Diffusion EMD can be computed in $\tildeO(n)$ time and is more accurate than similarly fast algorithms such as tree-based EMDs. We also show Diffusion EMD is fully differentiable, making it amenable to future uses in gradient-descent frameworks such as deep neural networks.     Studies demonstrate that financial incentive programs increase smoking cessation. However, there is little guidance on which incentive magnitudes will ensure optimal enrollment and motivation levels. This study investigates current smokers' perceptions of varying incentive magnitudes to identify whether there is evidence for optimal amount(s) and whether perceptions differ by income group.

    Studies 1 (N = 56) and 2 (N = 147) were conducted online via Prolific.co. Current smokers were randomly shown multiple hypothetical incentive programs that differed only in the incentive amount offered. For each program, smokers rated its appeal and their likelihood of enrolling and predicted their motivation to quit if enrolled. Growth models were used to investigate the relationship between perspectives and the incentive amount.

    An increasing quadratic trend in smokers' perceptions of programs as the incentive amount increased was identified. Incentive amounts beyond approximately £50-75 per week (£500-£750 total) dgrams or enrollment levels. High-income smokers may not perceive incentives to be as appealing as other income groups, but appear equally willing to enroll.Triterpene saponins (TSs) are important bioactive constituents with structural diversity widely distributed in many plants. We tentatively identified 29 TSs, including 13 that had not been reported previously from this plant. In 2017, the number of major surgical procedures performed for any esophageal disease by respondents was 100 in 15%. Centralization of surgery for benign esophageal diseases was advocated by 83.4%, in centers located according to geographic/population criteria (69.3%), in tertiary hospitals (74.5%), with availability of advanced diagnostic and interventional technologies (88.4%), in at least 10 beds units (70.5%). For national and international centers accreditation/certification, criteria approved included in-hospital mortality and morbidity (95%), quality of life oriented follow-up after surgery (88.9%), quality audits (82.6%), academic research (58.2%), and collaboration with national and international centers (76.6%); indications on surgical procedures volumes were variable. The present study strongly supports the centralization of surgery for benign esophageal diseases, in large part modeled on the principles that have underpinned the centralization of cancer surgery internationally, with emphasis on structure, process, volumes, quality audit, and clinical research.
    Persons with human immunodeficiency virus (PWH) are characterized by altered brain structure and function. As they attain normal lifespans, it has become crucial to understand potential interactions between human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and aging. However, it remains unclear how brain aging varies with viral load (VL).

    In this study, we compare magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) biomarkers among PWH with undetectable VL (UVL; ≤50 genomic copies/mL; n = 230), PWH with detectable VL (DVL; >50 copies/mL; n = 93), and HIV-uninfected (HIV-) controls (n = 206). To quantify gray matter cerebral blood flow (CBF), we utilized arterial spin labeling. To measure structural aging, we used a publicly available deep learning algorithm to estimate brain age from T1-weighted MRI. Cognitive performance was measured using a neuropsychological battery covering 5 domains.

    Associations between age and CBF varied with VL. Older PWH with DVL had reduced CBF vs PWH with UVL (P = .02). Structurally predicted brain aging was accelerated in PWH vs HIV- controls regardless of VL (P < .001). Overall, PWH had impaired learning, executive function, psychomotor speed, and language compared to HIV- controls. Structural brain aging was associated with reduced psychomotor speed (P < .001).

