A tolerogenic phenotype of hMoDCs was induced by OVA-mannan-PLGA NP, but not OVA-PLGA NP, and increased number of regulatory T (Treg) cells was generated subsequently in in vitro coculture. Immunization of Balb/c **** with OVA-mannan-PLGA NP resulted in lower serum level of OVA-specific immunoglobulins and less production of pro-inflammatory cytokines in splenocytes culture than the **** immunized with OVA-PLAG NP, PLGA NP, or OVA, while the number of splenic Treg cells was higher in OVA-mannan-PLGA group than in other groups.     Deep brain stimulation (DBS) hardware complications have been traditionally managed by removal of the entire system. Explantation of the system results in prolonged interruption to the patient's care and potential challenges when considering reimplantation of the cranial leads. The purpose of this study was to understand whether complete explantation can be avoided for patients initially presenting with wound dehiscence and/or infection of hardware.

    We performed a retrospective study that included 30 cases of wound dehiscence or infection involving the DBS system. Patients underwent reoperation without explantation of the DBS system, with partial explanation, or with complete explantation as initial management of the complication.

    A total of 17/30 cases were managed with hardware-sparing wound revisions. The majority presented with wound dehiscence (94%), with the scalp (n = 9) as the most common location. This was successful in 76.5% of patients (n = 13). Over 11/30 patients were managed with partial equality of life by preventing or shortening the withdrawal of DBS treatment.
    Indeterminate renal cysts may require several imaging modalities before clinical decision. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of the imaging modality used to characterize indeterminate renal cysts on the pathological findings after surgical resection.

    From our institutional database, we identified all patients surgically treated for Bosniak III renal masses between January 2008 and January 2018. All complex renal cysts were characterized with a combination of computed tomography (CT) and/or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and/or contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) and discussed during a multidisciplinary tumor board. Potential association between clinical/radiological characteristics and the pathological findings were investigated, using univariate and multivariate analyses.

    Of the 52 renal cystic lesions surgically removed, with a preoperative diagnosis of Bosniak III renal cyst, 19 (37%) were malignant and 33 (63%) were benign. The proportion of malignant lesions decreased from 47% when the renal cyst was characterized with cross-sectional imaging (CT and/or MRI) to 17% when the diagnosis required CEUS in addition to cross-sectional imaging. In multivariate analysis, prior history of renal cell carcinoma was associated with a higher risk of malignancy (p = 0.016) and diagnosis made with CEUS was associated with a lower risk of malignancy (p = 0.040).

    Home enteral nutrition (HEN) use continues to increase in children unable to meet nutritional needs through oral intake. Some patients do not tolerate standard polymeric formula (SPF), which may lead to malnutrition. Use of peptide-based diet (PBD) has demonstrated benefits in adults, however there remains a paucity of data in pediatric population.

    Retrospective review of medical records of children receiving HEN between October 2015 and October 2019 was conducted. Nutrition, tolerance, and healthcare utilization was tracked through May 2020. Children receiving PBD as initial formula or transitioned to PBD from SPF were included. Our objective was to assess gastrointestinal tolerance and impact on healthcare utilization in children receiving PBD.

    During study period, 30 children (mean age, 9 ± 5.44 years; 20 of 30 [66.7%] male) utilized PBDs. Twenty-one patients started PBD directly with malnutrition as primary indication. Nine patients transitioned from SPF to PBD, most often due to intolerance of SPF (66%). After transition to PBD, no symptoms were reported in 6 of 9 (66.7%) patients, and symptoms of SPF intolerance resolved in 4 of 9 (44.5%) patients. Healthcare utilization declined significantly after transition to PBD, including mean numbers of emergency room visits (0.78 ± 1.09 to 0.11 ± 0.33; P = .025), provider visits (1.67 ± 1.32 to 0.56 ± 0.73; P = .007), and phone calls (1.22 ± 1.39 to 0.33 ± 0.50; P = .026).

