    To analyse the independent effects of age, period and cohort on estimated daily alcohol consumption in Estonia.

    This study used data from nationally representative repeated cross-sectional surveys from 1996 to 2018 and included 11,717 men and 16,513 women aged 16-64years in total. The dependent variables were consumption of total alcohol and consumption by types of beverages (beer, wine and strong liquor) presented as average daily consumption in grams of absolute alcohol. Mixed-effects negative binomial models stratified by sex were used for age-period-cohort analysis.

    Alcohol consumption was highest at ages 20-29years for both men and women and declined in older ages. Significant period effects were found indicating that total alcohol consumption and consumption of different types of beverages had increased significantly since the 1990s for both men and women. Cohort trends differed for men and women. Men born in the 1990-2000s had significantly lower daily consumption compared to earlier cohorts, whereas the opposite was found for women.

    Large clinical databases are increasingly used for research and quality improvement. We describe an approach to data quality assessment from the General Medicine Inpatient Initiative (GEMINI), which collects and standardizes administrative and clinical data from hospitals.

    The GEMINI database contained 245559 patient admissions at 7 hospitals in Ontario, Canada from 2010 to 2017. We performed 7 computational data quality checks and iteratively re-extracted data from hospitals to correct problems. Thereafter, GEMINI data were compared to data that were manually abstracted from the hospital's electronic medical record for 23419 selected data points on a sample of 7488 patients.

    Computational checks flagged 103 potential data quality issues, which were either corrected or documented to inform future analysis. For example, we identified the inclusion of canceled radiology tests, a time shift of transfusion data, and mistakenly processing the chemical symbol for sodium ("Na") as a missing value. Manual validation identified 1 important data quality issue that was not detected by computational checks transfusion dates and times at 1 site were unreliable. Apart from that single issue, across all data tables, GEMINI data had high overall accuracy (ranging from 98%-100%), sensitivity (95%-100%), specificity (99%-100%), positive predictive value (93%-100%), and negative predictive value (99%-100%) compared to the gold standard.

    Our goal was to determine the early and midterm outcomes after total arch replacement with the frozen elephant trunk (FET) technique compared to those of the conventional elephant trunk (ET) technique for acute retrograde type A aortic dissection.

    Between 2012 and 2019, a total of 49 patients had total arch replacement for acute retrograde type A aortic dissection. Patients were divided into the conventional ET (n = 17) and FET (n = 32) groups. The false lumen status was evaluated using enhanced computed tomography (CT) 1 week postoperatively. The diameter of the downstream aorta was evaluated annually using CT. The median follow-up period was 29 months.

    A pilot study in Kunming center with the aim of evaluating 40 patients randomized to 3 groups ATAS, sham and non-acupuncture with an unequal randomization of 211. Participants with stage I-III breast cancer were scheduled to receive adjuvant EC4P4 chemotherapy. Participants in the ATAS and sham acupuncture arms received 20 sessions of acupuncture over 20 weeks, non-acupuncture arm received usual care. Evaluation scales, including VAS-F, MFI-20, HDAS, ISI, and blood samples were collected at four timepoints (T1-T4). mRNA sequencing was performed to detect the mechanism of acupuncture.

    A total of 581 sessions of acupuncture were performed on patients in the acupuncture group. There was no difference between the three groups in terms of clinical characteristics. Patients randomized to ATAS acupuncture had improved symptoms including fatigue, anxiety and insomnia during the whole process of chemotherapy compared with the other two groups. The VAS-F score of ATAS acupuncture group was decreased compared with non-acupuncture group (P=0.004).   • A 64-year-old male with no history of trauma presented to the general surgery clinic with a 6-month history of an asymptomatic left parietal scalp mass. The differential included benign etiologies such as lipoma or sebaceous cyst. At surgery, a hemorrhagic soft tissue mass with underlying defect in the parietal calvarium was noted. The initial attempt at resection was abandoned and neurosurgical consultation was requested. Magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated an enhancing scalp mass with a lytic lesion of the parietal calvarium with no intradural extension. Craniectomy with mass resection and mesh cranioplasty were performed. Pathology confirmed plasma cell neoplasm; serum protein electrophoresis and lytic skull lesions confirmed multiple myeloma. This rare presentation of multiple myeloma serves as a call for providers to maintain a broad differential when evaluating a seemingly benign mass, consider rare etiologies when appropriate and maintain vigilance for abnormal findings during any procedure.
    In this study, we aimed to investigate the differences in the intrinsic functional connectivity (iFC) of the primary visual cortex (V1), based on resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI), between patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) and healthy controls (HCs).

