The regulation of NLRP3 inflammasome by IL-36RN was determined in vitro in macrophage cells after oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) stimulation. The IL-1β and caspase-1 p10 secretion were assessed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and western blot analysis. Finally, the IL-36RN/NLRP3 inflammasome pathway was confirmed in apolipoprotein E-deficient ****. IL-36RN suppressed the expression of NLRP3, the secretion of IL-1β, and caspase-1 p10 in vitro, while IL-36 pathway stimulation activated the NLRP3 inflammasome, which was inhibited by IL-36RN. In the mouse model of atherosclerosis, IL-36RN delivered by the lentivirus vector inhibited the development of atherosclerosis, and the atheroprotective effects of IL-36RN were attenuated by IL-36 pathway stimulation. Selected articles establish animal studies as valid tools to study disordered eating behavior, offer insight into potential neurobiological mechanisms, and highlight novel targets for future pharmacological treatments. Clinical implications of each article's findings are included to demonstrate the translational value of animal studies for the eating disorders field. At 30 weeks of age **** were sacrificed for histological analysis. Expression of Ki67, cytokeratin 14 and of the HPV16 oncogenes E6 and E7 was confirmed using immunohistochemistry and quantitative PCR, respectively. HPV16-transgenic **** developed intraepithelial lesions including condylomas and penile intraepithelial neoplasia (PeIN). Lesions expressed cytokeratin 14 and the HPV16 oncogenes E6 and E7 and showed deregulated cell proliferation, demonstrated by Ki67-positive supra-basal cells. HPV16-transgenic **** exposed to DMBA showed increased penile intraepithelial neoplasia (PeIN) incidence and squamous cell carcinoma. Elucidating how the structural and physicochemical properties of the assemblies modulate the potency and the polarization of the immune responses is critical for bottom-up design of vaccines. In this context, this review briefly covers the fundamentals of supramolecular interactions involved in protein self-assembly and presents the strategies to design and functionalize these assemblies. Examples of advanced nanovaccines are presented, and properties of protein supramolecular structures enabling modulation of the immune responses are discussed. Combining the understanding of the self-assembly process at the molecular level with knowledge regarding the activation of the innate and adaptive immune responses will support the design of safe and effective nanovaccines.In recent years, artificial intelligence (AI) has started to manifest itself at an unprecedented pace. The study explores whether building artificially intelligent cities can safeguard humanity from natural disasters, pandemics, and other catastrophes. All of the statements in this viewpoint are based on a thorough review of the current status of AI literature, research, developments, trends, and applications. This paper generates insights and identifies prospective research questions by charting the evolution of AI and the potential impacts of the systematic adoption of AI in cities and societies. The generated insights inform urban policymakers, managers, and planners on how to ensure the correct uptake of AI in our cities, and the identified critical questions offer scholars directions for prospective research and development.Results of a detailed structural characterization of nominally pure and doped single crystals of scheelite, eulytin, and perovskite families obtained by melt methods were considered and analyzed. The influence of growth and post-growth annealing conditions on actual compositions of crystals is shown. The reasons for the coloration of the crystals are explained. A change in crystal symmetry due to crystal-chemical and growth reasons is considered. The use of structural analysis and X-ray absorption spectroscopy is substantiated to reveal the role of activator ions in the formation of statistical and local structures, respectively. Data on predictors of cognitive functioning were collected from parents and adolescents. The pollution levels of selected heavy metals were considered alongside their ecological effects during dry and wet seasons. The health hazard potential of human exposures to the metals, were estimated in terms of intensity and time using the USEPA recommended model. The heavy metal concentration for each layer decreased across the lithofacies as follows; Layer 5> Layer 4> Layer 3> Layer 2> Layer 1. The average concentrations of the heavy metals present in the samples obtained from the formation zone, varied significantly and decreased in the order of Al> Zn> Ni> Pb> Cr> Cu> Cd> As> Hg. The highest concentration of Al, Cu, and Zn in this present study were within the maximum allowable limits whereas, those of As, Cd, Hg and Ni were all above their maximum allowable limits.   • CONCLUSION X-linked retinoschisis is a well-known inherited retinal disease potentially affecting young children as early as 3 months old. In this case, the stunning presentation (diffuse retinal pigment epithelium dystrophic changes resembling a macular dystrophy) and the positive course of the disease (resolution of macular retinal detachment in the left eye and stability of schisis in the right eye) arise some interesting considerations about the necessity of an early surgical treatment.PURPOSE To explore the clinical and dynamic computed tomography features of coronavirus disease 2019. METHODS We enrolled 24 patients with coronavirus disease 2019 treated at a regional center in Dezhou, China, from January 22 to February 5, 2020, and analyzed data retrospectively. RESULTS Nineteen cases had close contact with people with coronavirus disease 2019, and five patients denied a travel history in Wuhan City or contact with patients having coronavirus disease 2019. Symptoms were fever, cough, chest tightness, dyspnea, fatigue, and muscle pain. Chest computed tomography showed multiple ground-glass opacities distributed along peribronchial bundles and subpleural areas, often accompanied by bronchiectasis, vascular thickening, and interlobular septal thickening after coronavirus disease 2019 progression. Every day, participants reported alcohol intake, lifestyle factors, and details about each headache. We constructed within-person fixed-effect models adjusted for time-varying factors to calculate odds ratios for the association between 1,2,3,4, or 5+ servings of alcohol and headache the following day. We also calculated the adjusted risk of headache the following day for each level of intake.Results Among 98 participants who reported 825 headaches over 4,467 days, there was a statistically significant linear association (p-trend = 0.03) between alcohol and headache the following day. Compared to no alcohol, 1-2 servings were not associated with headaches, but 5+ servings were associated with a 2.08-fold (95% confidence interval [CI] 1.16-3.73) odds of headache.     CONCLUSION X-linked retinoschisis is a well-known inherited retinal disease potentially affecting young children as early as 3 months old. In this case, the stunning presentation (diffuse retinal pigment epithelium dystrophic changes resembling a macular dystrophy) and the positive course of the disease (resolution of macular retinal detachment in the left eye and stability of schisis in the right eye) arise some interesting considerations about the necessity of an early surgical treatment.PURPOSE To explore the clinical and dynamic computed tomography features of coronavirus disease 2019. METHODS We enrolled 24 patients with coronavirus disease 2019 treated at a regional center in Dezhou, China, from January 22 to February 5, 2020, and analyzed data retrospectively. RESULTS Nineteen cases had close contact with people with coronavirus disease 2019, and five patients denied a travel history in Wuhan City or contact with patients having coronavirus disease 2019. Symptoms were fever, cough, chest tightness, dyspnea, fatigue, and muscle pain. Chest computed tomography showed multiple ground-glass opacities distributed along peribronchial bundles and subpleural areas, often accompanied by bronchiectasis, vascular thickening, and interlobular septal thickening after coronavirus disease 2019 progression. CONCLUSIONS Coronavirus disease 2019 has certain clinical characteristics and typical computed tomography features.Purpose To determine whether alcohol intake is associated with occurrence of headaches on the following day.Methods In this prospective cohort study, adults with episodic migraine completed electronic diaries every morning and evening for at least six weeks in March 2016-October 2017. Every day, participants reported alcohol intake, lifestyle factors, and details about each headache. We constructed within-person fixed-effect models adjusted for time-varying factors to calculate odds ratios for the association between 1,2,3,4, or 5+ servings of alcohol and headache the following day. We also calculated the adjusted risk of headache the following day for each level of intake.Results Among 98 participants who reported 825 headaches over 4,467 days, there was a statistically significant linear association (p-trend = 0.03) between alcohol and headache the following day. Compared to no alcohol, 1-2 servings were not associated with headaches, but 5+ servings were associated with a 2.08-fold (95% confidence interval [CI] 1.16-3.73) odds of headache. The GnRH DNA sequence contains four exons and three introns, and the DNA and deduced amino acid sequences were highly conserved across mammals (human, macaque, cow, and sheep) and avians (chicken, fulmar and quail).Using a direct sequencing method, 46 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were identified in the GnRH genomic sequence that were shared between two Sichuan White goose populations (217 and 208 individuals). Careful selection of dopants and framework topology can facilitate enhancements in catalysts efficiency in a range of reaction pathways, leading to the use of sustainable precursors (bioethanol) for plastic