In Faranah (Upper Guinea), daily life is intertwined with rodents, such as the Natal multimammate mouse, Mastomys natalensis; a reservoir for Lassa virus (LASV). However, this contact is rarely perceived as a health risk by residents, although Lassa fever (LF) is known to be endemic to this region. Conversely, these observations remain a great concern for global health agendas. Drawing on ethnographic research involving interviews, focus group discussions, participant observations, and informal discussions over four months, we first identified factors that motivated children to hunt and consume rodents in Faranah villages, and thereafter, explored the knowledge of LF infection in children and their parents. Furthermore, we studied two dimensions of human-rodent encounters 1) space-time of interaction and 2) factors that allowed the interaction to occur and their materiality. This approach allowed us to contextualize child-rodent contacts beyond domestic limits in the fallow fields, swamps, and at other times for this practice. A close look at these encounters provided information on rodent trapping, killing, and manipulation of cooking techniques and the risk these activities posed for the primary transmission of LASV. This research facilitated the understanding of children's exposure to M. natalensis during hunting sessions and the importance of rodent hunting, which is a part of their boyish identity in rural areas. In Faranah (Upper Guinea), daily life is intertwined with rodents, such as the Natal multimammate mouse, Mastomys natalensis; a reservoir for Lassa virus (LASV). However, this contact is rarely perceived as a health risk by residents, although Lassa fever (LF) is known to be endemic to this region. Conversely, these observations remain a great concern for global health agendas. Drawing on ethnographic research involving interviews, focus group discussions, participant observations, and informal discussions over four months, we first identified factors that motivated children to hunt and consume rodents in Faranah villages, and thereafter, explored the knowledge of LF infection in children and their parents. Furthermore, we studied two dimensions of human-rodent encounters 1) space-time of interaction and 2) factors that allowed the interaction to occur and their materiality. This approach allowed us to contextualize child-rodent contacts beyond domestic limits in the fallow fields, swamps, and at other times for this practice. A close look at these encounters provided information on rodent trapping, killing, and manipulation of cooking techniques and the risk these activities posed for the primary transmission of LASV. This research facilitated the understanding of children's exposure to M. natalensis during hunting sessions and the importance of rodent hunting, which is a part of their boyish identity in rural areas.   • Laboratory based X-ray micro-CT is a non-destructive testing method that enables three dimensional visualization and analysis of the internal and external morphology of samples. Although a wide variety of commercial scanners exist, most of them are limited in the number of degrees of freedom to position the source and detector with respect to the object to be scanned. Hence, they are less suited for industrial X-ray imaging settings that require advanced scanning modes, such as laminography, conveyor belt scanning, or time-resolved imaging (4DCT). We introduce a new X-ray scanner FleXCT that consists of a total of ten motorized axes, which allow a wide range of non-standard XCT scans such as tiled and off-centre scans, laminography, helical tomography, conveyor belt, dynamic zooming, and X-ray phase contrast imaging. Additionally, a new software tool 'FlexRayTools' was created that enables reconstruction of non-standard XCT projection data of the FleXCT instrument using the ASTRA Toolbox, a highly efficient and open source set of tools for tomographic projection and reconstruction.Both photonic quantum computation and the establishment of a quantum internet require fiber-based measurement and feed-forward in order to be compatible with existing infrastructure. Here we present a fiber-compatible scheme for measurement and feed-forward, whose performance is benchmarked by carrying out remote preparation of single-photon polarization states at telecom-wavelengths. The result of a projective measurement on one photon deterministically controls the path a second photon takes with ultrafast optical switches. By placing well-calibrated bulk passive polarization optics in the paths, we achieve a measurement and feed-forward fidelity of (99.0 ± 1)%, after correcting for other experimental errors. Our methods are useful for photonic quantum experiments including computing, communication, and teleportation.The temporal response of single-photon detectors is usually obtained by measuring their impulse response to short-pulsed laser sources. Changing the critical phase-matching conditions of the SPDC process provides a wavelength-tunable source of photon pairs. We demonstrate a continuous wavelength-tunability from 526 nm to 661 nm for one photon of the pair, and 1050 nm to 1760 nm for the other photon. The source allows, in principle, to access an even wider wavelength range by simply changing the pump laser of the SPDC-based source. As an initial demonstration, we characterize single-photon avalance detectors sensitive to the two distinct wavelength bands, one based on Silicon, the other based on Indium Gallium Arsenide.For low-order adaptive optics systems, a method that is able to correct for system aberrations in the final focal plane is presented. Unlike the traditional microring delay lines working at the on-resonant wavelength, the microring resonators in our chip work at the anti-resonant wavelengths, leading to a large delay bandwidth and a small delay ripple. The experimental results show that relative group delay can be continuously tuned from 0 to 160 ps for microwave frequencies in the range of 0 to 16 GHz. The delay ripple is less than 6.2 ps. These results represent an important step towards the realization of integrated continuously tunable delay lines demanded in broadband microwave phased array antennas.Understanding the impact of the cladding tube structure on the overall guiding performance is crucial for designing a single-mode, wide-band, and ultra low-loss nested hollow-core anti-resonant fiber (HC-ARF). Here we thoroughly investigate on how the propagation loss is affected by the nested elements when their geometry is realistic (i.e., non-ideal). Interestingly, it was found that the size, rather than the shape, of the nested elements has a dominant role in the final loss performance of the regular nested HC-ARFs. We identify a unique 'V-shape' pattern for suppression of higher-order modes loss by optimizing free design parameters of the HC-ARF. We find that a 5-tube nested HC-ARF has wider transmission window and better single-mode operation than a 6-tube HC-ARF. We show that the propagation loss can be significantly improved by using anisotropic nested anti-resonant tubes elongated in the radial direction. Our simulations indicate that with this novel fiber design, a propagation loss as low as 0.11 dB/km at 1.

