Only 33% showed an involvement of the skin (urticaria pigmentosa). ISM is a rare cause of osteoporosis (0.5%). However, in a subgroup of rather young male patients with osteoporosis the prevalence is more than 5%. Thus, ISM should be considered in premenopausal women and men presenting with vertebral fractures even if urticaria pigmentosa is not present.
Early recognition of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) severity can guide patient management. However, it is challenging to predict when COVID-19 patients will progress to critical illness. This study aimed to develop an artificial intelligence system to predict future deterioration to critical illness in COVID-19 patients.
An artificial intelligence (AI) system in a time-to-event analysis framework was developed to integrate chest CT and clinical data for risk prediction of future deterioration to critical illness in patients with COVID-19.
A multi-institutional international cohort of 1,051 patients with RT-PCR confirmed COVID-19 and chest CT was included in this study. Of them, 282 patients developed critical illness, which was defined as requiring ICU admission and/or mechanical ventilation and/or reaching death during their hospital stay. The AI system achieved a C-index of 0.80 for predicting individual COVID-19 patients' to critical illness. The AI system successfully stratified the patients into high-risk and low-risk groups with distinct progression risks (p < 0.0001).
Using CT imaging and clinical data, the AI system successfully predicted time to critical illness for individual patients and identified patients with high risk. AI has the potential to accurately triage patients and facilitate personalized treatment.

Systemic sclerosis is one of the causes of dropped head syndrome, but its characteristics and prognosis remain unclear due to the extreme rarity of this condition. We present a case of dropped head which occurred in systemic sclerosis. He presented with severe dropped head and relatively mild weakness of the proximal limb muscles. Serum level of creatine kinase was elevated, myopathic change was observed in electromyography, and gadolinium enhancement was found in magnetic resonance imaging of his posterior neck muscles. Anti-topoisomerase I antibody was positive, while other autoantibodies such as anti-PM/Scl and anti-Ku antibodies were negative. Since his dropped head acutely progressed, high dose of glucocorticoid therapy was initiated, which successfully improved dropped head, serum level of creatine kinase, and gadolinium enhancement in magnetic resonance imaging. Our present case and literature review suggest that dropped head occurring in systemic sclerosis can be treatable with immunosuppressive therapy. It is important to recognize this rare but treatable involvement of systemic sclerosis because early diagnosis and treatment initiation are crucial to prevent the irreversible organ damage and the significant decrease of daily activities.

Health information has a profound impact on developing awareness and ultimately preventing the burden of coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, but study in Bangladesh is lacking.
Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the impact of information from social media and television in developing health awareness among people amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Data was collected during December 10, 2020 to February 10, 2021 from 1808 people. Data was collected by using questionnaire about information source and their impact on COVID-19 related health measures. Pearson's correlation analyses was conducted.
Female (52%, 937 of 1808) was the most prevalent sex and the mean age was 24±3.9 years. Most of the social media users were students (63%, 1131 of 1808). Social media (53%, 959 of 1808) and television (44%, 800 of 1808) were the most popular sources and Facebook (66.5%, 1203 of 1808) was the most common source of getting health information. About 87% people received health information on social media and television. Users of social media had about 3 times more likelihood to follow the health rules. About 80% participants who used social media followed the health measures after 0-28 days of getting the information. The strongest correlation was found between social distancing and the information on television (r=0.943).
Strong correlation of health information was present among the participants in building awareness about taking preventive measures. This is the first study to describe the positive influence of information amid COVID-19 in Bangladesh.

Factors necessitating the propensity of adults with upper body fat deposition (UBFD) for developing insulin resistance and cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are poorly understood. Therefore, understanding the roles of adipocytokines in the development of UBFD-associated pathologies could be of clinical importance.
To assess the levels of selected adipocytokines in males with nuchal fat fold (NFF).
Eighty-six males (43 with NFF and 43 without NFF) were enrolled into this study. Serum levels of tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), resistin and adiponectin were determined using ELISA.
Adiponectin level was significantly higher while resistin and TNF-α levels were significantly lower in NFF compared with the controls. TNF-α had significant positive correlation with systolic blood pressure (SBP) while adiponectin had significant positive correlation with the waist-hip ratio (WHR). Stratifying based on the obesity status, the mean body weight, BMI, waist circumference (WC), hip circumference (HC), WHR, neck circumference (NC), NFF and diastolic BP were significantly higher in NFF with obesity compared with those without obesity. However, levels of TNF-α, resistin and adiponectin were similar between the two groups.