production. In this work we describe our unique synthetic design procedure for creating a multi-dopant solid-acid catalyst (MgSiAPO-34), designed to improve and contrast with the performance of SiAPO-34 (mono-dopant analog), for the dehydration of ethanol to ethylene. We employ a range of characterization techniques to explore the influence of magnesium substitution, with specific attention to the acidity of the framework. Through a combined catalysis, kinetic analysis and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) study we explore the reaction pathway of the system, with emphasis on the improvements facilitated by the multi-dopant MgSiAPO-34 species. The experimental data supports the validation of the CFD results across a range of operating conditions; both of which supports our hypothesis that the presence of the multi-dopant solid acid centers enhances the catalytic performance. Furthermore, the development of a robust computational model, capable of exploring chemical catalytic flows within a reactor system, affords further avenues for enhancing reactor engineering and process optimisation, toward improved ethylene yields, under mild conditions. It is distinct from primary MP, as it is not intentionally engineered, and presents a highly heterogeneous analyte composed of plastic fragments in the size range of 1 μm-1 mm. To detect secondary MP, methods must be developed with appropriate reference materials. These should share the characteristics of environmental MP which are a broad size range, multitude of shapes (fragments, spheres, films, fibers), suspensibility in water, and modified particle surfaces through aging (additional OH, C=O, and COOH). To produce such a material, we bring forward a rapid sonication-based fragmentation method for polystyrene (PS), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and polylactic acid (PLA), which yields up to 105/15 mL dispersible, high purity MP particles in aqueous media. To satisfy the claim of a reference material, the key properties-composition and size distribution to ensure the homogeneity of the samples, y aged MP shows the addition of polar groups to the surface of the particles in the OH, C=O, and COOH region, making these particles suitable reference materials for secondary MP. In this work, biochar derived from rice straw was used to adsorb Cd from plating wastewater. The Cd-enriched biochar showed a saturated adsorption capacity of about 63.5 mg/g and could be recycled and used in a mesoporous carbon-supported CdS (CdS@C) photocatalyst after pyrolysis carbonization and a hydrothermal reaction. https://www.selleckchem.com/products/unc8153.html The results demonstrated that the as-prepared CdS@C photocatalyst contained mixed cubic and hexagonal CdS phases, with a considerably lower band gap (2.1 eV) than pure CdS (2.6 eV). The nanocatalyst was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR), wide-angle X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), nitrogen adsorption-desorption, thermogravimetrics (TG), and NH3-temperature-programmed desorption (NH3-TPD). Accordingly, the synthesized nanocatalyst with a Sn1.5PW/Cu-****weight ratio of 1 exhibited a relatively large specific surface area, appropriate pore size, and high acidity. Moreover, an OA conversion of 87.7% was achieved under optimum reaction conditions. The nanocatalyst was reused seven times, and the OA conversion remained at more than 80% after three uses. Kinetic study showed that the esterification reaction followed first-order kinetics, and the activation energy (E a ) was calculated to be 38.

  • Hydrogels are networks of polymers that can be used for packaging different payload types. They are proven to be versatile materials for various biomedical applications. Implanted hydrogels with encapsulated drugs have been shown to release the therapeutic payloads at disease sites. Hydrogels are usually made through chemical polymerization reactions. Whereas, DNA is a naturally occurring biopolymer which can assemble into highly ordered structures through noncovalent interactions. Here, we have employed a small molecule, cyanuric acid (CA), to assemble polyA-tailed DNA motif into a hydrogel. Encapsulation of a small molecule chemotherapeutic drug, a fluorescent molecule, two proteins and several nanoparticle formulations has been studied. Release of doxorubicin, small fluorescent molecule and fluorescently-labeled antibodies has been demonstrated.Within the past few years, cell derived microparticles (MPs) have emerged as a highly potent natural drug delivery system for tumor therapy. We and others have engineered different cells to obtain eleven kinds of MPs, which efficiently delivered antitumor agents to recipient cells and achieved ideal treatment outcomes in a great number of rodent tumor models. More significantly, autologous tumor cell derived MPs packaging chemotherapeutic drugs were demonstrated to be safe and tolerable and accomplished decent objective clinical response in lung cancer patients in clinical settings, leading to their approval as a