  • We discuss the meaning of non-equilibrium self-assembly, its kinetic origin, and strategies to develop synthetic non-equilibrium systems.Ventricular assist device (VAD) therapy has provided pediatric patients with severe heart failure new therapeutic options. However, pediatric patients and families receiving VAD therapy also experience psychosocial challenges. No synthesis of the literature on psychosocial outcomes within the pediatric VAD population has been conducted; thus, the current review sought to systematically investigate the impact of pediatric VAD on patient, parent, and family psychosocial outcomes and assess variables associated with poorer outcomes. Literature searches were conducted in PsycInfo, PubMed, and Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature databases and full texts were assessed according to pre-established inclusion criteria. Main findings and study quality were reviewed. Sixteen studies were included in the present review. Findings highlighted the likelihood for psychological sequelae among pediatric patients and families receiving VAD therapy, including decreased psychological and emotional well-being, elevated stress, and difficulty coping with changes to family dynamics and responsibilities. Health-related quality of life was reported comparable to that of healthy peers and children with other cardiac conditions. Patients and families on VAD therapy experience significant difficulties in psychological well-being and challenges related to adjustment.     Complications associated with ultrasonographically guided percutaneous transhepatic liver biopsy (PTLB) after liver transplantation (LT) have been rarely reported, and there is no consensus about its safety. We retrospectively reviewed the safety and outcomes of PTLB after pediatric LT.

    Between January 2008 and December 2019, 8/1122 (0.71%) pediatric patients who underwent ultrasonographically guided PTLB after LT developed complications. The median age at PTLB was 7.8years (range 0.1-17.9). Grafts included left lobe/left lateral segment in 1050 patients and others in 72. PTLB was performed using local anesthesia±sedation in 1028 patients and general anesthesia in 94.

    Complications after PTLB included acute cholangitis in 3 patients, sepsis in 2, respiratory failure due to over-sedation in 1, subcapsular hematoma in 1, and intrahepatic arterioportal fistula in 1. The incidence of complications of PTLB in patients with biopsy alone and those with simultaneous interventions was 0.49% and 3.19%, respectiveociated with an increased risk of complications.

Six yeasts showed favourable results for all probiotic attributes Saccharomyces cerevisiae CCMA 1746, Pichia guilliermondii CCMA 1753, Candida orthopsilosis CCMA 1748, Candida tropicalis CCMA 1751, Meyerozyma caribbica CCMA 1758 and Debaryomyces hansenii CCMA 1761. These yeasts demonstrated resistance to 37°C, pH 2·0 and bile salts, and survived in vitro digestion (≥10

Furthermore, the yeasts exhibited a hydrophobic cell surface (42·5-92·2%), autoaggregation capacity (41·0-91·0%) and adhesion to Caco-2 (62·0-82·8%) and HT-29 (57·6-87·3%) epithelial cell lines.     Antithymocyte globulin (ATG) consists of polyclonal antibodies directed primarily against human T lymphocytes but may contain antibodies with affinity for other tissues in the transplanted organ, resulting in complement (C4d) deposition. This phenomenon has been demonstrated in endomyocardial biopsies (EMBs) of adult cardiac transplants. We examined the relationship of induction immunosuppression with ATG and C4d deposition in EMB of pediatric cardiac transplants.

    Results of C4d immunohistochemistry were available from all EMB of patients transplanted at our center between June 2012 and April 2018 (n=48) who received induction immunosuppression with either ATG (n=20) or basiliximab (n=28) as the standard of care.