    In total, 26 patients (12 males, 14 females) with PDR and 26 HCs (12 males, 14 females), matched for sex, age, and education status, were enrolled in the study. All individuals underwent rs-fMRI scans. We acquired iFC maps and compared the differences between PDR patients and the HCs.

In our study we aimed to evaluate the association of VAT and the triglyceride glucose (TyG) as a proxy of insulin resistance surrogated with metabolic and liver risk factors among subjects diagnosed with metabolic syndrome (MetS).

    A cross-sectional study was performed including 326 participants with MetS (55-75 years) from the PREDIMED-Plus study. Liver-status markers, VAT and TyG were assessed. Participants were stratified by tertiles according to VAT (

     = 326). A receiver operating characteristic curve was used to analyse the efficiency of TyG for VAT.

Using a cross-sectional design, 184 cattle sera were collected and tested by a commercial SBV ELISA kit which enables the detection of antibodies against various Simbu serogroup viruses. The results showed an overall 86.4% prevalence of antibodies to Simbu serogroup viruses in cattle in Sudan. Univariate analysis showed a significant association (p=0.007) between ELISA seropositivity and states where samples were collected. This study suggests that Simbu serogroup virus infection is present in cattle in Sudan. Further epizootiological investigations on Simbu serogroup viruses infection and virus species involved are warranted.
    A 64-year-old male with no history of trauma presented to the general surgery clinic with a 6-month history of an asymptomatic left parietal scalp mass. The differential included benign etiologies such as lipoma or sebaceous cyst. At surgery, a hemorrhagic soft tissue mass with underlying defect in the parietal calvarium was noted. The initial attempt at resection was abandoned and neurosurgical consultation was requested. Magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated an enhancing scalp mass with a lytic lesion of the parietal calvarium with no intradural extension. Craniectomy with mass resection and mesh cranioplasty were performed. Pathology confirmed plasma cell neoplasm; serum protein electrophoresis and lytic skull lesions confirmed multiple myeloma. This rare presentation of multiple myeloma serves as a call for providers to maintain a broad differential when evaluating a seemingly benign mass, consider rare etiologies when appropriate and maintain vigilance for abnormal findings during any procedure. In this study, we aimed to investigate the differences in the intrinsic functional connectivity (iFC) of the primary visual cortex (V1), based on resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI), between patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) and healthy controls (HCs). In total, 26 patients (12 males, 14 females) with PDR and 26 HCs (12 males, 14 females), matched for sex, age, and education status, were enrolled in the study. METHODS Model performance was evaluated based on discrimination and calibration. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES Delivery before 37 weeks gestation with a diagnosis of pre-eclampsia. RESULTS Based on 73 preterm pre-eclampsia cases, and 7,546 controls (including 101 cases of late pre-eclampsia) , the area under the ROC curve was 0.659 (95% CI 0.579-0.726). The sensitivity was 32.9% (95% CI 22.1-43.7) at a false positive rate of 8.8%. The LR+ was 3.74 (95% CI 2.67-5.23), the PPV was 3.49% (95% CI 2.12-4.86%) and the NPV 99.3% (99.1-99.5%). The sensitivity and LR+ were approximately 40% lower than in the original study. The calibration analysis showed a good agreement between observed and expected risks (p=0.037). Comparison with the Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF) algorithm yielded a difference in the Area Under the Curve (AUC) of 0.084 (p =0.007). CONCLUSIONS In our Italian population, the simple risk score had a lower performance than expected for the prediction of preterm pre-eclampsia in nulliparous women. Rosacea is another skin disease that causes facial redness and tenderness. Demodex mites have been reported in rosacea and DLE patients commonly in the literature. These two diseases can be seen concomitant, mimic each other clinically and share common possible etiologic factors. To assess Demodex mite infestation in both clinical and histopathological findings in DLE patients. We retrospectively evaluated the files of 42 patients with DLE who had been diagnosed DLE based on clinical and histopathological findings between August 2018 and August 2019. Demodex positivity was detected 50% of patients (n = 21). Neutrophile percentages in the dermal and perivascular area were higher in the demodex positive patients (4,43%) than in the Demodex negative patients (2,19%). The intensity of demodex mites correlated positively with dermal neutrophile percentages. ANA was negative in 29 patients (69%) and positive in 13 patients (31%). Anti-dsDNA was negative in serology and follicular plugging was positive in histopathology in all 42 patients (100%). This was a retrospective study. DLE and rosacea share common features in etiopathogenesis and clinical presentation. Inflammation and exacerbations caused by the demodex mites may increase the clinical severity of DLE. Although the position of demodex mites in DLE etiopathogenesis is not known exactly, the presence of high demodex in DLE patients has been determined.   • BACKGROUND Nurses experience poor quality of life due to workload and role stress. In this study, a spirituality-based intervention was administered to nurse managers. METHOD A total of 45 nurse managers participated in the study; 24 were assigned to the experimental group, and 21 were assigned to a control group. The Holy Name Meditation Program was provided solely to the experimental group. Pretest, posttest 1 (5 weeks after the intervention), posttest 2 (12 weeks after the intervention), and posttest 3 (24 weeks after the intervention) data were gathered on seven variables, including spiritual well-being, spiritual needs, job satisfaction, leadership, burnout, depression, and self-efficacy. RESULTS The experimental group showed significant improvement in spiritual well-being (p less then .001), spiritual needs (p = .029), and job satisfaction (p = .005) until the 24-week follow-up. Burnout (p less then .001), depression and anxiety (p = .034), and self-efficacy (p = .024) showed significant improvement until the 12-week follow-up. Depression and anxiety (p = .053) showed decreasing tendency until the 24-week follow-up. CONCLUSION Evidence suggests this program promotes spiritual and psychosocial well-being of nurse managers. Yet, little is known about whether such programs improve or sustain nurses' EBP values, knowledge, and implementation. METHOD A two-group longitudinal posttest-only study was conducted using a convenience sample of 115 RNs; 51 participants received a comprehensive EBP continuing education intervention, and 64 participants received no intervention. RESULTS Participation rates were 85% at 6 months and 65% at 12 months. Knowledge scores between the two groups were significantly different at 6 months and sustained at 12 months, although the intervention group comprised more master's-prepared nurses. EBP values and implementation scores did not differ between the two groups, and EBP values were not associated with EBP use. The only nurse characteristic demonstrating a statistically significant relationship with the outcomes was highest degree earned. CONCLUSION Further research is needed with more robust study designs to determine how best to facilitate the use of EBP among hospital RNs.     BACKGROUND Nurses experience poor quality of life due to workload and role stress. In this study, a spirituality-based intervention was administered to nurse managers. METHOD A total of 45 nurse managers participated in the study; 24 were assigned to the experimental group, and 21 were assigned to a control group. The Holy Name Meditation Program was provided solely to the experimental group. Pretest, posttest 1 (5 weeks after the intervention), posttest 2 (12 weeks after the intervention), and posttest 3 (24 weeks after the intervention) data were gathered on seven variables, including spiritual well-being, spiritual needs, job satisfaction, leadership, burnout, depression, and self-efficacy. RESULTS The experimental group showed significant improvement in spiritual well-being (p less then .001), spiritual needs (p = .029), and job satisfaction (p = .005) until the 24-week follow-up. Burnout (p less then .001), depression and anxiety (p = .034), and self-efficacy (p = .024) showed significant improvement until the 12-week follow-up. Depression and anxiety (p = .053) showed decreasing tendency until the 24-week follow-up. CONCLUSION Evidence suggests this program promotes spiritual and psychosocial well-being of nurse managers. Yet, little is known about whether such programs improve or sustain nurses' EBP values, knowledge, and implementation. METHOD A two-group longitudinal posttest-only study was conducted using a convenience sample of 115 RNs; 51 participants received a comprehensive EBP continuing education intervention, and 64 participants received no intervention. RESULTS Participation rates were 85% at 6 months and 65% at 12 months. Knowledge scores between the two groups were significantly different at 6 months and sustained at 12 months, although the intervention group comprised more master's-prepared nurses. EBP values and implementation scores did not differ between the two groups, and EBP values were not associated with EBP use. The only nurse characteristic demonstrating a statistically significant relationship with the outcomes was highest degree earned. CONCLUSION Further research is needed with more robust study designs to determine how best to facilitate the use of EBP among hospital RNs.   • The results indicated that pyoverdine in P. syringae MB03 is a robust virulence factor that promotes the killing of C. elegans. We speculate that pyoverdine functions as a virulence determinant by capturing environmentally available iron for host bacterial cells, by limiting its availability for C. elegans worms, and by regulating and/or activating other intracellular virulence factors that ultimately kills C. elegans worms.Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is the most common form of chronic liver disease in adults and children. It is characterized by excessive accumulation of lipids in the hepatocytes of patients without any excess alcohol intake. With a global presence of 24% and limited therapeutic options, the disease burden of NAFLD is increasing. Thus, it becomes imperative to attempt to understand the dynamics of disease progression at a systems-level. Here, we decoded the emergent dynamics of underlying gene regulatory networks that were identified to drive the initiation and the progression of NAFLD. We developed a mathematical model to elucidate the dynamics of the HNF4α-PPARγ gene regulatory network. Our simulations reveal that this network can enable multiple co-existing phenotypes under certain biological conditions an adipocyte, a hepatocyte, and a "hybrid" adipocyte-like state of the hepatocyte. These phenotypes may also switch among each other, thus enabling phenotypic plasticity and consequently leading to simultaneous deregulation of the levels of molecules that maintain a hepatic identity and/or facilitate a partial or complete acquisition of adipocytic traits. These predicted trends are supported by the analysis of clinical data, further substantiating the putative role of phenotypic plasticity in driving NAFLD. Our results unravel how the emergent dynamics of underlying regulatory networks can promote phenotypic plasticity, thereby propelling the clinically observed changes in gene expression often associated with NAFLD.Forecasting vessel flows is important to the development of intelligent transportation systems in the maritime field, as real-time and accurate traffic information has favorable potential in helping a maritime authority to alleviate congestion, mitigate emission of GHG (greenhouse gases) and enhance public safety, as well as assisting individual vessel users to plan better routes and reduce additional costs due to delays. In this paper, we propose three deep learning-based solutions to forecast the inflow and outflow of vessels within a given region, including a convolutional neural network (CNN), a long short-term memory (LSTM) network, and the integration of a bidirectional LSTM network with a CNN (BDLSTM-CNN). To apply those solutions, we first divide the given maritime region into M × N grids, then we forecast the inflow and outflow for all the grids. Experimental results based on the real AIS (Automatic Identification System) data of marine vessels in Singapore demonstrate that the three deep learning-based solutions significantly outperform the conventional method in terms of mean absolute error and root mean square error, with the performance of the BDLSTM-CNN-based hybrid solution being the best.Vitamin D is associated with cardiovascular health through activating the vitamin D receptor that targets genes related to cardiovascular disease (CVD). The human cardiac microvascular endothelial cells (HCMECs) were used to develop mechanically and TGF-β1-induced fibrosis models, and the rat was used as the isoproterenol (ISO)-induced fibrosis model. Cyprus, being located at the Mediterranean fault, exhibits a very interesting geodynamic regime, which has yet to be investigated thoroughly. Accordingly, this research revolves around the estimation of crustal deformation in Cyprus using GNSS receivers. CYPOS (CYprus POsitioning System), a network of seven permanent GNSS stations has been operating since 2008, under the responsibility of the Department of Lands and Surveys. The continuous flow of positioning data collected over this network, offers the required information to investigate the behavior of the crustal deformation field of Cyprus using GNSS sensors for the first time. This paper presents the results of a multi-year analysis (11/2011-01/2017) of daily GNSS data and provides inferences of linear and nonlinear deforming signals into the position time series of the network stations. Specifically, 3D station velocities and seasonal periodic displacements are jointly estimated and presented via a data stacking approach with respect to the IGb08 reference frame.

