The obtained R2 coefficient was 0.82, indicating that around 82% of the changes in the number of visitors can be justified by the variables introduced in the model. By varying the solute concentration in the range 4-18% (w/w), the macroscopic mechanical properties of the hydrogels can be tuned and the corresponding evolution in the Brillouin-derived longitudinal elastic modulus measured. An increase in Brillouin frequency shift with increasing solute concentration was observed, which was found to correlate with an increase in acoustic wave velocity and longitudinal modulus. The ascidian was obtained from 20 m depth at Malalayang coastal water in Manado Bay, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. The initial stock was kept in 20 ppt liquid medium. Then the cells were transferred into culture chambers, each prepared with different salinities 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 ppt. After the cells reached exponential phase, some drops of cell suspension were transferred into agar media with the same salinity level until the green colony appeared. Each of the colonies was transferred again into liquid media with the same salinity. Population growth was observed until the death phase. The results of the study show that (1) the growth of Prochloron cells at different salinity showed a different growth rate; (2) Prochloron cells grew well in salinity of 15 and 35 ppt; (3) the maximum population growth of Prochloron from each treatment varied. Prochloron cells grown in a medium with 35 ppt salinity had a rapid adaptability to the new culture environment.     We searched PubMed and abstracts presented at (inter)national meetings for trials using FDA-approved ICIs. The reported rates of grade 3-5 adverse events (G3-5 AE), immune-related adverse events (irAE), and response were correlated with doses within each ICI using marginal exact generalized linear models.

The aim of this work was to develop and characterise rifapentine (RPT)-loaded PLGA-based nanoparticles (NPs) for reducing dosing frequency.

    RPT-loaded PLGA and PLGA-PEG NPs were prepared using premix membrane homogenisation combined with solvent evaporation method. The resulting NPs were characterised in terms of physicochemical characteristics, toxicity, cellular uptake and antitubercular activity. NPs were further evaluated for pharmacokinetic and biodistribution studies in ****.

To date, there are limited data available on the analytical performance of emerging commercially available assays for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and integration of these assays into laboratory workflows. Here, we performed a prospective validation study of a commercially available assay, the AusDiagnostics Coronavirus Typing (8-well) assay. Respiratory tract samples for SARS-CoV-2 testing were collected between 1 March and 25 March 2020. All positive samples and a random subset of negative samples were sent to a reference laboratory for confirmation. In total, 2673 samples were analysed using the Coronavirus Typing assay. The predominant sample type was a combined nasopharyngeal/throat swab (2640/2673; 98.8%). Fifty-four patients were positive for SARS-CoV-2 (2.0%) using the Coronavirus Typing assay; 53/54 (98.1%) positive results and 621/621 (100%) negative results were concordant with the reference laboratory. Compared to the reference laboratory gold standard, sensitivity of the Coronavirus Typing assay for SARS-CoV-2 was 100% (95% CI 93.2-100%), specificity 99.8% (95% CI 99.1-100%), positive predictive value 98.1% (95% CI 90.2-99.7%) and negative predictive value 100% (95% CI 99.4-100%). In many countries, standard regulatory requirements for the introduction of new assays have been replaced by emergency authorisations and it is critical that laboratories share their post-market validation experiences, as the consequences of widespread introduction of a suboptimal assay for SARS-CoV-2 are profound.     To estimate the prevalence of ovulatory cycles in eumenorrheic women and compare the diagnostic accuracy of a single, well-timed ultrasound scan (index test) with serum progesterone measurement (reference test) by calculating the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV), and positive likelihood ratio (LR+) and negative likelihood ratio (LR-).

