This study examines correlates of achieving ≥1hour/day of physical activity among Indigenous Australian children aged 8-13years.

    Data were collected through parental self-report in the Longitudinal Study of Indigenous Children. Proportions of children achieving ≥1hour/day physical activity, approximating the Australian aerobic physical activity recommendations, were calculated, and associations with sociodemographic, family composition, and movement-related factors were quantified using multiple logistic regression analyses.

    Half of the 1233 children achieved ≥1hour/day physical activity. Children from families with low parental education and unemployment, remote residence, low socioeconomic status, and without a father in the household were more likely to meet the recommendations. Achieving ≥1hour/day of physical activity was also associated with low levels of playing electronic games and total screen time.

    Emergency medical services (EMS) professionals demonstrate low adherence to physical activity guidelines and experience a high prevalence of obesity and incidence of injury. The authors investigate the barriers to participating in physical activity among EMS professionals.

    The EMS professionals employed by 15 North Carolina EMS agencies were surveyed with validated items. Multivariable logistic regression models were used to estimate the odds (odds ratio, 95% confidence interval) of not meeting physical activity guidelines for each barrier to being active, controlling for age, sex, body mass index category, race/ethnicity, certification and education level, and work hours.

    A total of 1367 EMS professionals were invited to participate, and 359 complete responses were recorded. Half of the respondents (48.2%) met Centers for Disease Control and Prevention physical activity guidelines. According to standard body mass index categories, 55.9% were obese. There were increased odds of not meeting physical activity guidelines for the following barriers lack of energy (5.32, 3.12-9.09), lack of willpower (4.31, 2.57-7.22), lack of time (3.55, 2.12-5.94), social influence (3.02, 1.66-5.48), and lack of resources (2.14, 1.12-4.11). The barriers of fear of injury and lack of skill were not associated with meeting physical activity guidelines.

  • Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by increased blood glucose levels. In order to lower blood glucose, it is important to stimulate glucose uptake and glycogen synthesis in the muscle. (E)-5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-3-(2'-hydroxybenzyl)-4-chromanone (HM-chromanone), a constituent isolated from Portulaca oleracea L., exhibits anti-diabetic effects; however, its mechanisms are not yet clearly understood on glucose uptake and glycogen synthesis in muscle cells.

    In the present study, we examined the effects of HM-chromanone on glucose uptake into L6 skeletal muscle cells and elucidated the underlying mechanisms.

    The effects of HM-chromanone on glucose uptake into L6 skeletal muscle cells were assessed by 2-Deoxyglucose uptake assay. Western blot analysis was carried out to elucidate the underlying molecular mechanisms.

In this work, a novel self-supporting carbon fiber paper (CFP) electrode modified by transition metals, e.g. Fe and Mn, was fabricated and employed as a heterogeneous EF cathode. The prepared electrode exhibited excellent degradation for a number of typical organic pollutants along with superior stability. Remarkably, a high removal efficiency was achieved in the EF treatment of shale gas fracturing flowback wastewater. Results indicated that 65.2% TOC and 74.8% COD were eliminated after 4 h degradation. The residual COD value of the real wastewater was 80 mg L-1, meeting the emission requirement of the integrated wastewater discharge standard (COD<100 mg L-1) with a low specific energy consumption of 6.9kWhkg-1COD-1. This work demonstrates a competing alternative for efficient decontamination of real wastewater using an electro-Fenton strategy with a low-cost electrode.Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) are widespread contaminants in the environment. Microbial reductive debromination is one of the important attenuation processes for PBDEs in the anaerobic sediments. This study first investigated the interaction between BDE-47 and BDE-153 during the microbial degradation in wetland sediments by the multiple-line approaches including biodegradation kinetics, microbial community structures and stable isotope composition. BDE-47 and BDE-153 biodegradation fitted pseudo-zero-order kinetics, with the higher degradation rates in single than combined exposure, indicating the mutual inhibition in co-exposure condition. BDE-47 and BDE-153 shared the common dehalogenators (genus Dehalococcoides and Acinetobacter) with enrichment in combined exposure, indicating the potential competition in dehalogenating bacteria during biodegradation. Microbial degradation could lead to the isotopic fractionation of BDE-47 and BDE-153, with the smaller changes in δ13C in combined than single exposure. The apparent kinetic isotope effect of carbon (AKIEC) was different between BDE-47 and BDE-153 in single exposure, whilst identical in combined exposure, indicating the similar degradation mechanism for BDE-47 and BDE-153 in co-exposure condition. These results revealed that the competition on microbial degradation occurred among PBDEs in co-exposure condition, which was important for the comprehensive risk assessment of simultaneous exposure to multiple PBDE congeners in the environment.To reveal and improve our understanding of the ignition behavior and mechanism, G-G furnace experiments of three typical organic dusts were performed to investigate the minimum ignition temperature (MIT) in O2/N2, O2/Ar and O2/CO2 atmospheres with oxygen mole fraction from 8.4% to 50%. The experimental results were presented in oxygen-lean and oxy-fuel atmospheres to evaluate the ignition sensitivity of dusts in different atmospheres. It was found that CO2 is the strongest in terms of lowing the ignition sensitivity of the three dusts, and the dust explosion risk increases significantly with increasing O2 mole fraction for the three dusts through a logarithmically and significantly reducing MIT. However, for different dusts, inert gases show different suppression effects. In addition, a modified steady-state homogeneous ignition model was proposed and successfully applied to oxygen-lean atmospheres, and in oxy-fuel atmospheres, this model has also been improved to estimate the ignition mechanism. This ignition mechanism model could be used to successfully predict the minimum ignition temperature of high volatile dust under different inert atmospheres controlled by homogeneous ignition, which will provide a reference for the ignition hazard assessment of dust on hot surfaces.

