20 mg less oral morphine equivalent (OME) on arrival (p=0.36) and 55 mg OME/day less during the last week (p=0.03). There were no differences in survival between the two groups (17.36 vs. 17.58 days). The elderly patients also used nonsteroidal analgesics less often and paracetamol more often. Hence, using lower opioid doses in older palliative care cancer patients does not result in worse pain rating, and could be a plausible approach for pain management in this patient group.
    Neophobia (the fearful reaction to novel stimuli or situations) has a crucial effect on individual fitness and can vary within and across species. However, the factors predicting this variation are still unclear. In this study, we assessed whether individual characteristics (rank, social integration, sex) and species socio-ecological characteristics (dietary breadth, group size, domestication) predicted variation in neophobia. For this purpose, we conducted behavioral observations and experimental tests on 78 captive individuals belonging to 10 different ungulate species-an ideal taxon to study inter-specific variation in neophobia given their variety in socio-ecological characteristics. Individuals were tested in their social groups by providing them with familiar food, half of which had been positioned close to a novel object. We monitored the individual latency to approach and eat food and the proportion of time spent in its proximity. Using a phylogenetic approach and social network analyses, we showed th) in different controlled conditions (e.g., when food was close to novel or to familiar objects). They face severe time trade-offs between agricultural and household activities across crop seasons. Recent literature suggests that these time trade-offs may negatively impact their nutrition. However, there is no quantitative evidence exploring this relationship within an agricultural context. This paper addresses this research gap by analyzing the relationship between women's time trade-offs and their nutritional outcomes. Using a unique ten-month primary panel data of 960 women from India, our findings show that women are severely time-constrained, as they contribute significantly to agricultural as well as domestic work. Our results show that during peak seasons relative to lean seasons, women's time trade-offs (rising opportunity cost of time) are negatively associated with the intake of calories, proteins, iron,zinc and Vitamin A. We show that this negative relationship is manifested severely among women who are landless and cultivate paddy alone (food crop) or paddy and cotton (mixed crop).

Causal relationships between travel in different modes (the "treatment") and stress were established by using a propensity score matching (PSM) approach to adjust for potential confoundadded to the growing number of evidence-based reasons for promoting active travel in cities.Good-quality emission data are essential to validate national climate commitments and implement domestic policies. However, conventional bottom-up data collection is costly and subject to potential manipulation by stakeholders when data pass through their hands, which could pose challenges on the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance monitoring especially in developing countries. Satellite observations, specifically OCO-2 XCO2 measurements, are utilized in this study to develop a relatively independent and timely dataset for screening the attainment statuses of national and subnational CO2 mitigation goals in China's 13th Five-Year Plan (FYP, 2016-2020). We establish CO2 emission estimation models at both pixel and provincial levels. As interpolated with the pixel-level model, CO2 emissions of prefecture-level municipalities indicate that approximately three fifth of them had accomplished their individualized FYP mitigation goals by 2019, while our provincial-level estimation suggests that three quarters of provinces had attained theirs.

  • Chimeric antigens are an attractive means to induce an immune response against multiple bacterial serotypes.Metal node engineering in combination with modularity, topological diversity, and porosity of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) could advance energy and optoelectronic sectors. In this study, we focus on MOFs with multinuclear heterometallic nodes for establishing metal-property trends, i.e., connecting atomic scale changes with macroscopic material properties by utilization of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, conductivity measurements, X-ray photoelectron and diffuse reflectance spectroscopies, and density functional theory calculations. The results of Bader charge analysis and studies employing the Voronoi-Dirichlet partition of crystal structures are also presented. As an example of frameworks with different nodal arrangements, we have chosen MOFs with mononuclear, binuclear, and pentanuclear nodes, primarily consisting of first-row transition metals, that are incorporated in HHTP-, BTC-, and NIP-systems, respectively (HHTP3- = triphenylene-2,3,6,7,10,11-hexaone; ****- = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate; and NIP2- = 5-nitroisophthalate). Through probing framework electronic profiles, we demonstrate structure-property relationships, and also highlight the necessity for both comprehensive analysis of trends in metal properties, and novel avenues for preparation of heterometallic multinuclear isoreticular structures, which are critical components for on-demand tailoring of properties in heterometallic systems.One of the neuropathological features of Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the misfolding of amyloid-β to form amyloid aggregates, a process highly associated with biological membranes. However, how molecular chirality affects the amyloid formation on phospholipid surfaces has seldom been reported. Here, l- and d-aspartic acid-modified 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (l-/d-Asp-DPPE) is synthesized to construct chiral phospholipid bilayers. We discover that the l-Asp-DPPE liposomes slightly inhibit the Aβ(1-40) nucleation process but cannot affect the oligomer elongation process. By contrast, the d-Asp-DPPE liposomes strongly inhibit both nucleation and elongation of the peptide. Notably, l- and d-Asp-DPPE liposomes not only have good biocompatibility but can also rescue Aβ(1-40)-aggregation induced cytotoxicity with significant chiral discrimination, in which the cell viability is higher in the presence of d-Asp-DPPE liposomes. Mechanism analysis and molecular dynamics simulation clearly demonstrate that differential electrostatic interactions of Lys16 in Aβ(1-40) with l- or d-Asp on the phospholipid contribute to the remarkable chiral discrimination. Therefore, the cysteine levels in single living HeLa cells and HepG2 cells were found to be in the range of 62.0 ± 3.4 μM and 49.6 ± 7.2 μM, respectively.