    The prevalence of ovulatory cycles among subfertile eumenorrheic women was 92.9% and 99.5% when midluteal serum progesterone level and ultrasound scanning were used as the reference test, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, PPV, and NPV of ultrasound in identifying ovulatory cycles were 100%, 7.1%, 93.4%, and 100%, respectively. The LR+ and LR- were 1.1 and 0, respectively. To date, there are limited data available on the analytical performance of emerging commercially available assays for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and integration of these assays into laboratory workflows. Here, we performed a prospective validation study of a commercially available assay, the AusDiagnostics Coronavirus Typing (8-well) assay. Respiratory tract samples for SARS-CoV-2 testing were collected between 1 March and 25 March 2020. All positive samples and a random subset of negative samples were sent to a reference laboratory for confirmation. In total, 2673 samples were analysed using the Coronavirus Typing assay. The predominant sample type was a combined nasopharyngeal/throat swab (2640/2673; 98.8%). Fifty-four patients were positive for SARS-CoV-2 (2.0%) using the Coronavirus Typing assay; 53/54 (98.1%) positive results and 621/621 (100%) negative results were concordant with the reference laboratory. Compared to the reference laboratory gold standard, sensitivity of the Coronavirus Typing assay for SARS-CoV-2 was 100% (95% CI 93.2-100%), specificity 99.8% (95% CI 99.1-100%), positive predictive value 98.1% (95% CI 90.2-99.7%) and negative predictive value 100% (95% CI 99.4-100%).   • circRNA functions as a microRNA (miRNA) sponge in the regulation of mRNA expression, forming the circRNA-miRNA regulatory axis. In the case of OSCC, overexpression of different circRNAs exhibits both tumor-progressive and tumor-suppressive effects.Previous studies of correlations of microRNA (miR)-499 rs3746444 and miR-196a-2 rs11614913 polymorphisms with glioma risk have yielded inconsistent results. In this study, relationships between these two polymorphisms and glioma risk and survival were evaluated. Twenty-one days after a single subretinal injection, we observed a marked decrease in the inflammatory response in the neural retina and in the retinal pigment epithelium, together with reduced vascular retinal permeability in the treated diabetic mouse. These results were accompanied by the restoration of the retinal capillary network and regression of neovascularization, with significant improvement of DR hallmarks. Concomitant with the favorable therapeutic effects, this approach did not affect retinal ganglion cells. A high ICI score was characterized by an increased tumor mutation burden (TMB) and the immune-activating signaling pathways. Activation of transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) and WNT signaling pathways were observed in low ICI score subtypes, indicating T cell suppression, and may be responsible for poor prognosis. Two immunotherapy cohorts confirmed patients with higher ICI scores demonstrated significant therapeutic advantages and clinical benefits.