    The tinnitus functional index (TFI) is becoming a new international gold standard for tinnitus assessment. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of hearing aids for chronic tinnitus, using the Japanese version of the TFI, while focusing on its subscales.

    This is a retrospective study. A total of 21 patients with chronic tinnitus were included. All participants were treated with hearing aids for at least 12 months. They answered the TFI and tinnitus handicap inventory (THI) at the first visit and 12 months later. https://www.selleckchem.com/products/gw4869.html We analyzed each TFI subscale score and the overall scores of TFI and THI.

    The overall TFI score decreased significantly after treatment (p=0.005) with moderate effect size (d=0.70). Large effect sizes were found in the intrusive and sense of control subscales (d=1.33 and d=1.25, respectively).

    Hearing aids are highly effective for improving the intrusive and sense of control subscales in patients with tinnitus.     This study aimed to present 3 different clinical stages in patients presenting with superior semicircular canal dehiscence (SSCD) by the superior petrosal sinus (SPS). A specific 3-class classification based on clinical, radiological, and audio-vestibular arguments is proposed.

    We retrospectively compared clinical and radiological findings in 3 patients with different degrees of audio-vestibular dysfunction in whom the imagery evocated the diagnosis of SSCD by SPS. Imaging sensitivity was improved by combining inner ear high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) scan and magnetic resonance imaging in fusion, allowing us to compare and corroborate clinical and audio-vestibular findings in each case with the imagery.

    HRCT and 3T inner ear fusion imaging highlighted a direct contact and/or compression between SPS and the membranous superior semicircular canal (SSC). We propose a new classification of SSCD by SPS. Class "A" corresponds to an HRCT image with a "cookie bite" and thin bone still covering the SSC. Class "B" corresponds to a "cookie bite" image with confirmed contact between the SPS wall and the membranous SSC in MRI labyrinthine sequences. Class "C" type corresponds to a "cookie bite" image, contact, and obvious compression of the membranous SSC by SPS on MRI sequences.

    To describe the clinical course and outcome of a group of adults who presented with a subperiosteal abscess (SPA) MATERIALS and METHODS A retrospective chart review of patients with SPA.

One of the non-operated patients had cholesteatoma and the other one had chronic suppurative otitis media without cholesteatoma. One patient developed peripheral facial nerve palsy that resolved after surgery, otherwise, no other intratemporal or intracranial complications were observed. Management included a canal wall down mastoidectomy, abscess drainage, and parenteral wide-spectrum antibiotics. One patient suffered cardiovascular and respiratory comorbidities, requiring the delay of surgery for 6 days. This patient underwent incision and drainage of the abscess before surgery. Pathogens were recognized in 4 of the patients and included Streptococcus pneumoniae, Candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureus, and Corynebacterium.

