Start the Hazeel Cult quest

To do the quest, go to Ardougne find the southwest corner and talk to Ceril. Once you've done this, go downstairs and cross the bridge. From here, head to the clock tower on the east side. Enter a nearby cave and talk to Clivet. He will introduce you to Hazeel, once an ancient Zamorak follower killed by one of Ceril's ancestors. He will ask you to help revive the Hazeel cult, but at this time we will refuse.

The Sewer Valves

Clivet will start sailing on a raft. Will go through five sewer valves. The first valve is across the bridge near the Carnilleans home. The fourth valve is located to the south of the penguin cage at the zoo. Players ride a raft to the Hazeel cult hideout. Talk to Alomone, you need to kill him twice, after the second kill you can use the drop trick to get the armor.

Back on the raft, back to the start of the sewer. Go back to Carnillean's house and talk to Butler Jones. After this, go to the first floor and talk to Ceril Carnillean. He doesn't believe what you say about the butler, but you get 5 OSRS gold.

Help Hazeel Cult

Go to the basement of Ceril's house, use the poison given to you on the range, and go upstairs. You'll find out that Carnillean's dog, Scruffy, has passed away.

By talking to Clivet, you will get Hazeel's Mark. We need to get to the hideout again, so follow the previous steps to open the valve. Talk to Alomone after boarding the raft in the cave, where you'll be tasked with finding the scrolls.

Go back to Carnillean's house and talk to Butler Jones. Check the chest in the basement to find the key. Once you find it, head to the ladder ad stairs. Knock on the east wall and climb the ladder from here too. Open the treasure chest, get the scroll, and give it to Alomon.

Mission Rewards
