The primary outcome will be the 12-week change in the total symptom score of the Kansas City Cardiomyopathy Questionnaire. Secondary outcomes will be daily step count and other scales of the Kansas City Cardiomyopathy Questionnaire.

The paper discusses the development of an assessment tool to support self-assessment of IR in healthcare institutions. Methods The tool utilized criteria developed by clinicians to self-assess IR to deliver four classes of ATMP over a series of time points. Each assessment was independently analyzed and validated by independent expert groups. Results & conclusion The collated results indicated an overall trend toward IR for all classes of ATMP. The study highlighted areas where IR is evidenced, areas where work is ongoing and areas where further work is required to achieve IR. The study also facilitated validation of the IR assessment tool.Here we report on the genomic sequence and annotation for Pantoea ananatis OC5a, a strain that was isolated from an onion bulb grown in New York and that is pathogenic to onions, causing center rot of onion. OC5a is the first P. ananatis strain pathogenic to onions from New York to be completely assembled and sequenced. Having been assembled using long PacBio reads and high-fidelity Illumina reads, this genome is closed, complete, and of high-quality.The phloem-limited 'Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus' (Las) causes huanglongbing (HLB), a destructive citrus disease. Graft-inoculated potted plants were used to assess Las speed of movement in phloem in greenhouse (GH), and the impacts of temperature on plant colonization in growth chambers (GC) experiments. For assessment of Las speed, plants were inoculated at the main stem and assessed over time by qPCR or symptom at various distances from the inoculum. For colonization, the plants were inoculated in one of two opposite top branches, were maintained at 8 to 20, 18 to 30 or 24 to 38ºC daily range, and assessed by qPCR of samples taken from non-inoculated shoots. For all experiments, frequencies of Las-positive sites were submitted to ANOVA and binomial GLM and logistic regression analysis. Probabilities of detecting Las in GH plants were functions of time and distance from the inoculation site, which resulted in 2.9 and 3.8 cm day-1 average speed of movement. In GC, the temperature impacted plant colonization by Las, new shoot emission and symptom expression. After a 7-month exposure time, Las was absent in all new shoot in the cooler environment (avg 3 per plant), and present in 70% at the milder (6 shoots, severe symptoms) and 25% in the warmer (8 shoots, no visible symptoms) environments. Temperature of 25.7ºC was the optimum condition for plant colonization. However, the lack of strength and confidence in these studies has meant incorporation of PSMA PET/CT into clinical guidelines and practice has been limited to date. In response, a number of high-quality prospective studies have recently emerged and reflect exciting results seen in preceding publications. Here we recount some of the key earlier publications, report results from the latest studies and look to the future discussing some of the eagerly awaited ongoing clinical trials.