novel biotherapy for treating malignancies in China. In this feature article, we review MP mediated tumor targeting delivery. The impact of tumor cell derived MPs on tumor progression and metastasis will be briefly summarized. Different means to prepare, label and characterize MPs will be introduced. Advantages and limitations of distinctive cargo encapsulation strategies will be outlined and compared. Tumor cell MP mediated in vivo transport processes will be reviewed comprehensively. Representative MPs shed by platelets, endothelial cells, macrophages, and dendritic cells will be selected to showcase their advantages in tumor targeting delivery. Multifarious therapeutic agents, including chemotherapeutic drugs, oncolytic adenovirus, nucleic acids, antigens, antibodies, to name a few, have been transported to their targets for corresponding cancer therapies. Here, we summarize recent progress in radical-mediated oxidative annulations of 1,n-enynes involving two different conceptual C-H functionalization strategies and the inherent C-H functionalization with an emphasis on the scope, limitations and mechanisms of these different reactions.In this study we synthesized the nucleotide dUrkTP, a highly fluorescent naphthalimide deoxyuridine triphosphate that undergoes aggregation-induced emission (AIE). Accordingly, we could use this fluorescent nucleotide for the detection of microRNA 24-3P, a biomarker of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus. Here, we demonstrate fast dissolution of Pt-nanoparticles under mild conditions (normal temperature and pressure) in Cl- containing dilute acidic/neutral baths without using cyclic oxidation-reduction. We demonstrate that the dissolution of Pt nanoparticles through [PtClx]2- complexing is hindered by blockage of the Pt surface due to adsorption of non-oxide species (impurities), a phenomenon termed herein as non-oxide passivation (NOP). The nanoparticles can be kept active for the [PtClx]2- complexing through removal of the adsorbed species by surface activation, a process to remove the NOP layer by application of cyclic/continuous perturbation.

Release of doxorubicin, small fluorescent molecule and fluorescently-labeled antibodies has been demonstrated.Within the past few years, cell derived microparticles (MPs) have emerged as a highly potent natural drug delivery system for tumor therapy. We and others have engineered different cells to obtain eleven kinds of MPs, which efficiently delivered antitumor agents to recipient cells and achieved ideal treatment outcomes in a great number of rodent tumor models. More significantly, autologous tumor cell derived MPs packaging chemotherapeutic drugs were demonstrated to be safe and tolerable and accomplished decent objective clinical response in lung cancer patients in clinical settings, leading to their approval as a novel biotherapy for treating malignancies in China. In this feature article, we review MP mediated tumor targeting delivery. The impact of tumor cell derived MPs on tumor progression and metastasis will be briefly summarized. Different means to prepare, label and characterize MPs will be introduced. Advantages and limitations of distinctive cargo encapsulation strategies will be outlined and compared. Tumor cell MP mediated in vivo transport processes will be reviewed comprehensively. Representative MPs shed by platelets, endothelial cells, macrophages, and dendritic cells will be selected to showcase their advantages in tumor targeting delivery. Multifarious therapeutic agents, including chemotherapeutic drugs, oncolytic adenovirus, nucleic acids, antigens, antibodies, to name a few, have been transported to their targets for corresponding cancer therapies. The other three groups received daily by oral gavage for 5 months the following supplements; curcumin C3 complex (110 mg/kg), Astragalus membranaceus (100 mg/kg) and blueberry (100 mg/kg) respectively. Additionally, a fifth group of rats, aged 5 months-old, was used as an adult control group. Our supplements alleviated ageing-induced redox state imbalance and inflammation as evidenced by reduction of hepatic thiobarbituric acid reactive substances and 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine levels, restoration of total antioxidant capacity and nitric oxide contents, and lessening of lipofuscin deposition. All supplements decreased hepatic interlukin-6 gene expression and serum levels. Notably, Astragalus membranaceus and blueberry upregulated hepatic telomerase reverse transcriptase gene expression and increased telomere length. This study aims to explores if the policy intervention Urban and Rural Residents Basic Medical Insurance (URRBMI) scheme, which integrates Urban Resident Basic Medical Insurance (URBMI) and New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme (NCMS), can curb the persistent inequity of catastrophic health expenditure (CHE) and further analyses the determinants causing inequity. METHODS Data were derived from the Fifth National Health Service Survey (NHSS). A total of 11,104 households