Serum concentrations and the absorbed percentages of chlorogenic acid of volunteers who received chlorogenic acid without oils (0.006 ± 0.001 mg/ml, 5.7 ± 0.2%), chlorogenic acid with soybean oil (0.012 ± 0.001 mg/ml, 11.8 ± 1.3%), and chlorogenic acid with coconut oil (0.067 ± 0.014 mg/ml, 65.6 ± 18.1%) were significantly different from each other (p less then .05). There was a strong positive correlation between the increase in serum and plasma antioxidant capacity and the absorption of chlorogenic acid. The major fatty acid of each of soybean oil and coconut oil also improved the permeability of chlorogenic acid in Caco-2 cell monolayers. The results suggest that the tested edible oils may improve the nutritional value of chlorogenic acid-containing foods by improving the absorption of chlorogenic acid.   • PURPOSE Characterize the role of B-cells on HPV-associated cancer patient outcomes and determine the effects of radiation and PD-1 blockade on B-cell populations. EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN Tumor RNA sequencing data from over 800 HNSCC and cervical cancer patients, including a prospective validation cohort, was analyzed to study the impact of B-cell gene expression on overall survival. A novel murine model of HPV+ HNSCC was used to study the effects of PD-1 blockade and RT on B-cell activation, differentiation, and clonality including analysis by single-cell RNA sequencing and B-cell receptor sequencing. Human protein microarray was then used to quantify B-cell mediated IgG and IgM antibodies to over 16,000 proteins in the serum of patients treated on a clinical trial with PD-1 blockade. RESULTS RNA sequencing identified CD19 and IGJ as novel B-cell prognostic biomarkers for 3-year overall survival (HR = 0.545, p less then 0.001). PD-1 blockade and RT enhance development of memory B-cells, plasma cells, and antigen-specific B-cells.     PURPOSE Characterize the role of B-cells on HPV-associated cancer patient outcomes and determine the effects of radiation and PD-1 blockade on B-cell populations. EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN Tumor RNA sequencing data from over 800 HNSCC and cervical cancer patients, including a prospective validation cohort, was analyzed to study the impact of B-cell gene expression on overall survival. A novel murine model of HPV+ HNSCC was used to study the effects of PD-1 blockade and RT on B-cell activation, differentiation, and clonality including analysis by single-cell RNA sequencing and B-cell receptor sequencing. Human protein microarray was then used to quantify B-cell mediated IgG and IgM antibodies to over 16,000 proteins in the serum of patients treated on a clinical trial with PD-1 blockade. RESULTS RNA sequencing identified CD19 and IGJ as novel B-cell prognostic biomarkers for 3-year overall survival (HR = 0.545, p less then 0.001). PD-1 blockade and RT enhance development of memory B-cells, plasma cells, and antigen-specific B-cells.   • We study the ground state of the three-band degenerate Hubbard model on a square lattice at integer fillings using the variational slave-spin mean field method. At half-filling, the method reproduces the well known result that the ground state is antiferromagnetic (AF) insulating at smaller values of Hubbard onsite repulsionU, while it becomes Mott insulating with Néel AF order at higherU. Away from half-filling, for two particles per site, we show that the model supports a ferromagnetic (FM) metallic state with fully polarized spins at sufficiently largeU. The FM state occurs irrespective of the value of Hund's couplingJ. The ferromagnetism atJ= 0 can be explained by the Stoner mechanism while that forJ> 0 is shown to arise from the superexchange process. At this band filling, the Hund's couplingJis known to have the Janus-faced effect on electronic correlations where it enhances correlations at smallerUwhile reducing it at higherU. We show that these two effects are separated by the paramagnetic (PM) to FM transition point. The former effect is obtained at the PM state while the latter occurs in the FM state. The FM phase also occurs for one particle per site but here Hund's couplingJreduces the effect of electronic correlations at allU.Objective. To measure the impact of skull-to-brain conductivity ratios on interictal spikes source localizations, using high resolution EEG (HR EEG). In previous studies, two ratios were mainly employed 1/80 and 1/40. Consequences of the employed ratios on source localization results are poorly studied.Methods. Twenty patients with drug-resistant epilepsy were studied using HR EEG (sixty-four scalp electrodes). For each patient, three-layers realistic head models based on individual MRI were elaborated using boundary element model. For each interictal spike, source localization was performed six times, using six skull-to-brain conductivity ratios (1/80, 1/50, 1/40, 1/30, 1/20 and 1/10), exploring all the spectrum of values reported in the literature. We then measured distances between the different sources obtained and between the sources and the anterior commissure (in order to estimate sources depth).Results. We measured a mean distance of 5.3 mm (sd 3 mm) between the sources obtained with 1/40 versus 1/80 ratio. This distance increased when the discrepancy between the two evaluated ratios increased. We measured a mean distance of 14.2 mm (sd 4.9 mm) between sources obtained with 1/10 ratio versus 1/80 ratio. Sources localized using 1/40 ratio were 4.3 mm closer to the anterior commissure than sources localized using 1/80 ratio.Significance. Skull-to-brain conductivity ratio is an often-neglected parameter in source localization studies. The different ratios mainly used in the litterature (1/80 and 1/40) lead to significant differences in source localizations. These variations mainly occur in source depth. The cell compartment interactions are calculated per day, with total tumor volume (TV) as the main quantity of interest. Phys.103697-708)) subjected to single doses of 10 or 15 Gy by 50% (partial) or 100% (full) TV irradiation. The experimental data included effects from anti-CD8+antibodies and immunosuppressive drugs. Using a new optimization method, promising fits were obtained where the lowest and highest root-mean-squared error values were observed for anti-CD8+treatment and unirradiated control data, respectively, for both cell types. Additionally, predictive capabilities of the model were tested by using the estimated model parameters to predict scenarios for higher doses and different TV irradiation fractions. Here, mean relative deviations in the range of 19%-34% from experimental data were found. However, more validation data is needed to conclude on the model's predictive capabilities.     To compare the safety and efficacy of X-ray-guided and ultrasound-guided percutaneous transluminal angioplasty in treating arteriovenous fistula dysfunction.