The results show that Vertical Hessian (VH) model has a slight better performance on the spectral shapes than Adiabatic Hessian (AH), especially for CPL spectrum. The thermal excitation effect has led to a reduced resolution and a broader spectral width. The moderate HT effects on the different spectral shapes have been addressed. The dissymmetry factors have been correctly reproduced and the main vibronic features of the four different spectral shapes have been successfully captured. A good estimation of the overall spectral width, relative position and relative height of different spectral bands has been presented. At first, PC is excited at 532 nm using CW SHG NdYAG laser, then the emission wavelength, Stokes shift, quantum yield, extinction constant and self-quenching coefficient are obtained based on the modified Beer-Lambert equation. It is shown that a notable red shift appears in terms of PC concentration. According to the fluorescence spectra, the addition of HSA in PC solution leads to a significant reduction in the fluorescence signal via quenching events, however a lucid blue shift takes place in the same time. Stern-Volmer formalism is used to determine the quenching constant (KS), the number of binding sites (n) between PC and HSA as well as the association constant Ka for the purpose of facile transportation to the target in the context of drug delivery. Eventually, temperature dependent coefficients and corresponding spectral shifts are investigated over a wide range of temperatures at a couple of distinct PC concentrations to attest the dominant static quenching takes place. In this study, experimental and theoretical results on the absorption and emission (steady state and time-resolved) properties of the hybrid ZnCl2(QO)2 complex formed between ZnCl2 and quinoline N-oxide, have been reported. Single crystal X-ray analysis revealed the tetragonal cell (Z = 4) with P41212 space group and a slight crystal distortion. Interestingly, experiments in aprotic solvents show that both absorption and emission spectra peak in the ultraviolet (UV) region suggesting a weak CT character of the emissive S1 state, confirmed by a middle Stokes shift values. The results of the nanosecond time-resolved emission spectroscopy suggest two different structures of the complex described by the two different lifetimes and variable amplitudes dependent on the polarity of the medium. In the solid state, a relatively strong, bright blue luminescence appears at 413 nm (τ = 2.26 ns). Theoretical calculations (DFT and TD DFT) confirm experimental studies and reveal the solvent-dependent chameleon properties of ZnCl2(QO)2 by two different structures in two solvents of a contrast polarity. In apolar cyclohexane (CHX, μ = 5.612 D), the planes of both lateral quinoline N-oxide (QO) rings show to be nearly parallel each to another, resembling the crystal structure, while in a strongly polar acetonitrile (AN, μ = 9.328 D) they are nearly perpendicular. Participants completed the questionnaires assessing pain, depression, anxiety, somatization, and sleep disturbances at baseline, at the end of the 4-week therapy (first follow-up), and at 8 weeks after medication discontinuation (second follow-up). The primary outcome was treatment response rate, defined as reduced pain score of ≥2 or reporting no pain at the follow-up assessments. RESULTS Ninety-five patients completed the 4-week therapy (48 and 47 in buspirone and placebo groups, respectively). Both buspirone and placebo reduced pain after 4 weeks of treatment, and these effects were persistent 8 weeks after medication discontinuation (P less then 0.001 for both groups at weeks 4 and 12). METHODS We recruited 1179 heroin-dependent patients (age 20 - 66 years) under opioid substitution therapy from 2012 to 2015 in a Psychiatric Center, Southern Taiwan. The data of HCV, hepatitis B virus (HBV) and HIV infection and liver biochemical examination were obtained. We used multivariate logistic regression analysis to predict the risk of HCV infection. RESULTS There were 93.1% of IDUs and 68.1% of NIDUs positive for HCV infection. In IDUs, HIV infection, age of heroin initiation, duration and dose of heroin use, frequency of detoxification and number of criminal conviction were significantly associated with HCV infection. In NIDUs, snort/sniff heroin exhibited a significantly increased risk of HCV infection. Then, an angiopep-2 (A2) modified polymeric micelle (A2PEC) embedding TMZ and siRNA targeting polo-like kinase 1 (siPLK1) was developed (TMZ-A2PEC/siPLK). Results In vitro experiments indicated that TMZ-A2PEC/siPLK effectively enhanced the cellular uptake of TMZ and