  • Objective To analyze the malignant probability of thyroid nodules with the diagnosis of atypia of undetermined significance or follicular lesion of undetermined significance (AUS/FLUS) determined by fine-needle aspiration (FNA) and to explore the value of the combined application of BRAFV600E gene detection for the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods A total of 114 patients including 20 males and 94 females, aged 16-76 years old with thyroid nodules underwent FNA examination and surgical treatment in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2018 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Postoperative histopathological results were used as the gold standard for the diagnosis of malignant thyroid nodules. The malignant rate of thyroid nodules with the diagnosis of AUS/FLUS was evaluated. Differential diagnostic efficacy of preoperative FNA combined with BRAFV600E gene detection for papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) was analyzed by McNemer test and diagnostic test evaluation method. Results The mutation rate of BRAFV600E gene was 84.76% (89/105) in PTC. PTC accounted for 57.14% (12/21) of the patients with the diagnoses of AUS/FLUS determined by FNA. The specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of BRAFV600E mutation examination for the diagnosis of malignant thyroid nodules determined preoperatively as AUS/FLUS were 9/9, 5/12, 5/5 and 9/16, respectively. BRAFV600E mutation examination could improve the detection rate of PTC in patients with AUS/FLUS (OR=0.438, 95%CI=0.251-0.763, P=0.016). Methods This was a cross-sectional study. 64 preoperative drug-induced sleep endoscopy (DISE) videos of OSAHS patients during December 2014 to July 2018, from Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University were analyzed. The VOTE score was assessed single-blind by two similar experienced surgeons, and the Kappa value between the two scorers was calculated by the third researcher. According to the characteristics of the case, Fisher's exact test or chi-square test method was used to further explore the factors that influenced the consistency. Results Sixty-four patients were divided into four groups according to the severity of the disease, including mild (7 cases), moderate (30 cases), sseverity of the disease. Better consistency is observed among more severe OSAHS patients. The reason for the poor consistency of the oropharyngeal plane in severe OSAHS patients OSAHS is due to the difference of the tonsils size. For severe OSAHS patients with small tonsils, the assessment of whether the oropharynx is obstructed should be more cautious.Objective To evaluate the accuracy of diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI-MRI) combined with high resolution temporal bone CT (HRCT) in the location diagnosis of middle ear cholesteatoma and its value in the postoperative follow-up. Methods 134 patients with inital cholesteatoma and 22 patients with suspected recurrent cholesteatoma were selected for HRCT, conventional MRI and DWI examination. Based on the intraoperative and pathological diagnosis, DWI and HRCT images were combined to evaluate the consistency between the lesion location and invasion area of the initial cholesteatoma and intraoperative lesions. The results of HRCT and DWI in the diagnosis of recurrent middle ear cholesteatoma were statistically analyzed to evaluate their diagnostic efficacy. Results The accuracy rate of DWI combined with HRCT was 90.3%.The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of HRCT and DWI in the diagnosis of recurrent middle ear cholesteatoma were 27.8%, 75.0%, 83.3%, 18.8% and 100%, 75.0%, 94.7% and 100%, respectively, and the Kappa values consistent with the pathological results were 0.024 and 0.843, respectively. Chi-square test confirmed that there were differences in the diagnosis between groups (P less then 0.001). Conclusions Combined with the high sensitivity of DWI and the high resolution of HRCT, the accuracy of preoperative positioning of the newly diagnosed cholesteatoma can be improved and surgery strategy can be guided. The clinical data in terms of age, sex, medical history, duration of symptoms, treatment time, clinical classification, pulmonary imaging findings, whole blood cell count, serum hypersensitivity C-reactive protein, C-reactive protein, procalcitonin were statistically analyzed between the two groups.     Objective To analyze the malignant probability of thyroid nodules with the diagnosis of atypia of undetermined significance or follicular lesion of undetermined significance (AUS/FLUS) determined by fine-needle aspiration (FNA) and to explore the value of the combined application of BRAFV600E gene detection for the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods A total of 114 patients including 20 males and 94 females, aged 16-76 years old with thyroid nodules underwent FNA examination and surgical treatment in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2018 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Postoperative histopathological results were used as the gold standard for the diagnosis of malignant thyroid nodules. The malignant rate of thyroid nodules with the diagnosis of AUS/FLUS was evaluated. Differential diagnostic efficacy of preoperative FNA combined with BRAFV600E gene detection for papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) was analyzed by McNemer test and diagnostic test evaluation method. Results The mutation rate of BRAFV600E gene was 84.76% (89/105) in PTC. PTC accounted for 57.14% (12/21) of the patients with the diagnoses of AUS/FLUS determined by FNA. The specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of BRAFV600E mutation examination for the diagnosis of malignant thyroid nodules determined preoperatively as AUS/FLUS were 9/9, 5/12, 5/5 and 9/16, respectively. BRAFV600E mutation examination could improve the detection rate of PTC in patients with AUS/FLUS (OR=0.438, 95%CI=0.251-0.763, P=0.016). Conclusion FNA combined with BRAFV600E mutation examination can significantly improve the detection rate of malignant thyroid nodules diagnosed preoperatively as AUS/FLUS.Objective To explore the clinical features and pathogenic mechanisms of a special syndrome with congenital sensorineural hearing loss, albinism, heterochromia iridis, nystagmus and myelin dysplasia. The analysis of clinical features indicated the diagnosis of PCW syndrome. Conclusion This study identified a new mutation of SOX10 gene, which enriched the mutation spectrum of this gene. And the analysis of clinical characteristics of this patient also expanded the phenotype of this gene. This study provided a reference for clinical diagnosis and genetic diagnosis of PCW syndrome.Objective To investigate the consistency of Velum, Oropharygneal, Tongue base, Epiglottis (VOTE) scores between two surgeons with similar clinical experience in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) patients with different degree of disease, and to analyze the influencing factors leading to the difference in score. Methods This was a cross-sectional study. 