    Data for 219 patients with arteriovenous fistula dysfunction between January 2016 and December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The primary endpoints were technical success, clinical success, and primary patency rates. The secondary endpoints were complications and secondary patency rates. Procedure outcomes and both endpoints were evaluated by propensity score analysis.

    After the propensity score matching, 73 matched pairs of cases were created with 34 pairs of autogenous arteriovenous fistula cases and 39 pairs of prosthetic arteriovenous graft cases. There was no significant difference between the X-ray-guided and ultrasound-guided group, respectively, regarding the technical success rate (84.9% vs 87.7%,

The present study aimed at bridging this gap by replicating the version in which two actors performed two different tasks. Experiment 1 showed switch costs across two actors in a joint condition, which agreed with previous studies, but also yielded even larger switch costs in a solo condition, which contradicted the claim that actors represent an alternative task as their own when it is carried out by the co-actor but not when no one carries it out. Experiments 2 and 3 further examined switch costs in the solo condition with the aim to rule out possible influences of task instructions for and experiences with the other task that was not assigned to the actor. Before participants were instructed on the second of the two tasks, switch costs were still obtained without a co-actor when explicit task names ("COLOUR" and "SHAPE") served as go/nogo signals (Experiment 2), but not when arbitrary symbols ("XXXX" and "++++") served as go/nogo signals (Experiment 3). The results thus imply that switch costs depend on participants' knowledge of task cues being assigned to two different tasks, but not on whether the other task is performed by a co-actor. These findings undermine the assumption that switch costs in the joint conditions reflect shared task-sets between co-actors in this procedure.

To compare the safety and efficacy of X-ray-guided and ultrasound-guided percutaneous transluminal angioplasty in treating arteriovenous fistula dysfunction. Data for 219 patients with arteriovenous fistula dysfunction between January 2016 and December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The primary endpoints were technical success, clinical success, and primary patency rates. The secondary endpoints were complications and secondary patency rates.   • In the present study, we newly synthesized four types of novel fullerene derivatives pyridinium/ethyl ester-type derivatives 3b-3l, pyridinium/carboxylic acid-type derivatives 4a, 4e, 4f, pyridinium/amide-type derivative 5a, and pyridinium/2-morpholinone-type derivative 6a. On the contrary, the daughter tumor cells differentiated from these cells restored the sensitivity to DA and showed high expression of PRL and D2R. The lower D2R expression and DA resistance might be due to DNA hypermethylation of D2R promoter. Our study demonstrates that the sphere-forming cells isolated from MMQ cells possess the trait of TSLCs and resist to DA treatment, which offers the opportunity to further investigate the mechanisms underlying tumor recurrence based on TSLCs.
    Molecular composition and topography of the extracellular matrix (ECM) influence regenerative cell migration following peripheral nerve injury (PNI). Advanced tissue engineering strategies for the repair of neurotmesis-type PNI include the development of nanofiber-containing implantable scaffolds that mimic features of the ECM to orchestrate regenerative growth. Reliable and quantifiable in vitro assays are required to assess the ability of such substrates to influence migration of the cell types of interest. However, most popular migration assays monitor cell migration into a cell exclusion zone (CEZ) but have dubious abilities to preserve the molecular and topographical cues of the substrate.