siPLK1 and resulted in significant cell apoptosis and cytotoxicity of glioma cells. The proposed Fe3O4@OA-CS-5-FLU-NPs were productively prepared as well as characterized by various spectroscopic and microscopic studies. Results The targeted drug release profile of the Fe3O4@OA-CS-5-FLU-NPs was studied in the presence of ROS including H2O2 and pH induction. The physicochemical properties, drug release profiles and mechanism, and cytotoxicity of PTX/DOX-PMs have been thoroughly investigated. Results and discussion The pH-sensitive polyprodrug was used as nanocarrier, and PTX was encapsulated into the micelles with high drug-loading content (25.6%). The critical micelle concentration (CMC) was about 3.16 mg/L, indicating the system could form the micelles at low concentration. The particle size of PTX/DOX-PMs was 110.5 nm, and increased to approximately 140 nm after incubation for 5 days which showed that the PTX/DOX-PMs had high serum stability. With decrease in pH value, the particle size first increased, and thenwas no longer detectable. Similar change trend was observed for CMC values. The zetapotential increased sharply with decrease in pH. Materials and methods Here, we reported a co-delivery system based on pH-sensitive polyprodrug micelles for simultaneous delivery of doxorubicin (DOX) and paclitaxel (PTX) as a combination chemotherapy with pH-triggered drug release profiles. The physicochemical properties, drug release profiles and mechanism, and cytotoxicity of PTX/DOX-PMs have been thoroughly investigated. Results and discussion The pH-sensitive polyprodrug was used as nanocarrier, and PTX was encapsulated into the micelles with high drug-loading content (25.6%). The critical micelle concentration (CMC) was about 3.16 mg/L, indicating the system could form the micelles at low concentration. The particle size of PTX/DOX-PMs was 110.5 nm, and increased to approximately 140 nm after incubation for 5 days which showed that the PTX/DOX-PMs had high serum stability. With decrease in pH value, the particle size first increased, and thenwas no longer detectable. Similar change trend was observed for CMC values. The zetapotential increased sharply with decrease in pH. These results demonstrated the pHsensitivity of PTX/DOX-PMs. In vitro drug release experiments and study on release mechanism showed that the drug release rate and accumulative release for PTX and DOX were dependent on the pH, showing the pH-triggered drug release profiles. Cytotoxicity assay displayed that the block copolymer showed negligible cytotoxicity, while the PTX/DOX-PMs possessed high cytotoxic effect against several tumor cell lines compared with free drugs and control. Conclusion All the results demonstrated that the co-delivery system based on pH-sensitive polyprodrug could be a potent nanomedicine for combination cancer chemotherapy. Este tipo de eventos se presenta como una variación de las lesiones de Lisfranc. El presente reporte muestra un caso clínico poco frecuente de un paciente con luxación de la primera y segunda cuña y fractura in situ de la tercera cuña del pie izquierdo. CASO CLÍNICO Mujer de 49 años de edad, que presentó traumatismo severo del dorso del pie con exposición de tejido óseo y blando como consecuencia de atropellamiento. La paciente fue sometida a cirugía en el Servicio de Urgencias, donde se realizó aseo quirúrgico, desbridamiento, reducción de la luxación de la primera y segunda cuña y fijación percutánea con clavillos Kirschner de 2.0 mm. RESULTADOS Posterior a la cirugía, la paciente se reportó con buen estado en general, orientada, sin facie de dolor, estable, consciente, sin huellas de sangrado activo por la herida y con presencia de clavillos Kirschner en adecuada posición. Se evaluó con la escala de Harris (HHS) y Oxford a los seis meses y al año posterior a la cirugía. Se documentaron las complicaciones y la mortalidad durante el primer año postquirúrgico. RESULTADOS 48 casos (12 hombres; 36 mujeres), edad promedio de 80.8 ± 7.7 años. Comorbilidades más frecuentes hipertensión arterial (77.1%), osteoporosis (37.5%), diabetes (33.3%) e hipotiroidismo (29.2%). El porcentaje de complicaciones postoperatorias asociadas fue de 8.3% (cuatro casos). La mediana del HHS a los seis y 12 meses fue de 90.5 (DE 77.5-96.0) y 96 (DE 92-98), respectivamente. La escala de Oxford fue de 45.5 (DE 38.5-48.0) a los seis meses y de 47.0 (DE 43.5-48) al año postoperatorio. El 4.2% (dos casos) fallecieron durante el primer año postquirúrgico y ninguno estuvo asociado al procedimiento. DISCUSIÓN La HA ofrece buenos resultados funcionales en pacientes mayores de 65 años, con una tasa baja de complicaciones.