The rising prevalence of metabolic syndrome has made it a major health concern. Chronic occupational exposure to organic solvents affects different systems of the body. This study aimed to investigate the association between exposure to organic solvents and the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in petroleum refinery workers.
This study was conducted in 2019-2020 on workers employed in an Iranian petroleum refinery. The demographic and occupational information on the participants was obtained using the interview method. Their height, weight, and blood pressure were measured by the occupational health team, and fasting blood samples were taken from them to measure the paraclinical parameters.
In this study, 1009 petroleum refinery workers were analyzed. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in workers was 20.1% and it was about two times higher in exposed workers (CI 95% 1.61-3.35) compared to non-exposed ones. Factors associated with the prevalence of metabolic syndrome include age, higher BMI, exercise, and longer exposure to organic solvents.

Capsid protein (CP) of Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) is a multifunctional protein with a conserved hydrophobic pocket that plays a crucial role in the capsid assembly and virus budding process. This study demonstrates antiviral activity of thymoquinone (TQ), a natural compound targeting the hydrophobic pocket of CP. The binding of TQ to the hydrophobic pocket of CHIKV CP was analysed by structure-based molecular docking, isothermal titration calorimetry and fluorescence spectroscopy. The binding constant KD obtained for TQ was 27 μM. Additionally, cell-based antiviral studies showed that TQ diminished CHIKV replication with an EC50 value 4.478 μM. Reduction in viral RNA copy number and viral replication as assessed by the qRT-PCR and immunofluorescence assay, confirmed the antiviral potential of TQ. Our study reveals that TQ is an effective antiviral targeting the hydrophobic pocket of CHIKV CP and may serve as the basis for development of a broad-spectrum therapy against alphaviral diseases.This paper presents a new method for reweighting examples in the multi-label classification problem. Existing weighting functions in self-paced learning simply determine the weights of examples according to their loss values given the current multi-label model, but neglect the unique properties of multi-label examples. It is inaccurate to treat two distinct examples as equal even if their loss values are the same. Therefore, we upgrade the classical weight functions by considering instance complexities, which are described by the distances between instance features and their corresponding labels. The distance metric can be easily optimized during training. Experimental results on real-world datasets demonstrate the significance of investigating both the dynamic and static complexities of multi-label examples, as well as the advantages of the proposed example reweighting algorithm in multi-label classification problems.Compound-specific isotope analysis of chlorine (CSIA-Cl) is a practicable and high-performance approach for revelation of transformation processes and source identification of chlorinated organic pollutants. This study conducted CSIA-Cl for typical polychlorinated organic pollutants using gas chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (GCHRMS) with an alternate injection mode using perchloroethylene (PCE) and trichloroethylene (TCE) as model analytes. PCE and TCE standards from two manufacturers were employed for method development, and chlorine isotope ratio calculation schemes were evaluated by experiment and numerical simulation. The achieved precision (standard deviation of isotope ratios) was up to 0.21‰ for PCE and 0.43‰ for TCE. The limits of detection for CSIA-Cl of were 0.05 μg/mL (0.05 ng on column), and the linearities were 0.05-1 μg/mL. Two isotope ratio calculation schemes, i.e., one using complete molecular isotopologues and another using the first pair of neighboring chlorine isotopologues of each analyte, were evaluated in terms of accuracy and precision. Capsid protein (CP) of Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) is a multifunctional protein with a conserved hydrophobic pocket that plays a crucial role in the capsid assembly and virus budding process. This study demonstrates antiviral activity of thymoquinone (TQ), a natural compound targeting the hydrophobic pocket of CP. The binding of TQ to the hydrophobic pocket of CHIKV CP was analysed by structure-based molecular docking, isothermal titration calorimetry and fluorescence spectroscopy. The binding constant KD obtained for TQ was 27 μM. Additionally, cell-based antiviral studies showed that TQ diminished CHIKV replication with an EC50 value 4.478 μM. Reduction in viral RNA copy number and viral replication as assessed by the qRT-PCR and immunofluorescence assay, confirmed the antiviral potential of TQ. Our study reveals that TQ is an effective antiviral targeting the hydrophobic pocket of CHIKV CP and may serve as the basis for development of a broad-spectrum therapy against alphaviral diseases.This paper presents a new method for reweighting examples in the multi-label classification problem. Seizure detection algorithms (SDAs) based on electroencephalography (EEG) have been described in previous studies, but the imbalanced data distribution of ictal and interictal states continue to pose a technical challenge. This study proposes a novel algorithm to address the imbalanced classification problem and improve seizure detection performance.
The proposed algorithm is designed based on hybrid sampling and a cost-sensitive (CS) classifier. Hybrid sampling resamples the imbalanced EEG data at data-level, and the CS classifier, which is used as an algorithm-level tool, reduces the overall misclassification cost of seizure detection. The synthetic minority oversampling technique and undersampling TomekLink technique are combined to reduce the imbalanced ratio between ictal and interictal states while retaining the generalization ability. Finally, CS support vector machine classifies the resampled EEG feature vectors, assigning different cost sensitive parameters to moderate the poor performance resulting from the imbalanced distribution problem.
The proposed algorithm improved the average sensitivity and AUC by 46.67% and 0.0482, respectively, compared with the original results without using the imbalanced EEG data processing (IEDP) technique. Experimental results showed that an average sensitivity and AUC of 86.34% and 0.9837, respectively, could be obtained across all cases. Finally, a performance evaluation showed that the proposed algorithm outperformed published methods in terms seizure detection.