    C4d deposition in the first year post-heart transplant was more commonly seen among patients who received ATG induction (20% of EMBs in ATG group vs 1% of EMBs in basiliximab group; p<.0001). C4d deposition related to ATG was observed early post-transplant (50% ATG vs 0% basiliximab on first EMB; p<.0001 and 35% ATG vs 0% basiliximab on the second EMB; p=.0012). While this difference waned by the third EMB (5% ATG vs 0% basiliximab; p=.41), positive C4d staining persisted to the sixth EMB in the ATG group only (6%).

We retrospectively reviewed the safety and outcomes of PTLB after pediatric LT. Between January 2008 and December 2019, 8/1122 (0.71%) pediatric patients who underwent ultrasonographically guided PTLB after LT developed complications. The median age at PTLB was 7.8years (range 0.1-17.9). Grafts included left lobe/left lateral segment in 1050 patients and others in 72. PTLB was performed using local anesthesia±sedation in 1028 patients and general anesthesia in 94. Complications after PTLB included acute cholangitis in 3 patients, sepsis in 2, respiratory failure due to over-sedation in 1, subcapsular hematoma in 1, and intrahepatic arterioportal fistula in 1. The incidence of complications of PTLB in patients with biopsy alone and those with simultaneous interventions was 0.49% and 3.19%, respectiveociated with an increased risk of complications. Antithymocyte globulin (ATG) consists of polyclonal antibodies directed primarily against human T lymphocytes but may contain antibodies with affinity for other tissues in the transplanted organ, resulting in complement (C4d) deposition. This phenomenon has been demonstrated in endomyocardial biopsies (EMBs) of adult cardiac transplants. We examined the relationship of induction immunosuppression with ATG and C4d deposition in EMB of pediatric cardiac transplants. Results of C4d immunohistochemistry were available from all EMB of patients transplanted at our center between June 2012 and April 2018 (n=48) who received induction immunosuppression with either ATG (n=20) or basiliximab (n=28) as the standard of care. C4d deposition in the first year post-heart transplant was more commonly seen among patients who received ATG induction (20% of EMBs in ATG group vs 1% of EMBs in basiliximab group; p<.0001). C4d deposition related to ATG was observed early post-transplant (50% ATG vs 0% basiliximab on first EMB; p<.0001 and 35% ATG vs 0% basiliximab on the second EMB; p=.0012). While this difference waned by the third EMB (5% ATG vs 0% basiliximab; p=.41), positive C4d staining persisted to the sixth EMB in the ATG group only (6%). C4d deposition is common on EMB up to 1year post-pediatric cardiac transplant following ATG induction. This high rate of positive C4d staining in the absence of histologic AMR after ATG induction therapy must be accounted for in making clinical decisions regarding cardiac allograft rejection diagnosis and treatment.   • We establish relationships between mechanical force generated through device expansion and alteration in diffusion within the arterial wall and perform simulations to elucidate the impact of such alterations in spatio-temporal drug release and tissue uptake. Mechanical deformation of the arterial wall results in modified drug transport properties and tissue drug concentrations, highlighting the importance of coupling solid mechanics with drug transport. It has been shown that there exists significance dependence between hydration and biomechanical properties of hydrated tissues such as cornea. The primary purpose of this study was to determine hydration effects on mechanical properties of sclera. Scleral strips, dissected from the posterior part of pig eyes along the superior-inferior direction, were divided into four hydration groups by first drying them and then soaking them in PBS until their hydration reached to 75%, 100%, 150%, and 200%. The strips were subjected to ten consecutive cycles of loading and unloading up to 1 MPa. The response of samples at the tenth cycle was used to compute the tangent modulus, maximum strain, and hysteresis as a function of hydration. The experiments were done in oil in order to prevent hydration changes during the mechanical tests. The mechanical response of strips right after dissection, control group, was also measured. In general, significant softening of scleral strips was found with increasing hydration (p  0.99. The present study showed that hydration would significantly alter the tensile response of scleral tissue. Thus, the hydration of scleral specimens during mechanical experimental measurements should be carefully controlled. The thermal neutron-induced gamma-ray background in 124Sn is investigated in connection with neutrinoless double beta decay (0νββ) studies in 124Sn. For this purpose, a 99.26% enriched 124Sn sample was irradiated with a thermal neutron fluence of 3×1015/cm2 in the Dhruva reactor at the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai. The gamma ray spectra of the irradiated sample were measured in a low background counting setup to study both long-lived and short-lived activities. The present data give an independent measurement of the half-life of 125Sn*(32+) and 125Sn(112-) as 10.01(8) min and 9.63(2) d, respectively. The impact of the observed high-energy gamma rays and the residual activity due to 125Sb, on the background in the region of interest around the Qββ value of 124Sn (~2.291 MeV) is discussed. The adsorbent showed a uranium adsorption capacity of 0.11 mg/g adsorbent for 8 weeks of soaking in brine concentrate from a seawater reverse osmosis plant. The intensity distribution of backscattered photons from the radioactive isotopes 22Na and 137Cs (with photon energies of 511 keV and 662 keV, respectively) were recorded for different thicknesses of alloy samples and some metallic samples (Al, Zn, Sn and Pb) with use of a GAMMA-RAD5 spectrometer (76 mm × 76 mm NaI(Tl) scintillation detector). Backscattered photon intensities were plotted as a function of both the atomic number and the target thickness. A best fit curve was drawn between backscattered photon counts and the atomic number of the metallic samples, from which the effective atomic numbers (Zeff) of the alloys were obtained at a particular photon energy as well as thickness. The experimentally obtained Zeff values are in good agreement with the theoretical ones (based on mass attenuation coefficients from the WinXCom database). The plot of intensity versus thickness shows that the intensity of backscattered photons increases with sample thickness. The albedo factors (energy albedo, number albedo and dose albedo) were also determined experimentally at these photon energies for the alloys and metallic samples. In the Compton scattering dominant region, the albedo factors decrease with an increase in atomic number as well as with an increase in photon energy. The present Monte Carlo study was devoted to the comparison of photoneutron contamination (per 1 Gy photon dose), along the maze of a radiotherapy bunker, between two 18-MV modalities grid therapy (with grids made of brass, cerrobend, and lead) and conventional radiotherapy. It was turned out that both in grid therapy and in conventional radiotherapy, with increasing distance from the entrance of treatment hall (toward the maze entrance), fluence and ambient dose equivalent of neutrons decrease. Evidence also shows that in grid therapy, independent of materials used in the grid construction, photoneutron contamination along the maze is 45±6 % larger than conventional radiotherapy.