    Elastic band spacers (EBS), a simple, economical and standardized technique for the generation of well-defined CEZ based on the use of commercially available elastic bands, are introduced.

    EBS could sufficiently preserve ECM-derived molecular and poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) nanofiber-derived topographical cues. The application of EBS in the absence and presence of nanofiber-derived topographical cues was validated using perineurial cells and Schwann cells, both known to play key roles in peripheral nerve regeneration.

    In contrast to EBS, commercial silicone inserts and the popular scratch assay caused substantial ECM substrate disruption, thereby preventing these techniques from being included in further investigations employing deposition of PCL nanofibers and cell migration analysis.

    EBS represent a useful addition to the existing repertoire of migration assays offering significant benefits in terms of substrate preservation. The simplicity and economy of the approach make it immediately accessible to research groups at minimal extra expense.

The remaining 204 cases, including 170 smooth muscle tumors, 22 endometrial stomal nodule/sarcomas, seven undifferentiated uterine sarcomas, two adenosarcomas, one uterine tumor resembling ovarian sex cord tumor, and two perivascular epithelioid cell tumors, retained the expression of both SMARCA4 and SMARCA2.     Tobacco is the leading cause of preventable death, and over 200,000 women die each year of diseases caused by tobacco. Women with substance use disorders (SUDs) are disproportionately affected. Smoking prevalence among individuals enrolled in SUD treatment is 2-4 times higher than that of the general population, yet less than half of all treatment facilities offer tobacco treatment services. However, when individuals combine treatment, they have a greater likelihood of long-term abstinence from alcohol and other substances of use.

    A quality improvement project was undertaken to implement the U.S. Public Health Service guideline for tobacco cessation in a women's residential substance use treatment facility. Tobacco users were advised on their health risk and recommended to cut down or quit. They were advised that help was available using nicotine replacement therapy, behavioral counseling, or both.

    Upon admission, 67% of clients received brief advice to quit, and 30% participated in an intensive treatment aimed at reducing or eliminating cigarette use. At discharge, counseling participants (n = 21) smoked an average of nine cigarettes per day, reduced from 23, which was statistically significant.

    Interventions reduced cigarette smoking in a population at a high risk for adverse outcomes related to use. Results suggest that more clients are interested in tobacco treatment than previously estimated. Increased administrative, clinical, and pharmacy support can sustain and further assist clients with cessation efforts.

Harm reduction programs, including syringe service programs, show efficacy in improving individual and public health outcomes. Healthcare provider perceptions are an important initial assessment when considering implementing a syringe service program.

    The objective of this quality improvement project, completed in a Northeastern Veterans Affairs Medical Center (NEVAMC), was to lay the groundwork for implementation of a syringe service program.