This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of hearing aids for chronic tinnitus, using the Japanese version of the TFI, while focusing on its subscales. This is a retrospective study. A total of 21 patients with chronic tinnitus were included. All participants were treated with hearing aids for at least 12 months. This study aimed to present 3 different clinical stages in patients presenting with superior semicircular canal dehiscence (SSCD) by the superior petrosal sinus (SPS). A specific 3-class classification based on clinical, radiological, and audio-vestibular arguments is proposed. We retrospectively compared clinical and radiological findings in 3 patients with different degrees of audio-vestibular dysfunction in whom the imagery evocated the diagnosis of SSCD by SPS. Imaging sensitivity was improved by combining inner ear high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) scan and magnetic resonance imaging in fusion, allowing us to compare and corroborate clinical and audio-vestibular findings in each case with the imagery. Cases of simultaneous occurrence of MOG-Ab and anti-NMDARe antibody (anti-NMDARe-Ab) are rarely reported and could be mistaken for overlapping MOG-antibody disease (MOG-AD) and NMDARe. The diagnosis of such patients is challenging.

    We report the case of a 37-year-old man who presented with recurrent headaches for 3 months and worsening symptoms over 2 weeks. He had a history of ON. He had a generalized seizure after 7 days in the hospital.

    Brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and cerebrospinal fluid tests showed no apparent abnormalities. Repeat MRI showed slight lesions 7 days later, and cerebrospinal fluid tests showed the simultaneous occurrence of MOG-Ab and anti-NMDARe-Ab.

    He completely recovered after treatment with low doses of oral corticosteroids.

    Two months and 2 years follow-up showed that his condition was stable.

    A 57-year-old women underwent cemented UKA for left localized medial knee pain. There were no risk factors of VTE besides high BMI before surgery. 2 months after surgery, the patient presented with dyspnea and palpitation, and these symptoms could not be alleviated after rest.

    An arterial blood gas analysis showed decreased PO2, SO2 and PCO2. Pulmonary CTA showed multiple pulmonary embolism in the trunk of the right lower pulmonary artery and the branch of the left lower pulmonary arteries. The final diagnosis was delayed pulmonary embolism after UKA.

    Urokinase thrombolysis was administered intravenously. Low molecular weight heparin and warfarin were prescribed for anticoagulation.

    The patient's symptoms abated, and chest CTA showed that the pulmonary embolism had dissolved. No further thrombosis has been observed for more than 6 years.

    Sirenomelia is a rare congenital malformation that threatens fetal survivals. The cases in which twin with sirenomelia and chromosomal abnormality have been seldomly reported. We reported a dichorionic twin case in which one twin had sirenomelia, the other twin had a normal phenotype, and they had different chromosomal abnormalities.

    The abnormal twin was found at 22 weeks by ultrasound. The sirenomelia fetus was complicated with a thoracic stenosis, enlarged rectum without anal opening, the absence of bilateral kidneys, a single umbilical artery, a single lower limb, the abnormal curvature of spine, double outlet of right ventricle, which were the indicatives of the chromosome detection.

    The copy number variation of the sirenomelia fetus was detected as a deletion of 4.8Mb in 11p11.12-11q11. The co-twin was found with del(Y)(q11.223q11.23), which was as the same as his father's. The mother had normal chromosome. The parents had normal phenotypes. It was firstly reported a microdeletion with sirenomelia fetus.

    There was no specific treatments for the twins.

    Intravenous leiomyomatosis (IVL) is a rare and special type of smooth muscle tumor originating in the uterus. It is classified as a benign disease according to its histological features but shows the behavioral characteristics of a malignant tumor. It is easily misdiagnosed and recurrent. The purpose of this study was to retrospectively analyze clinicopathological data of 25 cases of IVL in order to enhance clinicians' understanding of this rare disease.

    We screened and identified 25 cases of IVL at our hospital from October 2013 to January 2020. Five patients had tumors.

Central randomisation was done by means of the Clinical Information Management-Central Randomisation System via block randomisation (block size of four). Patients were randomly assigned (11) to CME or D2 dissection during laparoscopic right colectomy. Central lymph nodes were dissected in the CME but not in thh node biopsy in the CME group; no patient had isolated metastases to central lymph nodes.