In this study, MBP exposure significantly reduced Neuro-2a cell viability and induced apoptotic events that MBP (5-15 μM) exhibited greater neuronal cytotoxicity than BPA (50-100 μM). The mitochondria-dependent apoptotic signals including the decrease in mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and the increase in cytosolic apoptosis-induced factor (AIF), cytochrome c release, and Bax protein expression were involved in MBP (10 μM)-induced Neuro-2a cell death. Sixty-six patients were included in this study. After 8-12 weeks, bone biopsies were embedded in paraffin and histological and immune-histological investigated. Using qRT-PCR bone (Alpl, Bglap, Runx2) and angiogenic markers (VEGF, caveolin-1) were identified. The histomorphometric analysis of all examined samples showed no differences between treated and untreated sockets, but a tissue compression. After classification in bone regeneration stages, more samples with woven bone were present in treated sockets than in controls. The Alpl expression correlates with increase in mature bone tissue. In treated sockets a significant decrease in CD34 and caveolin-1 protein expression was found. Additionally, a significant increase of Runx2 and VEGF mRNA was detected in patients younger than 50 years. Thus, all specimens showed ossification in different stages after eight weeks of healing. The treated group gives an earlier stage of ossification than controls, but produces densified tissue with greater volume fraction. It can be assumed that successful implant placement in Bio-Oss Collagen augmented extraction sockets is possible after eight weeks of bone healing.
    Berlin anatomist Hermann Stieve (1886-1952) had access to many bodies of execution victims during the period of National Socialism and used tissues from these bodies to conduct histological research. Estate material of his eldest son, who died in 2012, included histological specimens related to this research, some of them carrying inscriptions with names. This historical investigation tried to identify the individuals behind these names and their fate.

    Information was sought in several archives, the data collection of the Gedenkstätte Deutscher Widerstand (German Resistance Memorial Center), Stieve's own publications, and in other estate material.