covered by URRBMI and 20,590 households covered by URBMI or NCMS were selected to analyze CHE and the impoverishment rate from medical expenses. Moreover, the decomposition method based on a probit model was employed to analyse factors contributing CHE inequity. RESULTS The overall incidence of CHE under integrated insurance scheme was 15.53%, about 1.10% higher than the non-integrated or outpatient treatment into benefit packages. Additionally, comprehensive strategies such as favourable targeted benefit packages or job creation are required for the disadvantaged.BACKGROUND Neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) display variable behaviors based on origin and grade. We assumed that both tumor origin and the location of metastasis may play a role in survival. METHODS We queried the SEER database (2010-2014) for patients with an established diagnosis of NENs and documented site of metastasis and identified 2005 patients. Overall survival (OS) at the time points were estimated by the Kaplan-Meier method Cox proportional-hazards models were used to evaluate the relationship of the interested variables and OS. RESULTS Lung, liver, bone and brain metastases were observed in 9, 77, 7 and 6% of metastatic patients respectively. In the multivariate model, metastasis locations were significantly associated with worse survival (liver HR 1.677 (1.226-2.294); (bone metastasis HR 1.412 (0.965-2.065); brain HR 1.666 (1.177-2.357)). We produced a scoring system based on site of origin, metastasis location, age, gender, histology and tumor size that can stratify metastatic NEN patients in low, intermediate and high-risk categories to help physicians with decision making. All legume foods (including soy) were identified from 4-day dietary records and ferritin, folate, and vitamin D status in a subgroup (n 280). Participants were classified into non-consumers and quartiles of legume intake. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was performed to uncover dietary patterns associated with legume intake. Partial Least Square (PLS) regression was used to identify variables associated with variations in legume consumption. RESULTS Legumes were consumed by 44% of the population, with mean (SD) intake of 138 (84) g/d in t population-wide health effects of legumes as sustainable meat alternatives, and to reinforce national nutritional guidelines.BACKGROUND The association between delayed gastric emptying (DGE) after pancreatoduodenectomy (PD) and pancreatic reconstruction technique remain unclear. The aim of this study is to investigate whether the occurrence of DGE differs between pancreaticojejunostomy (PJ) and pancreaticogastrostomy (PG). METHODS A total of 83 patients who underwent subtotal stomach-preserving pancreatoduodenectomy was retrospectively analyzed, and the factors associated with clinically relevant DGE were explored. These patients were divided into a PG group and a PJ group according to the pancreatic reconstruction. DGE occurrence and its association with intra-abdominal complications was compared between the two types of pancreatic reconstruction. RESULTS The overall incidence of DGE was 27.7%. Intra-abdominal complications including pancreatic fistula were strongly associated with DGE. As to the pancreatic reconstruction, DGE developed more frequently in the PG than in the PJ. In addition, DGE with intra-abdominal complications tended to be more frequent in PG, despite the fact that intra-abdominal complications occurred at a similar frequency in both groups. CONCLUSIONS Intra-abdominal complications were strongly associated with DGE. As to the pancreatic reconstruction, DGE developed more frequently in the PG than in the PJ. We speculate that intra-abdominal complications affected patients with PG more and resulted in frequent occurrence of DGE.BACKGROUND Telemedicine and telephone-triage may compromise patient safety, particularly if urgency is underestimated. The first section of the study investigates several measures relating to patient safety in the telemedicine setting. Two physicians reviewed a random sample of 339 parent-physician consultations conducted via a pediatric telemedicine service provided by a healthcare organization during 2014-2017. The consultations were analyzed for factors that may have affected the online physicians' decisions, with an emphasis on the appropriateness of the diagnoses and the reasonableness of the decisions. Overall survival (OS) at the time points were estimated by the Kaplan-Meier method Cox proportional-hazards models were used to evaluate the relationship of the interested variables and OS. RESULTS Lung, liver, bone and brain metastases were observed in 9, 77, 7 and 6% of metastatic patients respectively. In the multivariate model, metastasis locations were significantly associated with worse survival (liver HR 1.677 (1.226-2.294); (bone metastasis HR 1.412 (0.965-2.065); brain HR 1.666 (1.177-2.357)). METHODS A total of 83 patients who underwent subtotal stomach-preserving pancreatoduodenectomy was retrospectively analyzed, and