    To investigate the relationship between poor oral health and the incidence of fall-related fractures in older Japanese individuals.

    A 9-year prospective cohort study.

    Participants comprised 937 community-dwelling older Japanese adults aged 70years or older. They all lived in the Tsurugaya district, a suburban area of Sendai city, and underwent comprehensive geriatric assessment, including an oral examination, in a public facility.

    The exposure variables were related to oral health status (posterior occlusal support, number of remaining teeth, and occlusal force). The outcome measure was the incidence of fall-related fractures, which was determined by National Health Insurance data. Analyzed covariates included age, sex, medical history, smoking, alcohol drinking, educational level, depressive symptoms, cognitive impairment, physical function, body mass index, and history of falls. In this Health Policy paper, we review potential challenges to success in each of these dimensions and discuss policy implications. To guide our review, we developed a dashboard to highlight key characteristics of 26 leading vaccine candidates, including efficacy levels, dosing regimens, storage requirements, prices, production capacities in 2021, and stocks reserved for low-income and middle-income countries. We use a traffic-light system to signal the potential contributions of each candidate to achieving global vaccine immunity, highlighting important trade-offs that policy makers need to consider when developing and implementing vaccination programmes. To guide our review, we developed a dashboard to highlight key characteristics of 26 leading vaccine candidates, including efficacy levels, dosing regimens, storage requirements, prices, production capacities in 2021, and stocks reserved for low-income and middle-income countries. We use a traffic-light system to signal the potential contributions of each candidate to achieving global vaccine immunity, highlighting important trade-offs that policy makers need to consider when developing and implementing vaccination programmes. Although specific datapoints are subject to change as the pandemic response progresses, the dashboard will continue to provide a useful lens through which to analyse the key issues affecting the use of COVID-19 vaccines.     Single-stage laryngotracheal reconstruction (SSLTR) provides a definite surgical treatment for patients with complex glotto-subglottic stenosis. To date, the influence of SSLTR on the functional outcome after surgery has not been analyzed.

    A retrospective analysis of all patients receiving a SSLTR between November 2012 and October 2019 was performed. Preoperatively and 3months postoperatively, patients received a full functional evaluation, including spirometry; voice measurements (eg, fundamental frequency; dynamic range, singing voice range, and perceptual voice evaluation using the Roughness-Breathiness-Hoarseness [RBH] score, and fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing [FEES]).

    A total of 15 patients with a mean age of 45±17years underwent SSTLR. Two (13%) patients were men and 13 (87%) were women. The majority of patients (67%) had undergone previous surgical or endoscopic treatment attempts that had failed. At the 3-month follow-up visit, none of the patients had signs of penetration or aspiration in their swallowing examination. Voice measurements revealed a significantly lower fundamental voice frequency (201.0Hz vs 155.5Hz; P=.006), whereas voice range (19.1 semitones vs 14.9 semitones; P=.200) and dynamic range (52.5dB vs 53.0dB; P=.777) was hardly affected. The median RBH score changed from R1 B0 H1 to R2 B1 H2. In spirometry, breathing capacity increased significantly (peak expiratory flow, 44% vs 87% [P<.001] and mean expiratory flow at 75% of vital capacity, 48% vs 90% [P<.001]). During a median follow-up of 32.5months (range, 7-88months), none of the patients developed re-stenosis.

These proinflammatory molecules, including damage-associated molecular patterns and inflammatory cytokines, may contribute to acute and chronic allograft dysfunction. At present, exvivo lung perfusion is performed clinically at normothermic temperature (37°C). The effect of lowering temperature to the subnormothermic range during exvivo lung perfusion has not been reported. In this study, we hypothesized that lower exvivo lung perfusion temperature will lead to a reduction in allograft inflammation and result in improved post-transplant graft function.

    The opioid epidemic is one of the most pressing public health crises in the USA. With fractures being amongst the most common reasons for a child to require surgical intervention and receive post-surgical pain management, characterisation of opioid prescription patterns and risk factors is critical. We hypothesised that the numbers of paediatric patients receiving opioids, or who developed persistent opioid use, are significant, and a number of risk factors for persistent opioid use could be identified.