Processed electroencephalogram (EEG) is used peri-operatively for monitoring depth of anaesthesia. Because these utilise EEG data, attempts have been made to investigate their use in diagnosing and monitoring seizures. This is important as formal EEG monitoring can be hard to obtain in many critical care environments. We undertook a scoping review of the evidence for using processed EEG (pEEG) from depth of anaesthesia monitors for this indication.
Medline, Psych INFO, and Embase were searched for peer-reviewed journals until 20 March 2021. Data and conclusions taken from the study of pEEG in both critical care and peri-operative settings have been included in a qualitative synthesis about the current evidence for the use of pEEG in the detection and monitoring of seizures.
Searches yielded 8 observational studies, 1 randomised trial and 15 case reports in which the use of pEEG in critical care and peri-operative medicine was described. Most concerned the Bispectral Index (BIS) device. The majority of observational studies reported the use of BIS for optimisation of burst suppression in patients with refractory status-epilepticus (RSE), or in the comparison of pEEG data with conventional EEG during epileptic activity. Multiple case reports describe the application of pEEG in the presence of disorders of consciousness as a tool for detection of non-convulsive status-epilepticus, finding variable trends in the pEEG output.

Since early seizure onset is a prominent feature, in this study, a cohort of 54 unrelated patients consisting of 26 males and 28 females was selected for CDKL5 screening, with seizures presented before 12 months of age being the only clinical criterion. Five patients were found to have pathogenic or likely pathogenic variants in CDKL5 while 1 was found to have a variant of uncertain significance (p.L522V). Although CDKL5 variants are more frequently identified in female patients, we identified three male and three female patients (11.1 %, 6/54) in this study. Missense variant with unknown inheritance (p.L522V), de novo missense variant (p.E60 K), two de novo splicing (IVS15 + 1G > A, IVS16 + 2 T > A), and one de novo nonsense variant p.W125* were identified using Sanger sequencing. Whole exome analysis approach revealed de novo frameshift variant c.1247_1248delAG in a mosaic form in one of the males. Patient clinical features are reviewed and compared to those previously described in related literature. Variable clinical features were presented in CDKL5 positive patients characterised in this study. In addition to more common features, such as early epileptic seizures, severe intellectual disability, and gross motor impairment, inappropriate laughing/screaming spells and hypotonia appeared at the age of 1 year in all patients, regardless of the type of CDKL5 mutation or sex. All three CDKL5 positive males from our cohort were initially diagnosed with West syndrome, which suggests that the CDKL5 gene mutations are a significant cause of West syndrome phenotype, and also indicate the overlapping characteristics of these two clinical entities.