the factors associated with clinically relevant DGE were explored. These patients were divided into a PG group and a PJ group according to the pancreatic reconstruction. DGE occurrence and its association with intra-abdominal complications was compared between the two types of pancreatic reconstruction. RESULTS The overall incidence of DGE was 27.7%. Intra-abdominal complications including pancreatic fistula were strongly associated with DGE. As to the pancreatic reconstruction, DGE developed more frequently in the PG than in the PJ. In addition, DGE with intra-abdominal complications tended to be more frequent in PG, despite the fact that intra-abdominal complications occurred at a similar frequency in both groups. CONCLUSIONS Intra-abdominal complications were strongly associated with DGE. As to the pancreatic reconstruction, DGE developed more frequently in the PG than in the PJ. The subsequent scar tissues predispose to repeated cuff erosion, when another AUS is implanted with the cuff at a similar location. We describe a paraplegic patient with exstrophy-epispadias complex that suffered from an AUS cuff erosion at the bladder neck. We use a novel perineal-retropubic route for cuff placement, with preparation similar to a retropubic male sling.   • OBJECTIVE To review the impact of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) on pediatric otolaryngology and provide recommendations for the management of children during the COVID-19 pandemic. DATA SOURCES Clinical data were derived from peer-reviewed primary literature and published guidelines from national or international medical organizations. Preprint manuscripts and popular media articles provided background information and illustrative examples. METHODS Included manuscripts were identified via searches using PubMed, MEDLINE, and Google Scholar, while organizational guidelines and popular media articles were identified using Google search queries. Practice guidelines were developed via consensus among all authors based on peer-reviewed manuscripts and national or international health care association guidelines. Strict objective criteria for inclusion were not used due to the rapidly changing environment surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and a paucity of rigorous empirical evidence. CONCLUSIONS In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, medical care must be judiciously allocated to treat the most severe conditions while minimizing the risk of long-term sequelae and ensuring patient, physician, and health care worker safety. IMPLICATIONS FOR PRACTICE The COVID-19 pandemic will have a profound short- and long-term impact on health care worldwide. Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) offers a way to identify clinically meaningful anatomic abnormalities. This case series presents 3 patients in whom routine POCUS examination performed in an outpatient cardiology clinic found asymptomatic renal masses, resulting in surgical resection and cure of early-stage RCCs. Case Presentation Patient 1 54-year-old female with hypertension (HTN). Two solid masses were identified with POCUS in the right kidney. Patient 2 63-year-old male with coronary artery disease (***) and HTN was seen at an 8-month follow-up visit. A 6-cm mass was identified in the left kidney. Patient 3 69-year-old male with ***, HTN, and smoking history seen at 5-month follow-up visit. A 3-cm mass in the right kidney was identified. Conclusions Incorporating POCUS into the routine physical examination in the ambulatory care setting may improve rates of detection and increase the pretest probability of identifying renal pathology with formal imaging studies. Changes in the ranges of flexion-extension and rotation movement were presented exclusively in the exercise group, and in the capacity to generate motor images only in the AO group. However, there was no difference in the pressure pain threshold over the tibial region.Background It is common practice for HIV programmes to routinely trace patients who are late for a scheduled clinic visit to ensure continued care engagement. In South Africa, patients who are late for a scheduled visit are identified from clinic registers, and called by telephone up to three times by designated clinic staff, with home visits conducted for those who are unreachable by phone. It is important to understand outcomes among late patients in order to have accurate mortality data, identify defaulters to attempt to re-engage them into care, and have accurate estimates of patients still in care for planning purposes.Objective We conducted a study to assess whether tracing of HIV patients in clinics in rural north-eastern South Africa was implemented in line with national policies.Methods Thirty-three person-day of observations took place during multiple visits to eight facilities between October 2017 and January 2018 during which clinic tracing processes were captured. The facility level implementation processes were compared to the intended tracing process and gaps and challenges were identified.