    We conducted a retrospective population-based cohort study. National claims data from the Truven Health Analytics® MarketScan database were used to (i) characterise opioid prescription patterns and (ii) describe the epidemiology and risk factors for single use and persistent use of opioids amongst paediatric patients who underwent surgical intervention for fracture treatment.

    A playback system was designed to replay EEG signals into three different commercially available EEG monitors. We could then simultaneously calculate indices from the SedLine® Root (Masimo Inc., Irvine, CA, USA; patient state index [PSI]), bilateral BIS VISTA™ (Medtronic Inc., Minneapolis, MN, USA; bispectral index [BIS]), and Datex Ohmeda S/5 monitor with the Entropy™ Module (GE Healthcare, Chicago, IL, USA; E-entropy index [Entropy]). We tested the ability of each system to distinguish activity before anaesthesia administration (pre-med) and before/after loss of responsiveness (LOR), and to detect suppression incidences in EEG recorded ed suppressed periods. Subnormothermic ex vivo lung perfusion at 25°C reduces the production of inflammatory mediators during ex vivo lung perfusion and is associated with reduced histologic graft injury after transplantation. The opioid epidemic is one of the most pressing public health crises in the USA. With fractures being amongst the most common reasons for a child to require surgical intervention and receive post-surgical pain management, characterisation of opioid prescription patterns and risk factors is critical. We hypothesised that the numbers of paediatric patients receiving opioids, or who developed persistent opioid use, are significant, and a number of risk factors for persistent opioid use could be identified. We conducted a retrospective population-based cohort study. National claims data from the Truven Health Analytics® MarketScan database were used to (i) characterise opioid prescription patterns and (ii) describe the epidemiology and risk factors for single use and persistent use of opioids amongst paediatric patients who underwent surgical intervention for fracture treatment. Amongst 303 335 patients, 21.5% received at least one opioid prescription within 6 months after surgery, and 1671 (0.6%) developed development of persistent opioid use for paediatric patients. Several devices record and interpret patient brain activity via electroencephalogram (EEG) to aid physician assessment of anaesthetic effect. Few studies have compared EEG monitors on data from the same patient. Here, we describe a set-up to simultaneously compare the performance of three processed EEG monitors using pre-recorded EEG signals from older surgical patients. A playback system was designed to replay EEG signals into three different commercially available EEG monitors. We could then simultaneously calculate indices from the SedLine® Root (Masimo Inc., Irvine, CA, USA; patient state index [PSI]), bilateral BIS VISTA™ (Medtronic Inc., Minneapolis, MN, USA; bispectral index [BIS]), and Datex Ohmeda S/5 monitor with the Entropy™ Module (GE Healthcare, Chicago, IL, USA; E-entropy index [Entropy]). We tested the ability of each system to distinguish activity before anaesthesia administration (pre-med) and before/after loss of responsiveness (LOR), and to detect suppression incidences in EEG recorded ed suppressed periods. Our results suggest that the PSI and BIS monitors might be preferable for older patients with risk factors for intraoperative awareness or increased sensitivity to anaesthesia. Here, we review immune reconstitution after allogeneic HCT with a specific focus on two alternative donor platforms that have dramatically improved access to allogeneic HCT for patients who lack an HLA-matched related or unrelated donor haploidentical and umbilical cord blood HCT. Despite challenges, interventions are available to mitigate the risks during the immunocompromised period including antimicrobial prophylaxis, modified immune suppression strategies, graft manipulation, and emerging adoptive cell therapies. Such interventions can improve the potential for long-term overall survival after allogeneic HCT.As a result of their IC compatibility, high acoustic velocity, and high thermal conductivity, aluminum nitride (AlN) resonators have been studied extensively over the past two decades, and widely implemented for radio frequency (RF) and sensing applications. However, the temperature coefficient of frequency (TCF) of AlN is -25 ppm/°C, which is high and limits its RF and sensing application. In contrast, the TCF of heavily doped silicon is significantly lower than the TCF of AlN. As a result, this study uses an AlN contour mode ring type resonator with heavily doped silicon as its bottom electrode in order to reduce the TCF of an AlN resonator. A simple microfabrication process based on Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) is presented. A thickness ratio of 201 was chosen for the silicon bottom electrode to the AlN layer in order to make the TCF of the resonator