    Thirty-six of the hundreds of histological slides from the estate carried a total of 20 personal names. Fifteen of these could be unequivocally related to individual historical persons, twelve women and three men, all of them executed at Berlin Plötzensee prison between 1937 and 1945. As detailed as the archival sources allowed, the fate of these individuals was reconstructed.

    To compare long-term outcomes of primary versus secondary (postgraft failure) Boston keratoprosthesis type 1 (KPro) implantation.

    Medical records of patients at the Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal having undergone KPro implantation between 2008 and 2017 were reviewed and included if they had a preoperative Snellen best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of 20/100 or worse and a minimum of 5 years of follow-up. Eighty-two eyes were separated into two cohorts (40 primary, 42 secondary KPro) and BCVA, complications and device retention were evaluated between groups.

    BCVA improved from baseline in both groups at each year; this was significant at all five postoperative years in the primary group and the first 3 years in the secondary group (p<0.05). Mean BCVA was similar between groups at 5 years (logarithm of minimal angle resolution 1.3±0.8 in the primary group vs 1.5±0.8 p<0.05). Idiopathic vitritis, choroidal detachment and new glaucoma occurred more after primary KPro (n=7, 17.5% vs n=1, 2.4%; n=11, 27.5% vs n=3, 7.14% and n=14, 35% vs n=6, 14%, respectively; p<0.05). Primary KPro had lower retention (n=28, 70% vs n=38, 91%, p<0.05) at final follow-up. There was more aniridia in the primary group (n=19, 48% vs n=6, 14%, p<0.01). Within each group, 50% of removals occurred in aniridic eyes.

The thickness changes in the retina, GCC and ORL decreased with age (r=-0.24,-0.23, -0.15, respectively, all p<0.01). Multiple regression analysis showed that the changes in central foveal retinal thickness (RT) and GCC thickness were independently associated with age and baseline spherical equivalent (SE), while the changes in ORL thickness were associated with age and SE changes. In children 8-9 years, a greater increase was observed in central foveal ORL thickness in those with no myopic shift (p<0.01).   • Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with mutated NPM1 accounts for one-third of newly diagnosed AML. Despite recent advances, treatment of relapsed/refractory NPM1-mutated AML remains challenging, with the majority of patients eventually dying due to disease progression. Moreover, the prognosis is particularly poor in elderly and unfit patients, mainly because they cannot receive intensive treatment. Therefore, alternative treatment strategies are needed. Dactinomycin is a low-cost chemotherapeutic agent, which has been anecdotally reported to induce remission in NPM1-mutated patients, although its mechanism of action remains unclear. Here, we describe the results of a single-center phase 2 pilot study investigating the safety and efficacy of single-agent dactinomycin in relapsed/refractory NPM1-mutated adult AML patients, demonstrating that this drug can induce complete responses and is relatively well tolerated. We also provide evidence that the activity of dactinomycin associates with nucleolar stress both in vitro and in vivo in patients. Finally, we show that low-dose dactinomycin generates more efficient stress response in cells expressing NPM1 mutant compared to wild-type cells, suggesting that NPM1-mutated AML may be more sensitive to nucleolar stress. Here, we report the profiles of genetic alterations, chromatin accessibility and active enhancers, gene-expressions and anti-lymphoma drug-sensitivity of three newly established, patient-derived, xenograft (PDX) models of RT-DLBCLs, including CLR and clonally-unrelated (CLUR) to concomitant CLL. The CLR and CLUR RT-DLBCL cells display active enhancers, higher single-cell RNA-Seq-determined mRNA, and protein expressions of IRF4, TCF4, and BCL2, as well as increased sensitivity to BET protein inhibitors. CRISPR knockout of IRF4 attenuated c-****levels and increased sensitivity to a BET protein inhibitor. Co-treatment with BET inhibitor or BET-PROTAC and ibrutinib or venetoclax exerted synergistic in vitro lethality in the RT-DLBCL cells. However, when transplantation was considered as a competing risk, there was overall no significant difference between the risks of relapse on the two randomized arms. Patients still in remission after consolidation with high-dose cytarabine entered the maintenance phase, continuing with either midostaurin or placebo. Analyses were inconclusive in quantifying the impact of the maintenance phase on the overall outcome. Our results reveal dissociable neural correlates of these two measures that suggest differences in how younger and older adults successfully comprehend speech.