64 preoperative drug-induced sleep endoscopy (DISE) videos of OSAHS patients during December 2014 to July 2018, from Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University were analyzed. The VOTE score was assessed single-blind by two similar experienced surgeons, and the Kappa value between the two scorers was calculated by the third researcher. According to the characteristics of the case, Fisher's exact test or chi-square test method was used to further explore the factors that influenced the consistency. Results Sixty-four patients were divided into four groups according to the severity of the disease, including mild (7 cases), moderate (30 cases), sseverity of the disease. Better consistency is observed among more severe OSAHS patients. The reason for the poor consistency of the oropharyngeal plane in severe OSAHS patients OSAHS is due to the difference of the tonsils size. For severe OSAHS patients with small tonsils, the assessment of whether the oropharynx is obstructed should be more cautious.Objective To evaluate the accuracy of diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI-MRI) combined with high resolution temporal bone CT (HRCT) in the location diagnosis of middle ear cholesteatoma and its value in the postoperative follow-up. Methods 134 patients with inital cholesteatoma and 22 patients with suspected recurrent cholesteatoma were selected for HRCT, conventional MRI and DWI examination. Based on the intraoperative and pathological diagnosis, DWI and HRCT images were combined to evaluate the consistency between the lesion location and invasion area of the initial cholesteatoma and intraoperative lesions. The results of HRCT and DWI in the diagnosis of recurrent middle ear cholesteatoma were statistically analyzed to evaluate their diagnostic efficacy. Results The accuracy rate of DWI combined with HRCT was 90.3%.The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of HRCT and DWI in the diagnosis of recurrent middle ear cholesteatoma were 27.8%, 75.0%, 83.3%, 18.8% and 100%, 75.0%, 94.7% and 100%, respectively, and the Kappa values consistent with the pathological results were 0.024 and 0.843, respectively. Chi-square test confirmed that there were differences in the diagnosis between groups (P less then 0.001). Conclusions Combined with the high sensitivity of DWI and the high resolution of HRCT, the accuracy of preoperative positioning of the newly diagnosed cholesteatoma can be improved and surgery strategy can be guided.   • Patients with sleeping sickness, caused by the parasite Trypanosoma brucei, have disruptions in both sleep timing and sleep architecture. However, the underlying cause of these sleep disturbances is not well understood. Here, we assessed the sleep architecture of male **** infected with T. brucei and found that infected **** had drastically altered sleep patterns. Interestingly, T. brucei-infected **** also had a reduced homeostatic sleep response to sleep deprivation, a response modulated by the adenosine system. We found that infected **** had a reduced electrophysiological response to an adenosine receptor antagonist and increased adenosine receptor gene expression. Although the mechanism by which T. brucei infection causes these changes remains to be determined, our findings suggest that the symptoms of sleeping sickness may be because of alterations in homeostatic adenosine signaling.SIGNIFICANCE STATEMENT Sleeping sickness is a fatal disease that disrupts the circadian clock, causes disordered temperature regulation, and induces sleep disturbance. Cerebellar inhibition was performed to assess cerebello-thalamo-cortical involvement. DT exhibited higher variability of peak frequency and greater instability of tremor burst intervals over time (higher tremor stability index) than ET or TAWD regardless of tasks. Intermuscular coherence magnitude between the antagonist pairs increased durrence, and decreased cerebello-thalamo-cortical inhibition compared with TAWD. Here, we aimed to first isolate patterns of subcortical connectivity with cortical resting-state networks in awake marmosets using resting-state fMRI, then to compare these networks with those in humans using connectivity fingerprinting. In this study, we used 5 marmosets (4 males, 1 female). While we could match several marmoset and human resting-state networks based on their functional fingerprints, we also found a few striking differences, for example, strong functional connectivity of the default mode nre also present in marmosets, but that small, potentially functionally relevant differences exist.Purpose Pancreatic ductal carcinoma (PDAC) is a highly lethal cancer and early detection and accurate staging are critical to prolonging survival. PDAC typically has a prominent stroma including cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) that express Fibroblast Activation Protein (FAP). FAP is a new target molecule for PET imaging of various tumors. In this retrospective study we describe the clinical impact of PET/CT imaging using 68Ga-labelled FAP-Inhibitors (68Ga-FAPI - PET/CT) in 19 patients with PDAC (7 primary, 12 progressive/recurrent). Malta is an island and the potential for containment would have been relatively simple and effective and permitting mass gatherings was unwise. Protecting the health of the population should take centre stage while carrying out extensive testing, contact tracing and surveillance. Containment and mitigation along with public cooperation is the key to curbing resurgences especially with the influenza season around the corner.