Therefore, empowering women can help reduce the amount of violence they might have to encounter. It is essential that supporting and empowering centers for women be established in the society and efficient laws be enacted to fight IPV.Introduction Peripheral intravenous catheters (PICs) patency techniques such as flushing are being developed. According to some studies, flushing can be used continuously or in pulsatile forms. This study aimed to compare the effects of pulsatile flushing (PF) and continuous flushing (CF) on time and type of PICs patency. Methods In this double-blind randomized clinical trial, 71 patients were randomly assigned into two groups of PF (n=35) and CF (n=36). The PF protocol was performed as successive injections of 1 mL normal saline (N/S) per second (sec) with a delay of less than 1 sec until the completion of 5 mL of solution. However, CF protocol was performed by injecting 5 mL N/S within 5 sec without any delay before and after each medicine administration. Data related to the time and type of PICs patency were collected using a patency checklist every 12 hours (h) up to 96 h. The statistical analysis was done by R statistical software (Version 3.5.1). Results The results showed that the number of PICs remaining open was not significantly different between PF and CF groups during 96 h. The highest number of PICs excluded from the study was related to the time of 96 h as a result of partial patency in the two groups. Conclusion There was no difference between CF and PF regarding the time and type of PICs patency. Thus, both techniques can be used to maintain the catheter patency.Introduction Self-care programs can raise health in patients with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). This study aimed to identify the self-care behaviors and determinants in patients with MS according to the Health Belief Model (HBM). Methods In this cross-sectional study, we included 280 MS patients through convenience sampling method. The collection tool was a self-administered questionnaire based on HBM. The participants were the members of MS society in Kerman, Iran. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, path analysis, and multivariable linear regression in SPSS software Version 22. Results The mean (SD) score for self-care practices was 2.86 (0.64), and medication adherence was the most conducted practice. The perceived benefits and cues to action exerted positive influence on self-care practices. The most frequent symptoms experienced by the participants were fatigue (82.5%), visual impairment (76.4%), headaches (72.1%), and muscle weakness (71.4%). The most important cues to action for self-care behavior were the physician (77%), media (52%), and other MS patients (32%). Conclusion The quality of life (QOL) of MS patients is heavily influenced by self-care behaviors. In this study, only about half of the patients accomplished self-care behaviors, which seems to be insufficient. Since the perceived benefits and cues to action are the main predictors of self-care practices, intervention based on these two constructs can be utilized to promote self-care programs and QOL in MS patients. The parental stress, parental competency, and postpartum depression questionnaires were used for data collection before, after, and one month after the intervention. Repeated-measures ANOVA test was used for comparing the mean scores of parenting stress, parental competency, and depression between and within both study groups before, after, and one month after delivery. Results While postpartum depression and parental stress decreased in intervention group, parental competency increased. Conclusion Our findings indicated that midwife-led psycho-education was effective on parental stress, competency, and postpartum depression in high-risk pregnancy mothers. Methods This randomized controlled trial (RCT) was carried out on 80 women with spontaneous late preterm infants recruited at Ayatollah Mousavi Hospital of Zanjan. Using convenience sampling method, the participants were assigned into two groups of intervention and control according to block design. Taking a problem-solving approach, counselling was carried out individually in four sessions. The control group received only routine care. The data were collected using adaptation to maternal role questionnaire including 33 items based on a five-point Likert scale ranging in seven areas, in two steps (before counselling and one month after the last counselling session). Data analysis was performed using the SPSS ver. 16.0 software (SPSS, Inc., Chicago, IL). Results The total score of adaptations to maternal role and its areas was significantly higher in the intervention group after the follow-up period. Conclusion A comprehensive counselling including various dimensions of maternity adaptation had a positive effect on improving the adaptation to maternal role in mothers with late preterm infants.