mainly dependent upon heavily doped silicon. A cryogenic cooling test down to 77 K and heating test up to 400 K showed that the resonant frequency of the AlN resonator changed linearly with temperature change; the TCF was shown to be -9.1 ppm/°C. The temperature hysteresis characteristic of the resonator was also measured, and the AlN resonator showed excellent temperature stability. The quality factor versus temperature characteristic was also studied between 77 K and 400 K. It was found that lower temperature resulted in a higher quality factor, and the quality factor increased by 56.43%, from 1291.4 at 300 K to 2020.2 at 77 K.In this study, a phosphorous-containing polyol (P-polyol) was synthesized and reacted with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) to produce water-dispersed polyurethane. An excess amount of water was used to disperse polyurethane in water, and the terminal isocyanate groups of the resulting WPUs were capped with ethylene diamine. P-polyolPCD molar ratios of 0.10.9, 0.20.8, and 0.30.7 were used to synthesize WPUs. The films prepared by casting and drying the synthesized WPUs in plastic Petri dishes were used to test the changes in physical properties induced by changing the P-polyolPCD molar ratio. The experimental results revealed that the tensile strength of PU-10, the WPU with a P-polyolPCD molar ratio of 0.10.9, was 16% higher than that of the reference P-polyol-free WPU sample. Moreover, the thermal decomposition temperature of PU-10 was 27 °C higher than that of the reference sample.Antibiotic resistance remains as an unresolved global challenge in the health care system, posing serious threats to global health. As an alternative to antibiotics, bacteriophage (phage) therapy is rising as a key to combating antibiotic-resistant bacterial infections. In order to deliver a phage to the site of infection, hydrogels have been formulated to incorporate phages, owing to its favorable characteristics in delivering biological molecules. This paper reviews the formulation of phage-delivering hydrogels for orthopedic implant-associated bone infection, catheter-associated urinary tract infection and trauma-associated wound infection, with a focus on the preparation methods, stability, efficacy and safety of hydrogels as phage carriers.In recent years, human detection in indoor scenes has been widely applied in smart buildings and smart security, but many related challenges can still be difficult to address, such as frequent occlusion, low illumination and multiple poses. The purpose of our narrative review is to gather and discuss results of clinical studies focusing on the interactions between PPIs and fracture risk. Data generated mainly from nested case-control studies and meta-analysis suggest that long-term/high-dose PPIs users are characterized by an increased risk of fragility fractures, mainly hip fractures. However, in these studies, the PPIs-induced bone impairment is often not adjusted for different confounding variables that could potentially affect bone health, and exposure to PPIs was reported using medical prescriptions without adherence evaluation. The mechanisms of the PPI-related bone damage are still unclear, but impaired micronutrients absorption, hypergastrinemia, and increased secretion of histamine may play a role. Clinicians should pay attention when prescribing PPIs to subjects with a preexistent high risk of fractures and consider antiosteoporotic drugs to manage this additive effect on the bone. It is occurred in 2-10% of patients and poses a significant problem to the patients as it may lead to permanent damage to renal damage. Identification of risk factors is important to prevent the incidence of ureteral stenosis. Thus, we aim to determine the risk factors of ureteral stenosis in the Indonesian population. This is a retrospective analysis of 487 kidney transplant patients performed in Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital between 2014 and 2018. We collected and compared donor and recipient demography data in recipients who developed ureteral stenosis and recipients who did not develop ureteral stenosis. Ureteral stenosis was defined as the presence of hydronephrosis from ultrasound and increased number of serum creatinine. The overall incidence of ureteral stenosis post-kidney transplantation in our center is 6.6% (32 from 487 patients) from January 2014 until June 2018. We found that older donor and recipient age more frequent in developing ureteral stenosis post-kidney transplantation (p  less then  0.001). We also found that donors with number of arteries more than 2 (p  less then  0.001) and prolonged warm ischemic time (p  less then  0.05) are more frequently to develop ureteral stenosis post-kidney transplantation. There is no association between type II diabetes mellitus and hypertension with ureteral stenosis in this study. Donor age, recipient age, donor number of arteries more than 2, and prolonged warm ischemia time are associated with ureteral stenosis after kidney transplantation.