Monotherapy with available treatments is often not sufficient and a combination of drugs is necessary. Trazodone (TRZ) is a compound with a multi-modal mechanism of action, being a serotonin-2 antagonist/reuptake inhibitor developed and approved for the treatment of depression in several countries. Previous clinical trials suggest a possible beneficial effect of low doses of trazodone for the treatment of patients affected by painful diabetic neuropathy.

    This phase II study was designed to collect data on the efficacy and safety of low doses of TRZ combined with gabapentin after 8weeks of treatment in patients affected by painful diabetic neuropathy.

    This was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center, international, prospective study. Male and female diabetic patients aged 18-75years and affected by painful diabetic neuropathy were eligible for on 29/06/2017.Rheumatoid arthritis (RA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), and Sjögren's syndrome (SS) are the most common rheumatic diseases. However, a coexistence of AS and RA or SS in the same patient is rare. What' s more, the case of AS coexists with RA, and SS is not be found yet. Here, we present a 65-year-old male patient who develop typical clinical symptoms of AS, RA, and SS successively (such as inflammatory low **** pain, symmetrical small joint swelling and pain, and severe dryness of mouth and eyes) and was finally diagnosed with AS coexisting with RA and SS.
    Kawasaki disease (KD) is the most frequent cause of acquired heart disease in children in high-income countries because of coronary artery involvement. Risk factors for coronary lesions can vary in consideration of different genetic background and environmental factors.

    Multicenter retrospective and prospective study including 372 consecutive children (58% boys; mean age 34.3 ± 30.3 months, Caucasian 85%) was diagnosed with KD. We divided the cohort into 2 groups according to the presence of coronary anomalies (CAA) and aneurysms. We compared the groups and studied the risk factors for CAA and for aneurysms, the most severe lesions.

    Children with CAA were 91/372 (24.46%, aneurysms 20/372, 5.37%). Children with CAA were more likely to have a longer duration of fever (p < 0.001), later day of treatment (p < 0.001), to be IVIG non-responders and late treated (p < 0.001), while age, clinical presentation, and seasonality were not different. They also had significantly higher WBC and neutrophils, loonary cardiac findings, age younger than 6 months, and IVIG unresponsiveness are independent risk factors for a more severe form of KD with aneurysms.
    Very young children with non-coronary cardiac findings are at increased risk for a more severe form of KD with aneurysms. These children could benefit from adjunctive therapy beside IVIG, especially if they have higher markers of inflammation, particularly neutrophils. The RNA sequencing data of erastin-induced ferroptosis in HCC cells were downloaded from the Sequence Read Archive database with accession number SRP119173. The microarray dataset GSE89377 of HCC progression was downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus database. The ferroptosis-related genes were screened by differential analysis and HCC progression-related genes were screened by cluster analysis using Mfuzz. Then, the genes associated with ferroptosis and HCC progression were screened by Venn analysis, followed by functional enrichment, protein-protein interaction (PPI) analysis, and transcription factor (TF) prediction. Finally, survival analysis was performed using data from the Cancer Genome Atlas database. A total of 33 upregulated and 52 downregulated genes associated with HCC progression and ferroptosis were obtained, and these genes were significantly involved in the important roles in HCC progression and ferroptosis, with HSPB1 possibly regulated by ATF3.