The most frequent symptoms experienced by the participants were fatigue (82.5%), visual impairment (76.4%), headaches (72.1%), and muscle weakness (71.4%). The most important cues to action for self-care behavior were the physician (77%), media (52%), and other MS patients (32%). Conclusion The quality of life (QOL) of MS patients is heavily influenced by self-care behaviors. In this study, only about half of the patients accomplished self-care behaviors, which seems to be insufficient. Since the perceived benefits and cues to action are the main predictors of self-care practices, intervention based on these two constructs can be utilized to promote self-care programs and QOL in MS patients. The data were collected using adaptation to maternal role questionnaire including 33 items based on a five-point Likert scale ranging in seven areas, in two steps (before counselling and one month after the last counselling session). Results The total score of adaptations to maternal role and its areas was significantly higher in the intervention group after the follow-up period. In the present study, characterization at the grain-scale was performed on the Mojave Mars Simulant (MMS-1) with emphasis on the frictional behavior of small size samples which follow the particle-to-particle configuration. Additional characterization was performed by means of surface composition and morphology analysis and the crushing behavior of individual grains. The results from the study present for the first time the micromechanical tribological response of Mars simulant, and attempts were also made to compare the behavior of this simulant with previously published results on other types of Earth and extra-terrestrial materials. The use of a neural network is justified by the fact that the automation of the measurement of the airplane's ground distance during landing based on acceleration data is possible thanks to the recognition of the touchdown and stopping points, using artificial intelligence. The hardware is based on a single-board computer that works with the inertial navigation platform and a satellite navigation sensor. In the development of the IMUMETER device, original software solutions were developed and tested. The paper describes the development of the Convolution Neural Network, including the learning process based on the measurement results during flight tests of the PZL 104 Wilga 35A aircraft. The ground distance of the test airplane during landing on a grass runway was calculated using the developed neural network model. Additionally included are exemplary measurements of the landing distance of the test airplane during landing on a grass runway. The results obtained in this study can be useful in the development of artificial intelligence-based sensors, especially those for the measurement and analysis of aircraft flight dynamics.

The present study aims to explore the role of microRNA 145-5p (miR-145-5p) in hyperlipidemia. Using bioinformatics tools and a wide range of function and mechanism assays, we attempted to understand the specific function and potential mechanism of miR-145-5p in hyperlipidemia. A cholesterol-enriched diet induced an increase of serum cholesterol and triacylglycerol but a decrease of serum high-density lipoprotein. MiR-145-5p level was decreased in hyperlipidemia rat models. MiR-145-5p regulated lipid metabolism by antagonizing the alteration of high-density lipoprotein, cholesterol, and triacylglycerol in serum mediated by a cholesterol-enriched diet. In mechanism, miR-145-5p directly bound with p21 protein (RAC1)-activated kinase 7 (PAK7) and negatively regulated mRNA and protein levels of PAK7 in THP-1 cells. Furthermore, miR-145-5p level was negatively associated with PAK7 level in rat cardiac tissues. Finally, overexpression of PAK7 reversed the effects of miR-145-5p on β-catenin activation and M2 macrophages polarization in THP-1 cells. In conclusion, MiR-145-5p modulated lipid metabolism and M2 macrophage polarization by targeting PAK7 and regulating β-catenin signaling in hyperlipidemia, which may provide a potential biomarker for the treatment of hyperlipidemia-induced cardiovascular diseases.Recent advancements in sequencing methods have led to significant increase in sequencing data. Confidentiality, integrity, authenticity of data needs to be ensured. This paper presents a novel lossless reference-free algorithm that focuses on data compression along with encryption to achieve security in addition to other parameters. The proposed algorithm uses preprocessing of data before applying general-purpose compression library. Genetic algorithm is used to encrypt the data. The technique is validated with experimental results on benchmark datasets. Comparative analysis with state-of-the-art techniques is presented. Methods General pediatricians from academic, private, large group, and underserved practices in Northern California underwent individual semi-structured interviews in 2017. We asked about experiences surrounding infant peanut introduction, strategies for staying up-to-date with current recommendations, and barriers and facilitators to the new peanut introduction and testing recommendations. The data were coded, and using grounded theory methodology, a conceptual framework was developed around early peanut introduction and testing in infants. Results Eighteen general pediatricians participatss, limited primary care resources for education and testing, and includes support and collaboration from subspecialty practices is more likely to lead to improved early peanut introduction uptake.Background We describe a rare case involving paracetamol, a commonly used drug worldwide. Increased paracetamol consumption increases the risk of adverse drug reactions. Case Presentation This is a case of a 9-year-old girl who visited the emergency department due to sudden onset sneezing, nasal itching, urticaria, and angioedema after paracetamol ingestion. The diagnostic and etiologic studies revealed an immunoglobulin E (IgE)-mediated hypersensitivity mechanism to paracetamol. Conclusion Few cases of this phenomenon have been reported in previous literature. As confirmed in this study, a negative skin ***** test did not exclude hypersensitivity, and conducting intradermal tests (IDTs) increased diagnostic accuracy. The patient had a positive IDT, confirming the underlying IgE-mediated reaction. The follow-up of a confirmed paracetamol hypersensitivity implies patient education about avoidance of any paracetamol-containing formulation, including combination products and clarification of available alternative drugs. This is likely the first publication documenting IgE-mediated paracetamol allergy in pediatric patients. Results A total of 304 infants were included in the study. There were 198 infants with lactate levels of >2 mmol/L. Lactic acidosis was present in 6 infants, with a mean hospital stay of 8 ± 3 days. Only 1 (0.3%) patient required intubation, and 5 (1.6%) were transferred to the PICU. The overall mortality rate was 0%.