    This multiphase project included an initial needs assessment with stakeholders to determine the scope of substance use disorder within the facility and initiated the change process needed for syringe service program implementation. We administered an online survey, the Drug and Drug Problems Perceptions Questionnaire (DDPPQ), to better understand staff perspectives of and comfort in working with people who use drugs. Two educational modules were developed and conducted for staff to ment templates are available for persons developing a syringe service program within a federal system.
    The findings indicate NEVAMC staff members have a high level of comfort working with people who use drugs. The staff educational programs were well received and have become a part of routine staff training at the NEVAMC.     Prescription opioid use disorder in the United States has increased to epidemic proportions and poses a challenging problem to health care providers. Motivational interviewing (MI) is a patient-centered counseling style that can effectively reduce substance abuse, but MI training has not been well incorporated into advanced practice nursing curricula. Standardized patient (SP) simulation is an educational tool that is growing in popularity because of its success in improving nursing skills. Medical students and residents who underwent a formalized MI training with an SP simulation showed positive results. This study aimed to determine whether an MI training with an SP simulation improved NP students' knowledge, confidence, and skills in MI. A one-group pretest-posttest repeated measures design was used. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and repeated measures analysis of variance, and qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis. Results indicated that the MI training showtion showed positive results. This study aimed to determine whether an MI training with an SP simulation improved NP students' knowledge, confidence, and skills in MI. Smoking prevalence among individuals enrolled in SUD treatment is 2-4 times higher than that of the general population, yet less than half of all treatment facilities offer tobacco treatment services. However, when individuals combine treatment, they have a greater likelihood of long-term abstinence from alcohol and other substances of use. A quality improvement project was undertaken to implement the U.S. Public Health Service guideline for tobacco cessation in a women's residential substance use treatment facility. Tobacco users were advised on their health risk and recommended to cut down or quit. They were advised that help was available using nicotine replacement therapy, behavioral counseling, or both. Upon admission, 67% of clients received brief advice to quit, and 30% participated in an intensive treatment aimed at reducing or eliminating cigarette use. At discharge, counseling participants (n = 21) smoked an average of nine cigarettes per day, reduced from 23, which was statistically significant. Harm reduction programs, including syringe service programs, show efficacy in improving individual and public health outcomes. Healthcare provider perceptions are an important initial assessment when considering implementing a syringe service program. The objective of this quality improvement project, completed in a Northeastern Veterans Affairs Medical Center (NEVAMC), was to lay the groundwork for implementation of a syringe service program. This multiphase project included an initial needs assessment with stakeholders to determine the scope of substance use disorder within the facility and initiated the change process needed for syringe service program implementation. We administered an online survey, the Drug and Drug Problems Perceptions Questionnaire (DDPPQ), to better understand staff perspectives of and comfort in working with people who use drugs. Two educational modules were developed and conducted for staff to ment templates are available for persons developing a syringe service program within a federal system. The findings indicate NEVAMC staff members have a high level of comfort working with people who use drugs. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and repeated measures analysis of variance, and qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis. Results indicated that the MI training showtion showed positive results. This study aimed to determine whether an MI training with an SP simulation improved NP students' knowledge, confidence, and skills in MI. A one-group pretest-posttest repeated measures design was used. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and repeated measures analysis of variance, and qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis. Results indicated that the MI training showed a significant impact on students' confidence in MI and promising impacts on students' MI knowledge and skills. In this article, the authors consider the potential losses and gains from the elimination of Step 2 CS and explore opportunities to expand local summative assessments beyond the narrow bounds of Step 2 CS. The responsibility for implementing a rigorous and credible summative assessment of clinical skills that are critical for patient safety as medical students transition to residency now lies squarely with medical schools. Robust human simulation (standardized patient) programs, including regional and virtual simulation consortia, can provide infrastructure and expertise for innovative and creative local assessments to meet this need. This study examined the relationship between USMLE attempts and likelihood of receiving disciplinary actions from state medical boards.

    The sample population was 219,018 graduates from U.S. and Canadian MD-granting medical schools who passed all USMLE Step exams by 2011 and obtained a medical license in the United States, using data from the National Board of Medical Examiners and the Federation of State Medical Boards. Logistic regressions estimated how attempts on Steps 1, 2 Clinof receiving disciplinary actions. This study offers support for licensure and practice standards to account for physicians' USMLE attempts. The relatively small effect sizes, however, caution policy makers from placing sole emphasis on this relationship.

The resulting sets of subcompetencies with expected strong and weak associations were selected for convergent and discriminant validity analysis, respectively. National-level data for 2013-2018 were provided; the final sample included 6,618 EM residents from 158 training programs. Empirical bivariate correlations between milestone ratings and Step scores were calculated, then those correlations were compared with the SMEs' judgments.     The SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) pandemic presented numerous challenges to inpatient care, including overtaxed inpatient medicine services, surges in patient censuses, disrupted patient care and educational activities for trainees, underused providers in certain specialties, and personal protective equipment shortages and new requirements for physical distancing. In March 2020, as the COVID-19 surge began, an interdisciplinary group of administrators, providers, and trainees at Brigham and Women's Hospital created an inpatient virtual staffing model called the Virtual Team Rounding Program (VTRP).