We compared the groups and studied the risk factors for CAA and for aneurysms, the most severe lesions. Children with CAA were 91/372 (24.46%, aneurysms 20/372, 5.37%). Children with CAA were more likely to have a longer duration of fever (p < 0.001), later day of treatment (p < 0.001), to be IVIG non-responders and late treated (p < 0.001), while age, clinical presentation, and seasonality were not different. They also had significantly higher WBC and neutrophils, loonary cardiac findings, age younger than 6 months, and IVIG unresponsiveness are independent risk factors for a more severe form of KD with aneurysms. Very young children with non-coronary cardiac findings are at increased risk for a more severe form of KD with aneurysms. These children could benefit from adjunctive therapy beside IVIG, especially if they have higher markers of inflammation, particularly neutrophils. The RNA sequencing data of erastin-induced ferroptosis in HCC cells were downloaded from the Sequence Read Archive database with accession number SRP119173. The microarray dataset GSE89377 of HCC progression was downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus database. The ferroptosis-related genes were screened by differential analysis and HCC progression-related genes were screened by cluster analysis using Mfuzz. Then, the genes associated with ferroptosis and HCC progression were screened by Venn analysis, followed by functional enrichment, protein-protein interaction (PPI) analysis, and transcription factor (TF) prediction. Finally, survival analysis was performed using data from the Cancer Genome Atlas database. A total of 33 upregulated and 52 downregulated genes associated with HCC progression and ferroptosis were obtained, and these genes were significantly involved in the important roles in HCC progression and ferroptosis, with HSPB1 possibly regulated by ATF3.

We analysed a historical cohort of 498 consecutive patients diagnosed with MPNs. Moreover, we analysed a subgroup of 270 consecutive patients with MPNs with > 1 measurement of the JAK2V617F variant allele frequency. The data were analysed using Kaplan-Meier plots and Cox regression analysis, along with linear regression models. In all patients, the rate of MR was significantly higher in never-smokers compared with current smokers in the univariate model (HR, 1·9; 95% CI, 1·1-3·3; P = 0·033) and the multivariate model (HR, 1·9; 95% CI, 1·1-3·5; P = 0·029). Similar findings were observed with different cut-off values for a partial MR. A subgroup analysis including only interferon-α2-treated patients showed similar results. In multivariate analyses, the OS was significantly better for never-smokers (HR, 0·46; 95% CI, 0·29-0·75; P = 0·002) than current smokers. The differences were more pronounced in the pegylated interferon-α2-treated patients. However, no significant interaction of interferon-α2 treatment was observed. In conclusion, we found that tobacco smoking reduced the rate of MR and OS in patients with MPNs. Cessation of smoking should be encouraged.

    Hearing plays an important role in the maintenance of vocal control in normal individuals. In patients with spasmodic dysphonia (SD), however, the ability to maintain sustained control of phonation is impaired. The origins of SD are unknown, and it is unclear whether auditory feedback-dependent vocal control is compromised in these patients.

    Prospective case-control study.

    We tested 15 SD patients and 11 age-matched controls. Voice recordings were performed while subjects repeated the vowel /e/ and auditory feedback of their vocal sounds was altered in real-time to introduce a pitch-shift (±2 semitones), presented **** to subjects using headphones. Recordings were analyzed to determine voice changes following the pitch-shifted feedback. Results were further compared with patient demographics and subjective measures of dysphonia, including the Voice Handicap Index (VHI).

    Despite considerable pitch variability and vocal breaks, SD patients exhibited significantly higher average vocal pitch compensation than control subjects. SD patients also exhibited greater variability than controls. However, there were no significant correlations between vocal compensation and patient demographics, although there was a significant inverse correlation with VHI.

    In this pilot study, patients with SD exhibited increased sensitivity to altered auditory feedback during sustained phonation. These results are consistent with recent theories of SD as a disorder of sensory-motor feedback processing, and suggest possible avenues for future investigation.

    To compare the effect of sentinel lymph node (SLN) histology vs locoregional lymph node (LRLN) fine needle aspiration (FNA) cytology on assigned disease stage and adjunctive treatment recommendations and describe the incidence of anatomic disparity between the LRLN and SLN.

The SLN was identified by indirect computed tomographic lymphangiography (ICTL) after peritumoral injection of iopamidol and scanning at 1, 3, 5, 10, and 15 minutes. Histopathologic node score > 1 was considered metastatic. After case review by an oncologist, LRLN FNA cytology was compared with SLN histology for effect on changes in stage assignment and adjunctive treatment recommendations.