CD4+ helper T cells can both coordinate worm clearance and prevent immunopathology, but issues of T cell antigen specificity in the context of helminth-induced Th2 and T regulatory cell (Treg) responses have not been addressed. Herein, we generated a novel transgenic line of the gastrointestinal nematode Strongyloides ratti expressing the immunodominant CD4+ T cell epitope 2W1S as a fusion protein with green fluorescent protein (GFP) and FLAG peptide in order to track and study helminth-specific CD4+ T cells. C57BL/6 **** infected with this stable transgenic line (termed Hulk) underwent a dose-dependent expansion of activated CD44hiCD11ahi 2W1S-specific CD4+ T cells, preferentially in the lung parenchyma. Transcriptional profiling of 2W1S-specific CD4+ T cells isolated from **** infected with either Hulk or the enteric bacterial pathogen Salmonella expressing 2W1S revealed that pathogen context exerted a dominant influence over CD4+ T cell phenotype. Interestingly, Hulk-elicited 2W1S-specific CD4+ T cells exhibited both Th2 and Treg phenotypes and expressed high levels of the EGFR ligand amphiregulin, which differed greatly from the phenotype of 2W1S-specific CD4+ T cells elicited by 2W1S-expressing Salmonella. While immunization with 2W1S peptide did not enhance clearance of Hulk infection, immunization did increase total amphiregulin production as well as the number of amphiregulin-expressing CD3+ cells in the lung following Hulk infection. Altogether, this new model system elucidates effector as well as immunosuppressive and wound reparative roles of helminth-specific CD4+ T cells. The unadjusted, age- and sex-adjusted, and multivariable-adjusted decline rate of RKF and log RKF decreased significantly with higher BP3M levels (P for trend <0.01). Compared to those of the Optimal group, the multivariable-adjusted odds ratios (95% confidence interval) for the faster side of the median decline rate of RKF and log RKF were 4.04 (1.24-13.2) and 5.50 (1.58-19.2) in the Grade 2 and 3 hypertension group, respectively (p<0.05).

One year later, a second session was performed in both provinces to record missing dogs and the reasons for missing. Age-specific survival rates of the dog populations were computed using Kaplan-Meier estimates. Ownership determinants and bite risk factors were identified using a negative binomial regression model. Herein, we generated a novel transgenic line of the gastrointestinal nematode Strongyloides ratti expressing the immunodominant CD4+ T cell epitope 2W1S as a fusion protein with green fluorescent protein (GFP) and FLAG peptide in order to track and study helminth-specific CD4+ T cells. C57BL/6 mice infected with this stable transgenic line (termed Hulk) underwent a dose-dependent expansion of activated CD44hiCD11ahi 2W1S-specific CD4+ T cells, preferentially in the lung parenchyma. Transcriptional profiling of 2W1S-specific CD4+ T cells isolated from mice infected with either Hulk or the enteric bacterial pathogen Salmonella expressing 2W1S revealed that pathogen context exerted a dominant influence over CD4+ T cell phenotype. Interestingly, Hulk-elicited 2W1S-specific CD4+ T cells exhibited both Th2 and Treg phenotypes and expressed high levels of the EGFR ligand amphiregulin, which differed greatly from the phenotype of 2W1S-specific CD4+ T cells elicited by 2W1S-expressing Salmonella.