    The conceptual framework guiding VTRP development was rapid-cycle innovation. The VTRP was designed iteratively using feedback from residents, physician assistants, attendings, and administrators from March to June 2020. The VTRP trained and deployed a diverse set of providers across specialties as "virtual rounders" to support inpatient teams by joining and participating in rounds via videoconference and completing doams to manage COVID-19 surges. Future work will quantitatively and qualitatively assess the impact of the VTRP on inpatient provider satisfaction and well-being, virtual rounders' experiences, and patient care outcomes.

    Twenty-eight patients who underwent KTx from 1987 through 2016 after diagnosis with MGRS-associated lesions including light chain deposition disease (LCDD), C3-glomerulopathy with monoclonal gammopathy (C3G-MG), and light chain proximal tubulopathy (LCPT).

    Of the 19 patients with LCDD, 10 were treated prior to KTx while 9 were treatment-naive. Among the treated patients with LCDD, 3 (30%) experienced histologic recurrence, 2 (20%) developed graft failure, and 2 (20%) died during a median follow-up of 70 (3-162) months after KTx. In the treatment-naive LCDD group, 8 (89%) had histologic recurrence, 6 (67%) grafts failed, and 4 (44%) patients died, during a median follow-up of 60 (35-117) months. Of the 5 patients who achieved complete response (CR) prior to KTx, none died, and onl response on outcomes for each MGRS-associated lesion.
    Recurrence is very common in all MGRS-associated lesions after KTx. Achieving a complete hematologic response may reduce the risk of recurrence, graft loss, and death. Addition of NaCl to provide more chloride ions decreased pramipexole delivery efficiency due to competition between pramipexole and sodium cations. A "two-compartment" iontophoretic patch where the drug reservoir was separated from the anodal compartment, which now included NaCl, was shown to be a good compromise since it ensured Ag/AgCl electrochemistry at the anode and an acceptable delivery efficiency. In vivo studies using this iontophoretic patch demonstrated that the plasma concentration of pramipexole closely followed the variation of the applied continuous and multi-phasic current profiles and underlined the control provided by iontophoresis and its unique ability to rapidly change drug input rates. To address this, we developed a new naturalistic version of a gaze-contingent paradigm using real video sequences of gaze behaviour that respond to the participants' gaze in real-time in order to create a believable and continuous interactive social situation. Additionally, participants listened to two autobiographical audio-scripts that guided them to imagine a recent stressful and a relaxing situation and performed the gaze-based social interaction task before and after the presentation of either the stressful or the relaxing audio-script. Our results demonstrate that the social interaction task robustly recruits brain areas with known involvement in social cognition, namely the medial prefrontal cortex, bilateral temporoparietal junction, superior temporal sulcus as well as the precuneus.

Participants' behavioral and EEG responses were recorded to high- and low-frequency words that varied in script's legibility (printed, easy handwritten, difficult handwritten) in a lexical decision experiment. Behavioral results replicated previous findings word-frequency effects were larger in difficult handwriting than in easy handwritten or printed conditions. Critically, the ERP data showed an early effect of word-frequency in the N170 that was restricted to the difficult-to-read handwritten condition. These results are interpreted in terms of increased attentional deployment when the bottom-up signal is weak (difficult handwritten stimuli). This attentional boost would enhance top-down effects (e.g., lexical effects) in the early stages of visual word processing.Negative interpersonal experiences are a key contributor to psychiatric disorders. While previous research has shown that negative interpersonal experiences influence social cognition, less is known about the effects on participation in social interactions and the underlying neurobiology. To address this, we developed a new naturalistic version of a gaze-contingent paradigm using real video sequences of gaze behaviour that respond to the participants' gaze in real-time in order to create a believable and continuous interactive social situation. Additionally, participants listened to two autobiographical audio-scripts that guided them to imagine a recent stressful and a relaxing situation and performed the gaze-based social interaction task before and after the presentation of either the stressful or the relaxing audio-script. Our results demonstrate that the social interaction task robustly recruits brain areas with known involvement in social cognition, namely the medial prefrontal cortex, bilateral temporoparietal junction, superior temporal sulcus as well as the precuneus.
